Chapter Three
Deep in the shadow realm, in a part unlike anything any human has ever seen, lurks an unforeseen power waiting to take control of unsuspecting planets…
“Master Uria! I have come forth to present you with what it is you seek.” A cloaked figure says.
“So you have managed to locate and present to me the Millennium crown.” Master Uria says to him.
“Yes sir, and might I add that it is quite fitting for the future ruler of planet Earth.”
“Groveling will get you nowhere; did you locate the Millennium gauntlet?”
“Uh…yes sir…and you see that's the problem, it's in the hands of who we believe is the incarnation of Amenhotep the Third.”
“What?!!” Uria exclaims.
“Get down there and retrieve that gauntlet at once! Or need I remind you of what will happen if you fail.” Uria says sternly.
“Oh no master! Anything but that! I will accomplish this task even if it kills me.” Uria's underling pleads.
“Skip the melodrama, if anything kills you it will be me, now go!” Uria commands.
“Yes sir!” With that the cloaked figure teleported leaving the scene.
Meanwhile, in Domino city, things had begun on a rather happy note, due to Mokuba's high I.Q. scores on his test in middle school, the school council had decided to put him in an accelerated learning program, which meant one highly important thing, he was pushed three years ahead in schooling, and more importantly it also meant that him and Tea would have classes together, and thanks to favor from Seto, him and Tea did have all classes together.
“Hey Mokuba.” Tea says to him.
“Oh, hey Tea, I was meaning to ask you what you wanted to do after school today.” He says to her.
“Oh I don't know, maybe we could go see a movie.” She replies.
“Okay, as long as it's not a chick flick.” He says to her smirking.
“What's wrong with a chick flick?” She asks him.
“Just kidding, ha ha.” He says to her jokingly.
“So can we go and see one?” She asks giving him her best innocent look.
“Oh alright.” He says smiling at her.
“Really?” She asks happily.
“Anything for you my dancing queen.” He replies using the pet name he had given her due to her wanting to become a Broadway dancer.
On the way to the movie theater Mokuba and Tea were approached by a cloaked figure. He looks at Mokuba and says, “Hand over the gauntlet Pharaoh.”
“Pharaoh? Me?” Mokuba asks confused.
“Yes my Pharaoh, hand over the gauntlet and I won't be forced to hurt the girl.” The cloaked figure commands.
“You leave us alone!” Tea demands.
“Silence Bitch!! He yells at her and shoves her into a wall knocking her out cold.
This enrages Mokuba causing him to transform into the entity known as Amenhotep the third.
“Fine, you want my gauntlet, you'll have to duel me for it.” Luckily for Mokuba he kept his duel disc in his backpack.
“Fine, let's make it a shadow duel.” The Cloaked duelist says and pulls out a golden duel disc unlike anything anyone had ever seen.
“Very well then.” And they were both transported to the shadow realm.
Their life points were both set at 4000 points.
They both drew their first hand and the shadow duelist says, “Alright, I'll star things off by activating cost down and I'll summon Jinzo in attack mode, then I'll place two cards face down.”
“Alright, I'll set one card in face down defense mode and I'll place two cards face down.” Mokuba says to him.
“Try this one on for size, I activate Axe of despair and equip it to my Jinzo, bringing its attack up to 3400 points, then I'll activate stop defense switching your face down defense monster into attack position.”
“Oh no!”
“Oh yes! Now, Jinzo attack his Sangan and send it out of my sight!”
Mokuba's life points proceeded to drop from 4000 to 1600.
Mokuba then begins to think to himself, I've got to find a way to end this or it's all over!
He then begins to put all of his faith in the heart of the cards…”Alright! I activate the spell card magical mallet, it allows me to add any number of cards from my hand to my deck, shuffle it and draw the same number of cards.”
“Big deal!”
“Oh it's a very big deal, because I just drew the cards needed to end this duel.”
“It's not possible!”
“I activate the card Ultimate Offering, and I give up 1000 life points to summon X-Head Cannon, Y-Dragon Head, and Z-Metal Tank, they unite together to make the all-powerful XYZ Dragon Cannon and I'm going to equip to my beast Mage Power which increases my monster's attack to 4800 points.”
“Oh no! That means you can destroy my Jinzo!”
“Actually, I'm going to destroy your Jinzo by discarding one card from my hand”
“No! Wait!”
“Too late for that! XYZ Dragon Cannon destroy his Jinzo and attack him directly ending this duel!”
His life points dropped to zero and they both slowly reemerged out of the shadow realm.
“Now tell me what's so special about this gauntlet?” Mokuba asks him.
“Alright, I'll tell you, just don't hurt me.” He says cowering.
“Then tell me!” Mokuba demands.
“Okay, that gauntlet once belonged to an all-powerful Pharaoh named Amenhotep the third, supposedly he was a master shadow duelist and his power was limitless.”
“What else?”
“That's all I know, honest.” He says cowering again.
He then screams, “No master!! Please spare me!!!” With that he vanished into thin air.
When Mokuba had gotten over all of this he slowly walked over to Tea; who was still knocked out, he smiles at her and brushes a stray hair out of her face, kisses her gently on the lips and whispers lovingly into her ears, “Time to wake up sleeping beauty, it's time for the ball.”
With that comment she slowly opens her eyes and asks, “Moki, how long was I out?”
“Not long, I believe that I was going to take us to the movies.” He replies.
“Okay, but do me a favor?”
“Name it.”
“Transform while we're at the movies, I'll bet the other you is interesting to make out with.”
He smirks then transforms.
“Well Ms. Gardner, ready?” He asks in a husky voice.
“Ready.”
A/N: For thoseof you who wonder what Yami Mokuba sounds like; his voice would be identicle to Vegeta's from DragonBall Z (the current voice actor for Vegeta, that is). Anyway, next chapter there will be no action, just romance. Specifically a date between Mokuba and Tea happens. And to all you Pegasus fans, I have a surprise for you; Pegasus makes a cameo.
