Want to go Clubbing? (sorry for the lame title -_-)

~Last Time: "So that is the reason you wished us to purchase the male clothing, said Starfire innocently.~

Yusuke's eyes widened. "You've been planning this all along!"

Blackfire raised her hands in feigned defense. "It wasn't ALL my idea!"

Botan, Shizuru, and several other girls began to look slightly guilty. The boys sighed, but were secretly glad to have a break from training. Hiei, however, continued to bristle.

"We're going someplace I'm going to hate aren't we?" Kurama smiled at his friend and partner.

"You don't HAVE to go, you know."

"Hn." Hiei didn't answer out loud, instead, he continued the conversation telepathically.

"<Something is on your mind kitsune, or would it be more appropriate to say someone?>"

"~…I have no idea what you're talking about Hiei.~" Kurama tried to fake innocence, but it really sucks when your best friend can read minds.

"<You are unsure about the girl, Blackfire.>" Hiei stated plainly, spelling out the truth.

"~…yes. And I have no idea what her feelings toward me are. I don't even know what kind of person she really is.~"

It was true that for the past month, he had been receiving mixed signals from the charming Tamaranian. At times, he was sure she felt the same way, and other times, it was hard to tell whether she was simply flirting or not.

Kurama had been swamped by female attention, most of which was unwanted, ever since middle school. Here was a girl who was different. He wanted her, but he wasn't sure if she wanted him back.

His musings were interrupted when Hiei mentally chuckled.

"<Give her a chance kitsune. I sense from her surprising amounts of past guilt and shame, but I also see a few jumbled thoughts of you in her mind. Whether good or bad, I cannot tell you. Her mind is nearly as complicated as yours.>" Kurama smiled at his friend across the room. Hiei nodded back at him.

Blackfire caught the interaction. `He's not GAY, is he?!'

Hiei's own dilemma played over and over in his head. The fox would surely laugh if he told him the ridiculous thoughts racing around his head.

Hiei casually looked at the dark enchantress, Raven. His gaze didn't want to leave, but for some reason, he didn't want her to catch him staring at her. `Damn heat.'

Raven didn't look up until she felt several pairs of eyes on her.

"What?" she snapped at Starfire.

Starfire `eeped' (I do this often ^^) and rubbed the back of her head sheepishly.

"Will you be coming with us to the club of dancing?" Raven stayed silent, her separate inner personalities having an argument with her.

Pink-clothed happy Raven giggled at the question. "Of course you should go! Dancing is so much fun! Don't you want to show your new friends how fun you can be?"

Evil, four-eyed Raven glowered in her blood-red cloak. "You make me sick. Why on Earth should we waste our time doing something as pointless as dancing?"

Timid, gray Raven spoke up, voice quivering. "If we do go, we won't have to dance <gulp> suggestively, will we?"

Evil Raven suddenly grinned. "On second thought, we should definitely go!"

Timid Raven began to wail. "But I can't be throwing myself all over the place like that! I'm still a vir-"

Brave, green-cloaked Raven tackled Timid to the ground and gagged her. Evil Raven helped Brave tie up Timid and shove her in a box with lock and key. Brave Raven dusted off her cloak and grinned.

"I guess we're going to dance!" The real Raven suddenly looked confused, she asked her other sides a question.

"Why do any of you want to go, anyway?"

Suddenly, intellectual Raven showed up in her canary yellow cloak and glasses.

"Is it not obvious Raven? You do not wish to impress just ANYONE. Who have you, and therefore WE been thinking of, lately?"

Raven quickly told Starfire she would go.
