Yami awoke to sunlight peering through the small window in the room, but what really brought him to consciousness was Ryou handcuffed to him void of clothing…Marik in the same position hugging the smaller boy protectively. Yami clenched his teeth as he couldn't help but look at Ryou, he had seen Ryou's body plenty of times but that didn't mean he would object to a free invitation as he gazed at the perfect little body of a Hikari. Ryou soon woke up as well and seeing Yami staring at making Ryou blush and smile slightly.

"Sorry…" Ryou said pulling the cover around his torso. "It was his idea." Ryou said motioning to his sleeping lover beside him.

"I could have figured that, you two woke me up last night you know." Yami pretend scolded.

"I'm sure you loved hearing it if nothing else." Marik said eyes still closed as he pulled Ryou closer to him burying his face in Ryou's hair after stealing a quick glance at Yami's blushed face finding it quite amusing.

"Marik…" Ryou said struggling slightly to get out of his grip making Yami roll his eyes. "That wasn't very appropriate, I'd like our sex lives not public knowledge." Ryou said still struggling with the boy who held him tightly not willing to let go.

"Um…could I have the key to the cuffs? I really don't want to be in the middle of all this…" Yami said noticing Marik's hands go further south down Ryou's body.

Marik stopped only to unhand-cuff the two boys but Ryou darted behind Yami. "I'm hungry I plan to eat first Marik." Ryou said looking at him with his doe eyes making both boys practically melt at the sight. Ryou laughed slightly as he pulled on his clothes. Ryou found out Marik didn't eat breakfast so the tired yami stayed in the bedroom closing his eyes; he decided to sleep in a little more as he snuggled into the bed comfortably as Yami and Ryou left to eat something.

It was early still one thing to two liked about being together they got up earlier than most did so they always had someone to talk to. Granted they did occasionally sleep in, didn't everyone? However, it was a rare occurrence for them both to do so. Yami looked at Ryou for a moment before he decided to strike up a conversation as Ryou munched on a piece of toast.

"Are you happy with Marik?" Yami asked

Ryou frowned at Yami's question "Yes…what makes you ask?" Ryou asked curiously.

"It's just he seems so, I don't know…rough with you, do you like that?" Yami asked

Ryou smiled nodding yes "I know our way of love making was much less rough, but that's how me and Marik like it. It's actually very passionate not just raw sex as some might see it." Ryou said continuing to eat.

Yami shrugged "Is that why we broke up? Was I not fulfilling your needs?" Yami asked curiously.

"Huh? Oh, no, not at all Yami our relationship just wasn't mean to be that's all…it had nothing to do with our sex life." Ryou said "Besides don't you think I would have told you by now if it wasn't any good?" Ryou said giving him a wink.

Yami smiled at Ryou shaking his head. "You certainly have a way with words…" Yami said as Seto walked in the kitchen as well. It was no surprise to either Yami or Ryou that Seto was awake this early either. Ryou got up and left the two in the kitchen.

"I better get back to Marik…he gets restless sometimes." Ryou said practically hopping upstairs and into the bedroom

Ryou ran into the bedroom jumping on the bed scaring the living daylights out of Marik who had just fallen asleep. Marik instantly pounced on Ryou pinning him to the headboard. Ryou giggled slightly.

"A little edgy?" Ryou asked as Marik let him go.

"When you live a good remainder of you life running it happens." Marik said bringing Ryou into a hug…you were wonderful last night." Marik said making Ryou smile.

"I'm so happy you approve." Ryou said pulling Marik out of bed "Come on, we're all going to the mall and I want you to come." Ryou said trying to pull the reluctant Yami from the sheets.

Marik frowned "I don't get along well with your little 'gang' Ryou…" Marik whined

"Oh that's mature, and I know but we can go to the Concrete Jungle if you come, and I'll buy you a toy I promise." Ryou said which got Marik instantly to his feet.

Ryou rolled his eyes, the Concrete Jungle was a combat, knife, and sword shop…it had everything a psychopath would want or need.

The day at the mall was actually fun it took Yami, Seto, and Joey to drag Bakura and Marik out of the Concrete Jungle and Spenser's Gifts but they all had a good time. Yugi bought some chicken and Seto got a bottle of wine along with a few other treats as they all went back to the club house and had a little carpet picnic as they all talked and caught up with one another. Ryou had only been home from California a year ago and hadn't spent much time with friends considering his pre-med schoolwork. However, with all his vacation time, he was ecstatic with just having fun for a change. He really missed his friends and even though most people didn't get along with Marik, they accepted him as part of their group. Everyone was curious to where Malik was but Marik kept on dismissing the question obviously not wanting to talk about it…but Ryou grew slightly concerned with the situation because of how tense Marik got when they came to the subject.

Ryou later that night decided to bring it up when he was alone with Marik that night.

"Marik?" Ryou asked softly

"What's wrong?" He asked noting Ryou's soft tone

"I was wondering…what did happen between you and Malik?"

Sorry! I know it's a bad cliffy but I couldn't help it and I'm also sorry about how this chapter is a bit short too :P
