Yu-Gi-Oh! Fan Fiction ❯ Xtreme Accounts ❯ Okiku ( Chapter 4 )
"That was fun." Sara gasped falling back into a snowbank.
"Sara, how the hell did you get out of that first stunt okay?" Yami asked. "It seemed pretty much impossible to survive it."
"Luck is always on my side." was all Sara said. she looked over at Anzu and her eyes flashed.
Anzu looked away from her, she suddenly couldn't breathe again. Her eyes wandered up to the hill, trying not to gasp and draw attention to herself. She finally took a deep breath and looked at them, Sara was smirking...wait a minute...Anzu looked into Sara's eyes...they were blue now. Weren't they brown a couple of minutes ago? She shook her head and looked at Sara again...brown.
"Hey Sara...think you can take me for a ride?" Bakura asked, he cleared his throat to keep up Ryou's accent.
"Sure Ba- I man Ryou..." Sara said with a smirk, she flashed Bakura a dazzling smile and stood up. "We'll be back now in a minute."
When they drove away, Anzu looked at Yami. "Did you she it?"
"See what?" Yami asked looking at Anzu.
"Her eyes..."
"Sara's?"
"Yes."
"No, why?"
"They....they were brown one minute...then they were blue...then brown again..."
"You sure?"
"Yes..."
Yami thought for a second. "Hmm....maybe your seeing things Anzu."
"No....I'm not." Anzu thought back when she looked up at Sara when she went over the hill...her eyes were blue then too. "Something's wrong." she said. "I know I'm not seeing things."
.~.
Sara drove the ski-doo up a small path and into a small circle cut out in the trees. "This is the new cut-out." she said to Bakura.
"Okiku, I know its you." Bakura said looking at her. His voice was his own now.
Okiku looked at him, her blue eyes shone. "Bakura." she smiled. "How did you know?"
"I know, because of what Sara did." Bakura said. "You were the one the ski-doo hit...not her."
"Yeah, so?" Okiku sniffed.
"So, you could have died."
"It wouldn't have made a difference." Okiku frowned.
"Does Sara know about you?" Bakura asked.
"Yes." Okiku frowned. "She doesn't like me taking over her body when she is doing her stunts. But I do anyway."
"Not bad for an evil Yami." Bakura said with a sniff.
"Shut up!" Okiku snarled. "Unlike you, I care for the person I share a vessel with."
"How dare you say that to me?" Bakura got off the ski-doo and looked Okiku in the face.
"I dare because I know it to be true." Okiku said. "You're a sorry excuse for a Yami, beating the living daylights out of poor Ryou."
"You never said that to me when we used to be together all the time." Bakura said.
"But since then I learned what you really are." Okiku snarled again. "I don't feel the same for you as I did."
"But I still feel for you." Bakura said. "And Ryou is starting to take a liking to Sara."
"That's not going to change my mind, Bakura." Okiku looked away.
"I'm sorry, Okiku, but I'm not you." Bakura said. "I take out my frustration out on Ryou."
"I noticed." Okiku looked at him again. "And you better not go out and blame it on me. you hurt me, Bakura."
"I'm sorry."
"Sure you are."
"Okiku." Bakura groaned. "This isn't suppose to be about us."
"What is it suppose to be about then?" Okiku's eyes narrowed.
"I..don't know..."
"Right." Okiku looked at him in the face. "What EVER happened to us, Bakura?"
"Like you said...I hurt you." Bakura said.
"Yes...but I forget how..."
"So do I."
.~.
"You know...I'd really like to try that..." Tash said to Anzu and Yami. "It seems so easy for Sara... so maybe it'll be easy for me."
"I wouldn't try it if I were you." Yami said.
"Why not?" Tash sat in the snow by Anzu and frowned.
"Because I wouldn't." Yami said. "Its too dangerous."
"But...the ski-doo bounced off Sara like she was nothing....and she was okay."
"A stroke of luck." Anzu said, not believing her own words. "You'd probably be killed, its your first try....Sara knows what she's doing..."
Anzu looked up at the spot where Sara had first landed. 'At least I hope she does...that was a pretty bad hit....'
"Hey, Anzu, right?" Edgar walked up to the group.
"Yes..." Anzu said looking up into his face.
"Okay...never mind." he winked and walked away.
"What the hell?" Anzu sweat-dropped.
"Don't mind Edgar." Tash said. "He now knows your name, he'll start flirting with you."
"Joy."
'I wish I could get away with that.' Yami thought sourly.
.~.~.~.~.
"I'm going to let Sara take over her body now." Okiku said. "You better do the same to Ryou."
"Mark my words on it, Okiku." Bakura said with a small nod.
Okiku nodded and went back into her soul room, so did Bakura.
"You...have a Yami?" Ryou asked in an awe.
"Yes." Sara said slowly.
"Where is you Millennium item?"
"Right...here...." Sara held up her hand.
"Where?" Ryou looked at Sara's hand, then saw the large golden ring that was around her thumb. "Oh..."
"Yeah..." Sara said. "That's it...right there...the ring."
"Two Millennium Rings..." Ryou said.
"Yeah. Two of em." Sara said. "Strange, eh?"
"And...Okiku...is evil...too?"
"Yup." Sara said with a smirk. "As evil as they come...only....she cares for me...."
"I could tell." Ryou said with a small sigh.
"Don't worry about it." Sara said, she tucked her black hair behind her ears. "Okiku will get through to Bakura sometime."
"Yes...but...I'm just wondering..." Ryou looked at her. "What are they planning?"
"I don't know." Sara said.
"Does anyone else know about Okiku?"
"No." Sara said. "But I see Anzu's face whenever I look at her...she's not breathing....I think she knows that there's something wrong."
"That's the evil from Okiku." Ryou said. "Anzu has a kind heart...that's the problem.
