Yami Hikari surprise

Part 1: the change

Yami hikari, yami hikari, yami hikari. It seems like you couldn't turn around with out seeing one of the yami's with their hikari's. Yugi and Yami had been married for almost two years. Malik and Marik for a year and a half. And Ryou and Bakura for a year.

Yugi was sitting in Yami's lap on the couch, deep in thought. "What are you thinking about aibou?" Yami asked,

"Just about what Ryou was saying earlier."

Yami looked down at him. "What was that?"

Yugi shook his head. "Doesn't matter."

"Why doesn't matter?" Yami asked turning Yugi so he could look at him in the face.

"Cues it could never happen." Yugi knew what question was going to be next so he answered it before Yami could even ask. "Kids. Ryou was a little depressed this after noon cues he was about how he would never be able to have a family of his own. And it got me thinking about it that's all." Yugi smiled

"Are you saying your having second thoughts about are mirage?" Yami asked looking a little hurt by what Yugi had said.

"Oh no! That's not what I meant. I don't mind not being able to have kids, as long as I can be with you." Yugi reassured Yami. Yami smiled and hugged him. "I love you little one."

"I love you to. And I am not that little any more." Yugi smiled, what he said was true he wasn't that little any more; he was almost as tall as Yami.

"Yes I know but you will always be my little one." Yugi sighed and laid his head on Yami's shoulder.

Bakura came out of the bathroom after getting cleaned up form his and Ryou's love making. Ryou had already cleaned up and was now in the living room sitting on the couch. Bakura had noticed Ryou seemed depressed about something, and he wouldn't tell him what it was. Bakura walked over and sat next to him.

"Ok Ryou. You are going to tell me what has been bothering you. Or do I have to read your mind again?" Bakura asked. Yes this had happened before and Bakura had to read Ryou's mind to find out what was wrong. Ryou didn't answer him; he didn't know how to put what he was feeling into words. So Bakura read his mind. His eye widened when he found out he was disappointed that they couldn't have kids.

"That is why you're depressed?" Bakura asked. His voice sounding harsher then he meant it to. Ryou winced and nodded.

"I know its stupid but. When I was little I always thought I would be able to have a family of my own." Ryou lowered his head. Bakura sighed and pulled Ryou into a warm embrace. Ryou blinked and looked at him. "Your not mad?" Bakura shook his head. "I had a feeling that this would come up sooner or later." Ryou leaned into the embrace; he didn't want to talk about something he knew would never happen. He closed his eyes and with in five minuets he was fast asleep. Bakura fell asleep shortly after that.

It was around 1 am in the morning; two figures asleep on the couch, every thing was still dark. A bright light filled the room. And someone appeared and stood over the two sleeping boys.

"So you want a family?" It was a women's voice. She smiled down at them, and brushed some of the silvery whit hair out of the smaller ones face, and smiled.

"Then you shall have one. But it will come with a small price." Her smile never left her face. She placed a hand over him, and it started glowing. Her blue eyes sparkled in the light. She pulled her hand away and brushed his hair away from his fore head, and kissed it softly. She looked over to the other one.

"Take good care of him, he will need your help with this." She whispered, leaning over him and kissing his cheek.

"This gift I give you both." With that she vanished.

Ryou woke up the next morning; he and Bakura were still on the couch. He smiled and got up, he walked to the bathroom to take a quick shower and then get some breakfast ready. He started the shower and went to take his shirt off, when he realized something different. There were two lumps on his chest.

"What the?" He asked himself going over and looking in the tall mirror that hung on the back of the door. His eyes widened at what he saw. Instead of himself he saw a slender girl, her hair not as spiky as his, his once dark brown eyes a shade lighter, but what really caught his attention were the two lumps on his chest. He lifted his shirt slightly; he noticed his skin was now baby soft. He lifted it a little higher. He went really pail and yanked the shirt back down. He did the next thing that came to mind, he screamed.

Bakura was still asleep on the couch when he heard Ryou scream. He fell off the couch, but was back on his feet in no time. He looked around for Ryou but didn't see him. He heard the shower on in the bathroom. He ran toward the bathroom thinking Ryou might have slipped in the shower. He opened the door and looked around. He saw the shower on and Ryou in the tub covered in the shower cretin. When Ryou screamed he backed up and fell into the tub, he tried to grab the shower cretin to stop him from falling but he wound up pulling it down on top of him.

"Ryou are you ok?" Bakura asked pulling the shower cretin off of him. Ryou looked up at him and blinked. Bakura was frozen ware he was. He looked at Ryou up and down. The shower was still on and Ryou was getting really wet.

"Could you. Help me up?" Ryou asked. Bakura shook his head and helped Ryou out of the tub, he stared at him…er… Her...um whatever, he stared at Ryou.

"What.." Bakura didn't finish the question.

"I don't know. I woke up looking like this." Ryou said his voice was a lot softer then usual. Ryou looked up at him. "Do you think it might be permanent?" Bakura shook his head. "I don't know.." Just then Ryou's stomach growled. Bakura smiled. "Lets got something to eat. Then we will try and find out what happened." Ryou nodded.

"But first I think I better change." Ryou looked down at his wet clothes, then realized for the first time that his shirt was see-thru when it got wet. He blushed 5 shads of red. Bakura looked down realizing this as well and went just as red. "Ya that would be a good idea." He said and walked out of the bathroom. Ryou went up stairs and changed.

He came down half an hour later with a baggy shirt on, and a pair of jeans that were now too big for him. The only thing holding them up was a belt that he found that his father had lent him a while ago and Ryou just never gave it back, and right now he was glad for that. He/she walked into the kitchen. Bakura had breakfast on the table eggs and beacon. (my favorite) with toast. Ryou sat at the table and started eating. He looked around and didn't see Bakura any ware. He heard him in the other room on the phone.

"You heard me."

"I don't know how it happened. If I knew that I wouldn't have called you, you stupid pharaoh." Bakura fought with Yami on the phone for another minuet or so before he hung up. He stomped back into the kitchen. Ryou had already finished his food. Bakura blinked at him, then at the empty plate. Ryou always had some food left over, Bakura was always worried that he wasn't eating enough. "Hungry were you?" He asked. Ryou nodded she still had a half a peace of toast in his mouth. Bakura smiled and sat next to him.

Not long after Bakura had eaten some of his breakfast and given the rest to Ryou, Yugi and Yami showed up. Ryou answered the door. "Oh hi Yugi, Yami. Come one in." He said moving out of the way to let them in. They walked into the living room ware Bakura had taken out some scrawls from his sole room, and were going thru them to try and find out what happened to his hikari.

"Would you like any thing to drink?" Ryou asked as Yami sat next to Bakura, and Yugi sat on Yami's lap. "No thank you." Yami said. Yugi thought. "Got any hot coco?" Ryou nodded, and went into the kitchen to get some. Yugi followed to help him.

"Any luck?" Yami asked looking at Bakura.

"No. I found one spell that is used to change a guy into a girl and vice versa. But it wasn't the spell used on him."

"How do you know?"

"Well for one thing you need to sacrifice something, and second it takes at least a day or to for the transformation to take place." Bakura said looking over the next scroll.

"Well in that case I think its safe to say that the spell isn't Egyptian." Bakura agreed to this but kept going thru the scrolls any way. Ryou and Yugi came back into the living room with 4 cups of coco. "Thought you guys would like some as well." Bakura took a cup and nodded. Yami took one as well; he loved any type of chocolate.

"You know what, I think you might want to buy some new cloths. If Bakura cant find out how to change you back." Yugi said. Ryou looked at the cloths he was warring and nodded. "Yes I think your right."
