Kilea859-I'v been planning this for months so it's all planed out, but even I don't know how long the story will be at least 15 chaps, but for the record I'm a Girl

They all piled into the small closet under the stairs as quickly as possible and closed the door and crouched by the door in the inky blackness. Harry heard Algernon walk to the front door and open it and she said, "What can I do for you" their was a pause then a drawling voice answered "their has been an escape from the mental intuition, three very dangerous and violent patents have escaped and the police force are going door to door to see if the mu- I mean residents have enough security to protect themselves". There was another pause and Algernon (trying to sound fearful) said "o.k. come in and see if my house is safe"

Harry thought it was a bit foolhardy to invite a Death Eater into her house but if she knew what she was doing then it was best to trust her. Then their was a clumping sound as Algernon walked down the hall way and their was a faint slapping sound as Malfoy walked behind her wearing flip-flops, the moved to the kitchen and went to the table where Attica was sitting. There was a moment of silence than Algernon said in a dangerous tone "you think you got me fooled Death Eater, your master or whatever ain't capturing me again, but now that I've told you this I just cant let you leave". And there was a small scuffling a bang that shook the floor then a choking sound and Algernon called " you guys can come out now, no more danger here, oh Attica look for more of them". Harry, Ron, and Hermione walked cautiously out of the closet and into the kitchen in time to see Attica walk out the front door with her rifle in hand, Algernon had Malfoy by the throat and was lifting him so high that he was above the ground, his wand was on the ground and the kitchen table was a smoldering pile of ash. Malfoy was gasping for breath and was futile trying to remove Algernon's hand from his throat. Algernon was grinning slightly and looked very relaxed and happy that this mans life was in her hands.

Malfoy then gasped out suddenly "the Dark Lord in right you aren't h-" but the rest of his sentence was cut short because Algernon tightened her grip on his throat and they all heard a few bones snap then Malfoy coughed and blood bubbled up out of his mouth. He coughed again and blood sprayed all over Algernon's face, but she looked even more delighted at this and Harry could have sworn that Algernon's eyes seemed to darken at the sight of the blood but he blinked and the eyes were their usual brown. And Algernon said with amusement "anything else to say before you die, I can track down your family and give them any message, you might even see them again after I give them the message". After she said this Hermione covered her mouth and ran to the bathroom where she puked in the toilet, but Harry had seen enough and said in a voice braver that he felt "don't kill him, he's no threat, you don't need to kill him". Algernon turned to him slowly and looked as if a great treat was being denied her and said "I we let him go he'll rat us out, I got' a kill him" but Harry had seen enough death in his life and said "you can just keep him here, so he cant tell, just don't kill him". Then Malfoy choked out suddenly "you can kill me but I didn't come alone you will all die at the hands of my master-" then a shot rang out and Algernon said with the trace of amusement "I think you are mistaken".

What drove me to write this chapter I don't know, but there you go next chapter coming soon.
