The Royal Family

King Arago- Maria’s father, he was killed when Maria was only 5.
Lady Selene- Arago’s wife and Maria’s mother, she died when Maria was only 2.

Lord Saran- Maria’s godfather and the one who left the Shadow Kingdom to her.

Old friends of the family from another realm

Western Lands

Lord Intashio- Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha and Heather’s father. Former Lord of the western lands.
Inuyasha- Sesshoumaru’s and Heather’s half brother.


Eastern lands

Lord Kere- Lord of the Eastern lands, a good friend of Sesshoumaru, he is a dragon demon.
Lady Tara- Lady of the Eastern lands, very kind and gentle, also a dragon demon

Northern Lands

Lord Akira- lord of the Northern lands, a lion demon, over 2000 years old, he is also very wise and kind.
Lady Jasmine- Lady of the Northern lands, kind, over 2000 years old, lion demon, caring.

Southern Lands

Lord Shin- Lord of the Southern lands, another good friend of Sesshoumaru. A wolf-demon.
Lady Kana- Lady of the Southern lands, kind and caring, she is also a wolf demon.
