As I was walking through the forest with Goku and Gohan, I began to wonder how my father was going to react to seeing me, if he even knew about me that was. I was becoming agitated with the silence and began to fidget, so I decided to make conversation. Hopefully they will talk, I can't take much more of this silence crap.
"So you knew my mother, can you tell me about her?"
"Hmm? Oh yeah, I knew your mother. She was very beautiful, and strong willed, she never backed down from a fight. That is most likely what drew your mother and father together."
"So I take it my father never knew about me."
"No I don't believe so, your mom just stopped coming through the well, and none of us could get through. We never did find out what happened to her, your father just kinda withdrew into hisself, undoing all the good your mom did for him."
"The well stopped working, that is why she stopped coming. Not long after she found out she was pregnant. she died during childbirth. I was raised by her sister. Didn't you guys think to look up her hospital records to see if she had died or if anything had happened?"
"I see you inherited there brains, and no, we didn't think to look, your father is going to be so mad that he didn't think of that."
"Oh! I don't want him to be mad at me before I even get to know him!"
"Oh no, he won't be mad at you, he will be mad at hisself."
"Dad, we are here, do you want me to go ahead and see who is at the house?"
"Sure Gohan go ahead. We will be there in a minute."
Goku turned to look at me with a serious look on his face, which even for the little time I have known him, I knew didn't really happen very often.
"Now Kagome, let me tell you about your father. His name is Vegeta, and he is the prince of our people. He is a very gruff person, but once you break through his barriers, he will fight fiercely to protect his friends and family. Don't get me wrong, he is still gruff even though he cares. He is very ambitious and determined, and he pushes people to there limits and beyond. He always expects your best, even better then your best. Now, lets go in and get ready to go see your father."
"Thank you for telling me about my parents, and don't worry about me, I know how to deal with gruff people. I had a friend who was the same way." she said with a little giggle
