Harry's feet slammed into the kitchen floor and he fell over forwards on his stomach biting his tongue when he landed. He cursed slightly and got to his feet and Ron and Hermione had fallen over in a similar fashion, but the three demons were still standing and looking around at the surroundings. Algernon looked a bit nervous and Harry wondered what there was to be nervous about until she shuddered and said, "man I hate closed spaces, I prefer the sky to a roof", then Hermione blurted out "your claustrophobic"? Algernon nodded then shuddered again and explained, "my whole species of demon is what you humans would call nocturnally arboreal, so were inherently claustrophobic since we prefer trees and wide open skies".

Harry was about to ask what arboreal meant but the room was filled with pops and a whole gaggle of wizards Aperated into the kitchen. Algernon started but the other two demons were rather calm, but Attica was holding something back in the way she was bouncing up and down on the balls of her feet. The rest of the wizards looked wary and curious because Algernon kept looking around the room and shuddering, then Dumbledore stepped forward again and said politely "shall we get refreshments before we find out what happened at the Burrow, a fight with Voldamort (almost everybody shuddered) must be tiring so maybe some dinner will calm your nerves".

Algernon stopped glancing around the room as if the walls might start to close in around them and smiled and looked as if Dumbledore had read her mind and smiled then nodded. After a few minuets of the only sound was that of clinking plates and light conversation, she silence was broken but the door to the kitchen opening and Snape walking in looking more unpleasant than ever. His cold eyes traveled over Harry, Ron, and Hermione but didn't comment until he set eyes on the three demons who were going through their 4th or 5th chicken leg and he tensed and his hand traveled over to his pocket.

Then Dumbledore noted that Snape was there and beckoned him over with a cherry smile and a wave, Snape moved away and whispered something into Dumbledore's ear but his eyes kept moving over to the three demons where were now eating the chicken bones after they finished the chicken. After everyone had their fill Dumbledore leaned forward and asked politely "now would you three mind telling me what happened". It took about an hour and a half to get through the whole story, while Algernon took a bag of screws out and began eating them like popcorn, when they finished their was a bit of a silence except for Algernon crunching on another screw. Then Dumbledore sighed and asked, "well, you sure have had quite a trip, but I am sure you are curious to how the blanket was turned into a Portkey", they all nodded and he said "it was Professor Snape, who was under Voldamort's control, apparently Voldamort began to question his loyalty and put the Inperus Curse on him to force him to do his bidding, so that means that he wont be spying on Voldamort anymore" (snape began looking murdus).

Suddenly Attica looked up and looked into the wall and her pupils retracted and she made a faint hiss, Algernon and Shadow both looked up and looked into the wall also and they both growled and tensed as if expecting a fight. Everybody else was confused and looked a round at the wall they were staring into and Sirius asked "what is it, what's wrong", they didn't answer but instead stood up in unison and walked up to the main hallway and peered through a window by the front door. Everyone was following them and holding their breath, anxious to find out what had three powerful demons so uptight, when Shadow peered through the window he growled and spat out the words "Spirit Detectives" and both Algernon and Attica growled and hissed after he said this. The name Spirit Detectives rung a bell in Harry's mind and Ron asked "hay you said something about them before, when you came back all beat up" Algernon nodded and started looking nervous again and was shooting glances at the door as if it would burst in and they would all get attacked at once.

Then they trooped back to the kitchen so the three demons could explain just who the Spirit Detectives were, Algernon took out her bag of screws and began eating them again while Shadow explained, " the Spirit Detectives are a group of demons and humans who polices to prevent illegal crossovers from the demon world to the human world. Me and Algernon came over here about 1000 years ago and we found Attica about 12 years ago but we didn't come legally so they have been after us for a while". Then Algernon added, "The Spirit Detectives are a group of 4 fighters all equal to me in power, there are two demons, a half demon, and one's human". Then she added, "the two demon traitors are Hiei the fire demon/ice demon and he's faster than I could ever be, the other demon is the famous thief Yoko Kurama but about 15 years ago he got caught and was forced to come to the human world and he replaced a human mother's child, and has been living as a human ever since". "The human is a stupid fool called Kuwabara, who basically tags alone on the missions getting in the way, but he dose have a bit of ESP so he has his uses, but the leader is a half human/half demon named Yusuke, he's probably the most powerful, but he's kind of a punk with gelled back hair and everything".

They went on explaining how these four humans and demons had destroyed many powerful and famous demons and they laughed and joked until it was midnight and they said that had to go since it was only a matter of time before the Spirit Detectives found them. On before they walked out the door they said their goodbyes and opened the door. Shadow turned into a nine-tailed gray fox and ran out the door, Attica turned into a blond cat and followed. When Algernon was about to leave she stopped and grabbed a black cloak from the rack and asked, "who's is this", Ginny said it was Snape's and Algernon said "oh, o.k. then" and the put the cloak over herself and vanished into the night.
