Kagome had woke up to find herself in a nicely decorated room. The walls were lined with gold and had many pictures. The room had 2 dressers both white and gold on the knobs. Kagome got out of bed and walked over to the east side of the room and saw a picture of Sesshomaru, Inuyasha and two other people who she recognized as Inuyasha and Sesshomarus parents.Their parents were in the back standing with their hands on each of their sons shoulders. Their mother had on a kimono, much like Sesshomarus but it was red,pink and white. Their father was wearing a plain royal blue kimono. Inuyasha was wearing his famous fire rat kimono and Sessomaru was wearing his usual clothing. They all were smiling happily,even Sesshomaru.

"I see your awake Kagome"

Kagome turned around and saw Kurama leaning on the side of the door frame smiling.

"Would you like to join us for breakfast?"

"Sure, but can I ask you a question Kurama?"

"Sure what is it"

"well, why did Sesshomaru call you "Lord "Kurama?"

"hehe well I am the Lord of the Northern lands, but I like to live like everyone else so I travel with some of my friends." He said smiling.

"You are? I thought the Lord of the Northern lands was a silver kitsune or something like that?"

Kurama could tell she was confused , but was also curious if this is the girl that he needed to find for Koenma.

*flash back*
"Kurama, Hiei on time as usual I see" said the midget toddler who was known as Koenma.

Kurama was standing there with his hands in his pockets as usual and Hiei was standing next to him with an emotionless face as always.

"Arg! Boton!" a girl with blue hair up in a ponytail wearing a pink and blue kimono came into view on an ore or a paddle of some kind.

"yes Koenma sir?"

"Get Yusuke and Kuawabara here pronto!"

"but sir-"

"I said now!"

"alright" with that Boton rode off to find them `Yusuke won't like it when he has to break up a date with Keiko again'

*at the end of school*

"Hey Urameshi I bet I can beat you in this game *points to hungry hungry hippos machine*

Yusuke sweatdrops and continues walking until he was hit in the head with a red metal bat and fell unconscious.

"Kuawabara can you pick him up and carry him to the portal please." Came Botons voice

"sure Boton"

*spirit world*

"Man Urameshi your heavy, hey Boton, when will he wake up?"

Kurama looked to see Yusuke unconscious hanging over Kuawabaras shoulder. Hiei smirked and returned to his emotionless mask.

"Boton wake Yusuke up please" Koenma asked

Boton leaned down and whisperd in Yusukes ear " Keiko is in trouble you have to hurry quick!"

Yusuke shot up in an instant.

"Keiko where is she!"

"hehehe you silly it was just to wake you up"

"YOU!*pointes to Boton* YOU HIT ME WITH THAT DAMN BAT OF YOURS DIDN'T YOU!"

"Yusuke forget that right now, you have a new mission! You all have to go back 500 years in the past, there is a miko named Kagome. Find her and help her on her quest with the Shikon No Tama. Once the jewel is whole bring it here for safe keeping."

"How will we go back in time to find this miko?" Hiei asked.

"Take this, its called the crystal egg, it takes you from 500 years in the past and back again."(don't own the crystal egg I took it off of a game)

With that said everyone touched the egg and was transported into the past.

*end flashback*
