DAY 5 - The Big Day

Each person that morning received a note saying :

GET READY. DRESS FORMALLY. MEET IN BALLROOM.

As everyone was all dressed up and ready, they entered the ballroom, which had been beautifully decorated by Dark Magician Girl. Katrina was in a long pink glittered dress with spaghetti straps that crossed her bare back of her dress in a pattern. Tea was in a short yellow dress which was a halter top like, but in the form of a dress. Mai was in a elegant lavender purple dress, with no straps at all. The guys shifted uncomfortably in there tuxes.

DMG: You have all made it until this day. This may be the most important choice of you life, ladies. And it may not. (Hands out roses) Each of you have a rose now. You will hand the man that you pick as your boyfriend. They will then, `accept' or `reject'. No other comments please. Let's start off with … Katrina Lee.

All the `men' were standing in a circle around her. She looked around, not knowing who to go too. She held onto her rose. She turned around slowly to get a look at all the guys. Finally she stopped. Slowly she walked up to Joey, stopped and turned to the person next to him.

Katrina: "Seto, will you accept my rose?"

Kaiba's jaw dropped. He didn't expect anyone to ask him. And neither did anyone else in the room, or at home watching. In his mind, he thought: I'm to reject every girl, as he reminded himself. But he couldn't help himself. He slowly took his hand out, took the rose from Katrina, and said: "I a-a-accept."

Everyone was watching as Seto took Katrina's hand and entered the middle of the circle with her.

DMG: How cute! Now … Tea Gardner.

Tea looked at Dark Magician Girl. She thought to herself. Now that Katrina already picked someone, that wasn't Yami, this would be easy. She swiftly walked up to Yami, and clearly said, "Do you accept my rose?"

Yami looked at Tea and smiled. "Of course." Once again, Yami and Tea hand in hand walk into the center of the circle.

DMG: Now finally, the last girl: Mai Valentine.

Mai smiled, in her pretty dress, walked up to Joey, with the rose in her hand.

Mai: Joseph, will you accept my rose?

Joey looked at Mai, and thought about what Tristan said: "Pick the girl you like best." Joey took his eyes away from Mai and glanced towards Katrina.

Joey: I … reject.
