The whole account of what had taken place before they met Shadow took most of the day and they talked right through lunch, so by the time they had finished, Harry, at least, was very tired and hungry and was looking forward to a good meal, but was curious to what they would eat. After they finished explaining Shadow was a bland and stony as ever (the only time he spoke was at the mention of Harry's dead parents he said quietly that it was evident he wasn't alone in the universe) then stretched and said suddenly "whose turn is it to make dinner"? Both him and Attica turned and looked at Algernon expectantly who held up her hand in defeat and said, " all right I'll make dinner but it will be a while" and she got up and walked to the kitchen and the sound of moving dishes and opening cabinets could be heard.

Then Shadow asked abruptly "do any of you like to read, I've got some books", Hermione's face lit up excitedly, and that look was enough words for an answer so Shadow got up and walked down the hall with Hermione following. Attica yawned and walked over to a game consol and turned it on and then the TV and waited for it to boot up. She then turned to them and asked "you wan' a learn how to play Soul Caliber 2, it's a fun game" while Ron preferred to watch rather than play Harry spent the next 45 min beating up on computer animated characters, after much trial and error he found he was considerably good at the character Link and had immense fun beating up the other characters. Ron was cheering him on enthusiastically while Hermione (who had her nose buried into `The Lord of the Rings') made the kind of noises she made when she thought the two of them where behaving childishly, before long Algernon served them Kung Pow Chicken, and Harry found it quite good, after he had consumed three servings he began to feel sleepy and Algernon decided it was time for them to go to bed.

He was to sleep in the bedroom with Algernon and Ron, after bidding Hermione goodnight the went into the bedroom after Algernon, it was rather spacious with raven black wallpaper, old brown carpet and a small dresser with a small amount of clothes spilling out onto the floor. After a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors Ron got the spare bed next to Algernon's while Harry got the sleeping bag on the floor. After about 30 min of mild talking they all drifted off to sleep, Harry had the strangest dream, he got up off the floor and walked out to the kitchen and noticed that the table was back, but he was shocked by the three creatures sitting at the table. The looked nowhere near human with black skin and tales, and ears on top of their head, he turned to run when they looked up and saw him but suddenly the dream changed, he was standing at a much higher height than usual and was standing in a dark room with two nervous looking men. They were all gathered around a map with lines drawn through it divining the map into sections, he looked over to the shorter man and said in a high cold voice "are you sure that this is the where Malfoy was supposed to be searching". The man nodded so hard his hood fell off his face reveling small beady eyes and a mouse like face and a mostly baldhead, then he stammered as he replaced his hood "yes this is where he was last seen before he disappeared" he pointed at one section on the map. Harry paused for a second before answering in the same cold pitiless voice "good, then pull all other teams back I believe we have found our prey, I will join them in the search, go inform them now", the two men hastily bowed low and exited out of the room quickly. Harry then turned to the left and looked out a grungy window to the outside, he could see his reflection; he had a pale face no nose and red eyes with catlike slits for pupils, "NOOOOOOO" Harry yelled and he found himself sitting up abruptly entangled in the sleeping bag with Algernon and Ron getting up abruptly at the noise.
