Chapter 3: Jailbreak

Disclaimer: Must I say this more then once?

Me: And I am back! Anyway you people might be wondering why this chapter shares the name of the 4th duel. Well actually this is the 4th duel with some tweaks and some elements from the anime version, which was in the first version of Yu-Gi-Oh. I couldn't use this as the second chapter because Tristan wasn't really much of a friend towards Yuki at the time.

Me: On with the fic.

Yuki Moto and Miho Nosaka were currently talking about something that they didn't want the boys to find out about.

"Okay Miho I'll meet you at the front of the school. Kay?"

"Kay."

With that Miho walked out of the class. Yuki finished adding her things in her backpack but as she was leaving she heard an interesting conversation.

"Well Tristan it is a Friday night and I am hungry! I heard there is this new place called Burger World. It's a restaurant franchise from America, their food is suppose to be very good. We can take the girls."

"Um Joey."

Joey looked behind him and saw Yuki's smiling face.

"Oh hey Yuki. We were just talking about ya. I was wondering if you and Miho would like to go with me and Tristan to Burger World."

"No way! Haven't you heard? Burger World is suppose to be very nasty. People started to get sick after eating food there."

"Huh? That's strange I thought the food there is suppose to be good. Ah well. Well Yuki, maybe you and Miho can go with us to the Calorie Burger in front of the station."

(A/N Question. Why would you eat at a place called the Calorie Burger?)

"No thanks I have to help Grandpa and mom at the game shop. Also Miho told me she was going to be at the mall all day. Thanks for the offer anyway."

Yuki walked out of the classroom and sighed.

`Phew close one.'

Back to Joey and Tristan they stared at the door until Joey spoke.

"Hey Tristan, haven't the girls acted weird lately? You know what? I think Yuki and Miho are doing Escort Service!"

"What's that?"

"Come on you don't know what that is? Escort Service is when girls go on dates with old men. Some of the girls in the other classes do it for some spending money."

"MY RIBBON IS NOT THAT TYPE OF GIRL!"

Joey snickered, grabbed and dragged Tristan by the wrist, and started to follow Yuki.

"Well there is only one way to find out. We are going to tail the girls."

For the next few minutes, the boys followed Yuki and Miho.

"The girls have just entered the Red Light District." Said Joey who was talking like a reporter

Yuki glanced behind her and saw nothing. She continued to walk somewhere with Miho, unaware of the Solid Snake and Sam Fisher wannabes following them.

"Phew that was close! But this intrepid reporter will continue to follow "The Illicit Activities of two High School Girlfriends"!"

"Joey, that sounds like one of your dad's tapes."

Just then Joey and Tristan saw that Yuki and Miho entered a building.

"The girls have just entered a building. Is that where their sugar daddies are waiting?"

The boys went out of hiding and saw that there was a huge sign that said "Burger World."

"Wait a minute. Isn't that the restaurant Yuki told us not to go to?" asked Tristan

"Yeah."

The guys then ran forward to the entrance where they got a major surprise.

The surprise was Yuki wearing a blue baggy sleeveless shirt, a pink skirt that stopped mid-thigh, a red tie, blue sneakers, and a yellow ribbon in her hair. The only thing that seemed out of place was her Millennium Puzzle.

"Hell-o! Welcome to Burger World!" said Yuki in a unusually perky tone

"Let me show you to… your… seats."

Yuki then turned around and looked worried.

Miho, who was just exiting the lady's room and was wearing the same thing Yuki was wearing, saw Yuki.

"Hey Yuki what's wrong?"

It was now that Miho saw the boys.

`Oh crud they followed us. After-school jobs are against the rules. Me and Yuki will be expelled if they blab!'

"Excuse me ladies but is there a problem?"

The girls turned around and saw a redheaded man wearing a light green shirt and dark green pants. This man was the current manager of the restaurant.

"No sir." Replied the girls in union

"Good now show these men to their seats. Or else I'll fire you."

Later Joey and Tristan started to talk about Yuki and Miho.

"Joey stop beating yourself up. Seriously stop it."

Joey looked up after hitting his head on table for the 20th time.

"Tristan, Yuki and Miho are obviously ticked. You know that After-school jobs against the rules."

"Oh come Joey I highly doubt that they're that mad."

"Well…"

While Joey's mouth knew what it was saying, his head decided to wander.

`Yuki looked cute in that outfit.'

Suddenly Yuki dropped the tray on their table and glared at them.

"Please enjoy our burgers with plenty of our famous ketchup."

With that Yuki started to squirt the ketchup on the tray and soon a message formed.

"Tell and you die!"

"Yuki cool it, we're sorry!"

Yuki sighed and looked at Joey.

"Well since you know I work here. I might as well tell you. Miho is here because she wanted some spending money. I'm here to save up my money. You see I don't know what my future has in store for me. I love stories and fanfiction so I might be a writer. Also I also love acting and drama so I might be an actress. But I'm also a video game fanatic so I might work in the gaming industry. But no matter what path I take I want them to lead to one place. America. Specifically New York City. It's my dream don't you dare laugh."

"What? Us laugh? No way Yuki. We wouldn't laugh. Right Joey?"

"Don't worry Yuki. Your secret is safe with us."

Yuki smiled and walked away.

"But still why do we have to pay for the ketchup drowned burgers?! They're disgusting!"

"Don't worry those are on me! Also I'll get you some new ones."

Meanwhile outside of Burger World, the Police Chief had just arrived and he wasn't here to have a bite to eat.

"Sir, the criminal is said to be here."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. Every restaurant in town has been robbed except this one. The criminal has to be here."

Soon the police and the chief went inside and it didn't take long for the manager, Yuki, Miho, Joey, and Tristan to notice.

"A criminal!? Everyone…"

Yuki covered Miho's mouth.

"Miho if you shout out that there is a criminal, the actual guy will know and he might have a gun."

Joey and Tristan then walked up to see what was going on.

"Officer. Do you have any info on the criminal?" asked Yuki

"Well, he is a master of disguise. He can be anyone. Also during his escape, he was struck by a nightstick on the ankle. He received a bruise from it."

"That won't do. How can we find out if anyone here has a bruise on his or her leg." Said Yuki

Joey then saw a small basket filled with toy cars that come with the kid's meals.

"I think I may have an idea."

Soon everyone stared at the toy cars zooming around the restaurant.

"Sorry everyone. Some kid must've felt a little playful." Shouted Miho

While Joey and Yuki went around trying to get the toys, they went under the tables to check on everyone's ankles. But soon a man started to feel uncomfortable and found Yuki looking at his ankle.

"Hey what kind of service is this? I'm telling the manager!"

"I'm sorry sir but…"

"There is a criminal somewhere in this restaurant."

In that instant, all the customers grew worried.

"Is there anymore info on the criminal?" asked Miho

"Before the convict escaped, he was given a medical exam. With that we were able to find out that he was allergic to eggs."

"Any ideas Joey?" asked Yuki with a worried glint in her eyes

"Just one."

With that Joey cleared his throat.

"Hey everyone! My friend, Yuki told me that the burgers here are made of eggs!"

Suddenly an orange haired man wearing a black jacket, yellow hat, sunglasses, a bandanna around his face, and blue jeans started to act like a spaz.

"That's him! Get him!"

Two of the officers then removed the disguise. The guy actually had spiky hair, 777 tattooed on his forehead and fever tattooed on his cheek.

"You have to get me to the hospital! I need a doctor!"

"You are such an idiot. The burgers here are made out of whole wheat. Not eggs." Said Yuki

"You little bitch!"

Then the thief elbowed the officers that were holding him and tried to lunge at Yuki. That is until Joey saved the day by giving the criminal a nice painful uppercut to the stomach.

"Joey. You… saved me."

"Hey I couldn't let some dumb guy hurt ya."

Just then the criminal quickly got up, grabbed Joey's wrists, and pointed the gun at Joey's head.

"You thought you had me down for the count. Well punk, you're sadly mistaken. Now listen up! No one make a move or the punk dies. Now as soon as someone gives me what I want. I'll leave."

"Let me go you jerk!"

"Shut up punk! Now cover your eyes with this bandana. I hear when humans can't see, they're so terrified they can't make a sound. The guys at the prison do the same to prisoners before they execute them. I should know, I'm on Death Row."

The thief tied the bandana over Joey's eyes and pushed him to a seat.

"Alright. Now someone has to take my orders. You! The cutie with the weird necklace! Give me some booze and cigarettes, and they better be Lucky Stripes! Oh yeah and the rest of you… Until I leave you'll all stay on the ground with your eyes closed! One inch and both the punk and the girl are dead!"

Tears started to form in Yuki's eyes, she didn't want to do this. But she didn't want Joey to get hurt. So she did as she was told and got some booze and cigarettes.

`Wait… the guy said the girl had a weird necklace. Yuki!'

"Yuki don't go near this psycho!"

"Shut up you punk!"

With that the convict started to pull on Joey's hair and punched him in the stomach.

"Joey!"

Just then Yuki's puzzle started to glow and in her place was the same deadly beauty who caused Ushio, the Hall Monitor, to go insane and the one who revealed the true face of Ms. Chono.

"You will pay for hurting Joey."

Yuki placed the items on the table and smirked.

"I brought what you asked for."

With that Yuki sat down in front of the convict.

"Hey who said you could sit down!?"

"I just thought you'd like to pass the time. Come play a game with me."

It was then that the convict started to notice some differences. This was not the same girl he called out.

The girl was frightened and she couldn't even scare a child. While this person was a woman who wasn't afraid that her top was very tight. She wasn't afraid of the fact that her skirt showed a lot of thigh.

But most of all she wasn't afraid of the gun in the convict's hand.

"Why should I play with you sweetcheeks?"

"You don't want to play? I guess you're a coward then."

While the convict and Yuki had the conversation, Joey was starting to wonder.

`Who is that? I remember the voice she was from the classroom during the Ms. Chono incident. But who is she? She can't be Yuki that's for sure. Well whoever she is. She has a lot of guts to talk to a guy with a gun like that.'

"Fine I'll play okay. So what are the rules?"

"We'll each choose one finger during the game we will only use that finger. Simple enough. I'll chose my thumb."

"I'll use my index finger!"

GAME START!

"And in one moment. It will be game over!"

Just then, Yuki used her thumb to light a lighter and the convict remembered the cigarettes.

"Oh right almost forgot. Well at least the last thing you can do is light my cigarette."

Yuki lit the cigarette and placed the lighter on the convict's hand.

"You can keep it. Take it with you to Hell!"

It was then that the convict remembered that when the game started he was pouring his drink. By now the drink was overflowing like a waterfall.

`I can't move my hand! If I drop the lighter, I'll set the vodka on fire!'

"Just try to fire your gun. The recoil will cause the lighter to fall. Oh and by the way, that's Russian Vodka. It's 180 proof… 90 % alcohol."

Yuki grabbed Joey's wrist and dragged him away and it was a good thing she did because after she and Joey left the convict's cigarette dropped into the vodka and set the guy on fire.

Joey removed the blindfold and saw regular old Yuki.

"Joey you're okay!"

"Yuki?"

But Joey and Yuki were interrupted when Miho and Tristan ran up to them.

"You guys are alright! You won't believe this but the guy just set himself on fire!" said Tristan

`Who was that woman? I hope I meet her again. Because if I do, I want to tell her "thank you".'

Soon Burger World closed and Yuki and Miho lost their jobs. But the girls didn't mind. They were very happy that they and the boys could hang out again.

But Joey still wondered about the woman who saved him. When he wasn't with Yuki, Tristan, and Miho, he always thought about her, completely unaware that he has been with her this entire time.
