I am really, really sorry but for certain reasons I have decided to disregard the vote, because after reading part of a review by DYquem -

‘O.K. I have another suggestion/recommendation. I don't like the propensity to make plot decisions based on reader votes. The pairing votes are particularly common. You would be better off to decide yourself who should go first, and why. Then your plot drives the order, rather than the order forcing your hand into finding a plot to justify it, or not justifying it at all.’

After a lot of thinking I thought she is right, I felt when I was writing I was forcing the story and I wasn’t very happy with it either. So for now the ‘matings’ had been put back for now. So please forgive me, I’ll give everyone cookies if you do. I do promise I’ll make up later on with lots and lots of juicy stuff, I mean it is the reason why it’s an X rated. He he he he he

P.S Thank you DYquem

Chapter 11. Thoughts & Memories

It was 4 o clock in the morning, a time when people were happily asleep snuggled up warmly in their bed, but not our poor heroine, she was in a very cold shower, turning blue and shivering with chattering teeth but she stubbornly refused to get out.

Finally after another 10 minutes of this and hypothermia threatening the young woman, she got out and after wrapping herself in two towels, one for her hair and the other for her body, she quietly walked across the landing and went to her dark room and lay back on her bed.

A small tap on the door disturbed her.

“Yes.”

“Are you okay Kagome?” The voice was Kurama who sounded tense as she smiled pitifully to her self, ‘no wonder.’.

“I’m fine, sorry if I disturbed you.”

“It’s okay I understand.” His footsteps disappeared and Kagome was left once more but not for long as a voice pierced the darkness, she wasn’t surprised though she knew he was there.

“For a ningen you have lasted longer than I expected.”

Kagome didn’t answer him at first but then, “Disappointed are we.”

“Hnn.”

“How about you, are you okay.” From what she had gathered from Kurama and Yusuke, the hybrids complex nature made the sexual heat he was suffering from the curse even stronger than the other two.

“I can control myself unlike the other two; do not think that I will jump on you Miko. Rape is not my style.”

Hiei jumped out her window and went to his usual place upon the tree. He wouldn’t admit to the girl just how many times that week he had nearly lost control, almost making his words a lie. It was true his heat was strong even painful for him and added to the mix, the young woman’s aroused scent which was getting stronger as time past; it was enough to make him even lose his head. But through will power alone he had managed.

Hiei smirked he wasn’t the only one suffering, Kurama and Yusuke were too. He understood why the young woman took the cold showers to escape the heat caused from her dreams.

It was almost like clock work now from the first night the girl had stayed, early hours in the morning the young woman awoke heated up from a dream, her heavy arousal which flowed through the apartment was picked up others and even him outside couldn’t escape it, this is turn caused an almost domino effect as they in turn come affected. The miko generally then took a cold shower to briefly cool off. It wasn’t just when she dreamed when she was affected, in a blink of an eye suddenly various times during the day the young woman would be hit by the curse.

He could hear Yusuke now taking care of his problem, giving himself a brief release from the strong sexual frustration all four of them were undoubtedly suffering with.

Hiei had even slightly dipped into the young woman’s dreams just out of curiosity, doing so had paid him back tenfold and taught him a severe lesson, and not even a cold shower would have cooled off the extreme lust that ran through him. But the several demons he had killed along with a swim in one of the coldest lakes in Makai had taken the edge off.

The week had been long for all of them, but he had to admit the girls mother was right in her coming here, they could protect the girl easier here, as for the getting to know each other part, well he’d leave that up to the others.

The girl stiff at first had relaxed quickly with them surprising Hiei but he supposed she was used to demons. Hiei was also interested in her story of meeting the Demon Lord Sesshomaru 500 years in the past but so far she hadn’t said anything bar her brief comment to Kurama.

He had tried to penetrate her mind for details but she had a strong barrier around her, he could have taken it down but it would have caused her a lot of pain. At the moment he would leave his questions unanswered but if she took too long in deciding when to tell them, well he would find out how strong that barrier really was.

Hiei had finally admitted to him self that he desired the girl but so far had not acted on it, not like the others had. Kurama with his inner Kitsune obviously helping had been charming the girl all week, it was quite amusing to watch actually and as for Yusuke, he acted softer though still as perverted around her. Not only that the pair were more open with her than he had seen them with any one else.

It was the girl’s naivety and innocence he supposed which made them that way, even he felt slightly affected by her honest personality, something about her reminded him of Yukina, the joy she held in life was obvious to see.

The miko was also extremely stubborn too, she had started a part-time job just yesterday, and they had all disapproved, saying they needed to keep an eye on her, especially at this vulnerable time. She argued back, and when that didn’t work, phoned her mother who even he had a wary respect for.

A part of Hiei was slowly drifting off asleep in the tree when a delicious and intoxicating smell approached his nose once more, Hiei groaned, this was worse than training with Mukuro.

***

“Thank you, have a good night.”

Kagome smiled as her last customer left, wondering if the shop would be quiet now. The pharmacy had been busy for over the last hour or so, people in a rush to get their prescriptions done before closing time. She was enjoying it even though it was her second day working here. Kagome wished the job was permanent but she was only working there temporary for now and the hours part-time. It seemed one of the employees had to take some time off to care for a sick relative.

Kagome was told this over the phone when she rang Houjo who had passed her over to his mother. Houjo’s mother explained it would only be for 2 weeks and she understood if she didn’t want to take the job. Kagome said that she didn’t mind at all which she hadn’t actually, if any thing the experience would be good for her as well as the money she was getting for it.

It had been fairly easy to pick up too, when she had started yesterday, Houjo’s mother briefly went over some things like how to use the till, checking that the prescriptions were filled in right, etc, etc.

The only thing she didn’t like but well couldn’t be helped really because of her reputation from school which Houjo had obviously told his parents of was her sick record. His mother and his father who was busy in the back mostly doing the prescriptions stopped sometimes whilst working and then they looked at her as if she was going to suddenly collapse on them.

Every now and then they would pop up and check on her, it was funny at first but after the first 20 times of being asked if she was feeling fine, well irritated was mildly how she felt.

But one thing that was proving to be a god-send about this job was how it kept her mind and body busy and stopped her thinking about certain things which had made her life this week feel like hell. It also gives her a brief break from the tension of living in a apartment with three handsome demons which was inevitably caused.

“Hmmmmm.” Kagome started humming to herself as she tidied up the counter, waiting for the clock to turn to 8 o clock, which was when it was closing time. Houjo’s mother suddenly came from the back looking tired.

“Kagome could you tidy up some of shelves for me, some customers have knocked some of the products down on the far left aisle.”

“Yes Mrs Akitoki, I‘ll do that now.”

It wasn’t long before Kagome had tidied up and turned the closed sign around at Mrs Akitoki’s request. After helping her with the till and some general cleaning up, it was 8.30pm which was when she paid to work to.

Kagome went to the small staff room picked up her coat and bag and then used the toilet facilities they had downstairs to freshen up.

“Hello Kagome.” Houjo was waiting for her in the back storage room where the staff exit was.

“Hello Houjo, how are you and Ayumi?”

“I’m fine and so is Ayumi, thank you for asking. But I should be asking you that, I hope this job is not too taxing for you.”

Kagome sighed, she couldn’t blame Houjo really but her grandfather sometimes he deserved a good whack for the various supposedly illnesses he had made up over the years, it was probably a surprise to people that she was still alive.

“I’m fine, actually fit and healthy; all those extra vitamins I’m taking at the moment are doing me good.” She was lying about the vitamins but it was a good excuse for her looking so healthy she thought.

“Aye yes, have you seen our offer on the buy one get free range, it’s a good deal at the moment plus with your staff discount even better.”

Kagome stopped briefly in between the exit, zipped up her coat and looked outside into the alleyway, which was illuminated up brightly by the pharmacy back door security lights.

“Eh yes thank you for reminding me Houjo. Is there anything I can do for you?”

Kagome noticing how hesitant he was around her, something obviously on his mind.

“I thought I should walk you home, it is pretty late and dark too especially for a young woman like yourself to be going home alone.”

Kagome paused once more, while the offer was appreciated, she really didn’t want Houjo knowing her destination, because of the questions it would bring up. So far as Mrs Akitoki knew she was living at the Shrine still and her mother had said she would cover up for her for now.

Kagome was just about to say something when she was rescued.

“Yo Kagome, sorry for being late.”

It was Yusuke who suddenly came around the corner, his presence making Houjo step back in surprise.

“Urameshi!”

“Oh have you met Yusuke then.” Surprised Kagome asked Houjo, Yusuke came from another part of town and until he started living in this area rarely came round here from what he’d told her.

“He was pointed out to me once by a relative of mine.” Houjo was shocked he didn’t think Kagome would know some one like him, Urameshi had been considered to be the toughest boy at Sarayashiki Junior High School, even today his reputation preceded him and from the way he was looking at Kagome it wasn’t just as if they were friends either.

“Wait is this the two-timing boyfriend Ayumi told me about?”

“Hey what are you trying to say kid.”

“Nooo.” Kagome waved her hands in denial and quickly stood in front of Yusuke feeling the annoyance coming from him.

“Good Kagome because you deserve better than that.”

“What like you?” Yusuke couldn’t help but needle the kid, he rubbed him up the wrong way for some reason and he didn’t like the signals he was getting from the guy.

“Yusuke please, Houjo is engaged to one of my friends, he’s just worried for me that’s all.”

“Hmph. Come on lets go, it’s getting cold.” Yusuke grabbed Kagome’s hand and with one last glare at Houjo walked off, with Kagome giving a pathetic wave back.

Kagome couldn’t believe that had just happened, she knew exactly how Ayumi would be once she found out and Eri and Yuki would be just as bad. She shivered at the thought of it, Yusuke took it for something else though and let go his hand and brought her in closer by wrapping one arm around her shoulder and into the warmth of his body as they walked.

Kagome started slightly in surprise but she didn’t want to remove his arm, it was nice and she felt protected for some reason, she stared up out the corner of her eyes up at him, Yusuke was whistling low as he walked, eyes checking their route and body alert for anything. She smiled and cuddled in closer, she just couldn’t help it.

Yusuke nearly jumped in shock himself when he felt Kagome cuddle in closer, he didn’t know why he did it actually and he just acted on instinct. Normally he wasn’t that kind of person, even when with Keiko, the exception was when making out with Keiko he had rarely hugged her except maybe after sex.

Keiko he hadn’t thought about her for a while, actually ever since he had met Kagome, maybe he was finally getting over her. His mind couldn’t help but fly back to their last meeting and argument.

Flashback

Yusuke had just returned to Keiko’s parents home were he was staying for now till he saved up enough money for his own place to eventually share with her. He was aching and needed a bath, the last mission he had just been on had been hard but fun. He had several bruises to show for it too.

The house was quiet not even Keiko was in, a part of him was glad; he could get cleaned up before she came home. He quickly went upstairs to the spare room which was his, Keiko’s parents disapproving of them sharing. ‘Hmm shows what they know.’.

Actually he had been happy to wait for them to get married before becoming intimate with Keiko but he’d been almost pounced on by the girl when he returned from his 3 years training in Makai. He of course was happy to oblige.

He quickly stripped off his black t-shirt, a few blood stains not his on it, and tossed it on the floor, when he heard footsteps along the landing, and he smiled knowing who it was.

The door quickly opened and in came Keiko who as normal as late was scowling at him. Yusuke sighed tiredly, he could not be bothered at the moment with this, knowing what was coming.

“Yusuke Urameshi!”

“Yo Keiko you look nice.” Hoping that would distract her. Keiko did look nice with a dark blue skirt on which hung to the knees and the pale lemon shirt on complemented it fine too. Her brown hair was twisted up at the back too, showing of her pretty face more. But at the moment that face was staring at him with a burning anger as she took in the bruises on his upper body.

“You promised me that you would only be gone for 2 days, it has been a week.”

“I’m sorry Keiko, something came up and besides I asked Botan to tell you I was going to be delayed. I know I missed that party but it‘s not like it was important”

“Yusuke, every time we make plans you have to rush off and save the world again, I’m getting sick of your excuses. And what do mean it wasn‘t important, we would of being seeing all our old school friends from Sarayashik High, I thought you would of liked it.”

“Hmm it’s not as if I was there half the time, hell I didn’t even finish school.”

“Yes and whose fault was that, even Kuwabara finished.”

“Keiko look I’m sorry, I didn’t realise how much it meant to you.” Yusuke was trying to control his temper but it was harder, what with the way Keiko was talking to him. She hadn’t even asked about his injuries which she normally would of.

“This has to stop Yusuke, I can’t take this. You care more about fighting then me.”

“That’s not true Keiko.”

“It is Yusuke, you haven’t even marked me.” Keiko was looking at him now with tears in her eyes.

“Hey what are you talking about?” Incredulous Yusuke stared at her, where did she find out about that.

“Yukina told me about it, how demons mark their mates, how it’s like a human marriage. How comes you didn’t mark me, I thought you loved me Yusuke, I even slept with you.”

Yusuke mind raced, it wasn’t as if he wasn’t going to mark her but he was waiting to talk to her about it, it was not something he could just rush into, especially the way Keiko felt about demons anyways, it would change her and Keiko would probably get upset over that part.

“I was going to wait till we got married.”

“I don’t believe you Yusuke, I don‘t trust you.” Keiko was crying now and sitting on his bed. “I want us to break up.”

“Keiko no.”

“Yes Yusuke, I want some space, I don’t know what I want anymore, I thought you loved me but you started working for Koenma again when you know I hate it.”

“Come on Keiko we have already talked about that, the money is good, a damn sight better than all those other jobs that I had before.”

“Those jobs were at least safe. What kind of life would that be for me and our children Yusuke?”

“Keiko.” Yusuke’s heart was breaking, he knew Keiko was serious about this.

“I’ll give you one last chance. Either you choose me or your job.” Keiko stood up, her tears stopped now. “I’m leaving the house for a while; it’s up to you to decide.”

Keiko left, Yusuke sat down on his bed as if his strength had left him and pondered on what to do.

**‘Baka.’**

“What the….. Hiei?”

Yusuke looked out to see Hiei resting on his window ledge, he opened it up though Hiei didn’t move from his spot.

“You heard?”

“Hnn.”

“So what do you think I should do?”

Hiei stared back in disgust at the Detective, an agony aunt he wasn’t but for once Hiei decided to unbend, well slightly.

“It is up to you Detective, the decision is yours.”

“Yeah but…”

“But nothing. You came back for a reason and not just because the money was good, no matter what you told that onna.”

Yusuke stared down at the floor, with one hand ruffling his hair in dismay.

Hiei stood up and went to leave, now finished but with one last thing to say.

“If the onna can’t accept who you are by now Detective after what you have done for her and sacrificed, then who’s to say she will in the future.”

End Flashback

So Yusuke chose to leave, it hadn’t been an easy decision and even now it was hard but with the way Kagome was smiling up at him just now well it helped.

“Are you working tomorrow?” Yusuke remembered something then.

“No I am off why?”

“Well I wondered if you’d like to go and see someone, actually an old teacher of mine, she phoned up today inviting me and Kurama, she asked for you too.” Actually the old bat had told him to get his arse round there for some training along with the others.

“Is she called Genkai?”

Yusuke looked down, ‘How’d she know.’

“Yes.”

“Sesshomaru mentioned something about her.”

“Hmph.”

“Gee you’re as bad as Hiei with one word answers or should I say grunts.”

“Hnn.”

As the pair approached the detectives flat, Hiei came out of nowhere to be suddenly behind them.

“See.” And Kagome walked in through the door giggling, leaving the pair watching her.

“You didn’t inform her.”

“No, she thinks he is just a friend apparently, I didn’t want to tell her.”

“What if he makes a move on her?”

“The kid won’t, too scared of me from what I could tell.”

“Yes but scared enough?”

As Yusuke walked in he wondered if he should tell Kagome about the kid who was engaged to her friend. That the kid had been from what he smelled as he approached the shop, had probably wanted to get into her panties.

Nope he thought watching her talk excitedly to Kurama as he served her some tea. He’ll see what the kid did for now, as long as kept his distance it will be fine. If not, well Hobo or what ever you call him will find out why he was known as the strongest around, Yusuke thought with a grin whilst popping his knuckles.
***

Kagome had always thought the steps to her Shrine was bad, but this was even worse. It’s not as if she wasn’t fit, she didn’t spend all her time riding on Inuyasha’s back especially whenever Kikyo travelled with them when she was in the feudal era.

Hiei had gone ahead; whilst Kurama and Yusuke walked up with her, Kurama didn’t even look out of breathe. As for Yusuke he had groaned about the steps but more out of habit really she thought.

The Shrine was bigger than she thought it would be but there was the same calming aura around it, similar to her own. Not only that as the Shrine was set out of the city, the air was a lot clearer here too.

As they walked to the large doors of the shrine Kagome suddenly felt a very happy aura which seemed to be heading straight for her, a small ball of blue with a small patch of black on top came in to her sight and was flying quickly before it aimed for her, Kagome caught it easily used to being pounced on by Shippo.

“Puu.” The blue fuzz ball said in a happy voice.

“Dammit I forgot about him.” Yusuke walked over to Kagome ignoring Hiei’s smirk and Kurama’s slight grin.

“Puu?” Kagome asked whilst she cuddled the small thing who seemed to be in heaven from his responses.

“Err yeah he is called Puu and he is my…” Yusuke scowled thinking how to explain what Puu was without sounding sappy.

“Puu is the dimwit’s inner soul.” An older woman’s voice tinged with age and acerbity explained out loud startling Kagome as she looked up in to the face of who she presumed was Genkai. Kagome could feel the power coming from woman, old even though she was. Though her hair was a dull pink with a mingling of grey in it, the eyes were a bright brown and an inner sharpness was reflected in them, Kagome sensed this lady no matter how old she was, she was still a fighter to be respected and feared.

Genkai in turn was doing her own looking, already she had the details from Koenma but she preferred to make her own judgement, she could see the purity coming from the girl along with immensity of her soul. But she could also see something that none of the rest probably not even Hiei was aware of. That was for later though to tell the girl herself in time. No matter what training she would give the child, she would always need protection, so it was good in away that she was getting these three as mates.

Genkai smiled to herself, ‘though some one inside is going to argue about that when you get inside dimwit.’ . She almost couldn’t wait for the confrontation, it was about time for the other girl to learn what she had lost.

A/N who do you think Genkai is talking about, hmmm.

“ You are late!”

“Yeah, yeah, yeah.” Yusuke walked ahead with Genkai both passing insults as they entered the shrine.

Puu now resting on her shoulder was rubbing himself into her hair reminding Kagome of when Shippo used to. Kagome did a small squeal, Puu was so cute.

“Kagome?” Kurama was watching then scene, he must admit the pair did look cute.

“Coming.”

Kagome entered the shrine finally and Kurama had even her give a quick tour of the place. Souta would love the games room, she thought.

They now were in Genkai’s living quarters and what was her living room. As soon as she entered, Kagome could feel that something had happened by a lingering tension in the air.

“Yo Kagome.”

“Kuwabara.” Kagome liked the tall man, he was funny and had a big heart, and he was standing next to a slightly smaller woman. She had long light brown hair and was slim, also she was smoking at the moment. Kagome also could sense that she had the same powers as Kuwabara too.

“Introduce us you big lug.” The woman said as Kagome come near to them.

“This is my older sister Shizuru and this is Kagome, you know the one I told you about last night.”

Kagome blushed slightly wondering if he had told her everything, from the telling glint in the woman’s eyes Kagome knew she was right with her prediction.

“Hiya it’s nice to meet you.” Both shook hands in greeting, Shizuru’s eyes widened in surprise, from the brief feel she had caught something from the young girl, the power she had sensed from when she had walked in the room but from that brief touch, Kagome had gone through things just like her brother and his team had. Young she looked but her inner self told a different story.

“”Did something happen in here?” Kagome asked Kuwabara.

Kuwabara winced slightly and nodded.

“Yeah Kurama you probably can already tell, well Keiko’s here.”

Kurama who had noticed as soon as he entered the room sensed the disturbed aura and then Keiko’s scent had reached him.

“Where are they?”

“Yusuke and Keiko went into another room to talk, man Yusuke looked like he was going to blow one. It‘s probably my fault too. She had come round this morning to see Shizuru and I mentioned we were coming here.”

Kurama thought ‘dammit Keiko of all the timing’, they were already on an unstable path with Kagome at the moment and with Keiko here that will make it worse. He looked over at the suddenly confused girl with concern wondering how she will react to Keiko.

*‘Don’t worry Red, Kagome will be fine.’*

#‘I hope so Youko, if Kagome feels the emotions between the pair she might be reluctant to do anything with Yusuke.’#

**‘Kurama is right, the girl will act as if she was becoming between the Detective and his ex onna.’**

Hiei now entering the room and the silent conversation, behind Hiei was also Genkai along with Yukina carrying a small tray with drinks on it. Kurama sighed just hoping that Yusuke remained at least calm.

***

Kagome had been talking now for nearly half hour with mostly Shizuru and Yukina, the ice maiden was rather shy at first but was loosening up a little bit. She liked the pair and had a feeling that they will end up as good friends. It was nice to have a bit of female company too. Living all week in a male dominant apartment had taken a few days to adjust too, especially with the highly charged atmosphere because of the curse.

Kagome noticed that Hiei was watching her rather closely at this moment and wondered why. She had also noticed that Puu was being rather quiet as he lay in her lap, she first thought the little fuzz ball was asleep, but when she checked found Puu wide awake but with intensely sad eyes, and now and then he also whimpered too. But the stroking she was giving him seemed to comfort him a little bit.

Suddenly one of the doors slid open and in walked Yusuke with a thunderous expression on his face, following him was a pretty woman with an angry scowl too.

“Are you okay Yusuke?” Concerned Kagome asked, his aura was acting very violently she could tell. Kurama and Hiei had also tensed sensing that Yusuke was on the verge of losing control. Yusuke looked over at Kagome and just slightly as he stared his aura calmed, which Genkai noticed with amusement. Unfortunately Kagome had also cornered the scowling woman’s attention.

Keiko walked over to the girl, who she noticed in her jealousy was very beautiful, and what even made her more madder was that Puu was sitting quite content in her lap. When she had early came to Genkai’s Shrine with Kuwabara and Shizuru, the small blue spirit had refused to come even near her no matter how much she tried to coax him.

“So you’re the one, Kuwabara and Yusuke’s told me about the curse!” She spat out at her. “If you think that you are coming near my Yusuke well you are wrong.”

Kagome looked in surprise, was this the ex-girlfriend that Yusuke had mentioned the other day about, she knew they had broken up badly and Yusuke still felt sad over it, but from what she gathered was that Keiko was the one who had actually wanted to break up.

Kagome didn’t like the way the girl was staring at her either as if she was dirty. Kagome winced she must know the full facts about the curse. She was slowly coming to terms with it and how surprisingly she was feeling about the three. But the girl was making her feel as if it was wrong to feel like that.

Kurama could tell that Kagome was becoming rather upset as Keiko glared at her and hoped Yusuke wouldn’t make things worse as he moved over to the pair.

Yusuke wasn’t sure at that moment what to do, all he knew was that he was feeling rather pissed off, at the same time he quickly glared at Kuwabara whose fault this was, hell the baka had even told Keiko about the fucking curse too. Kuwabara flinched sensing death was near by, and it wasn’t the pretty cheery one known as Botan either.

Yusuke touched Keiko’s arm who was still staring over at Kagome who in turn was staring up now at him, Yusuke tried to smile comfortingly at her but at that moment he was preoccupied.

“Keiko leave Kagome alone this has nothing to do with her.”

Keiko turned around in a rage.

“What do mean this had nothing to do with her!”

“Keiko..”

“No Yusuke, I can’t believe you are going to let this just slide by.”

“I’m not Keiko I just have no other choice, Kagome will die and I can’t let that happen, also Hiei, Kurama and I will lose our bodies too.”

“Why can’t I break the curse, I brought you back once before.”

“It wouldn’t work Keiko you don’t have any powers and I…”

Keiko stared at Yusuke watching the way he stared at that girl behind him, it was slight but she caught it.

“You…you have feelings for her don’t you?”

Yusuke flushed and then surprisingly he nodded.

Keiko felt her heart break even more, it had shattered when Yusuke had chosen after her ultimatum to leave but this was worse. She noticed there was a slight softness about him he never had before, not only that he seemed more relaxed and happier. When they had been arguing in the other room, he had actually been more in control and mature as she screamed at him in anger, something she had never known before.

Keiko suddenly ran from the room crying, her tears streaming as she went. Yusuke went to follow but was stopped by Genkai.

“No dimwit, let her calm down, she doesn’t want to see you just now.”

Suddenly Kagome stood up and walked over to Yusuke with Puu in her arms.

“Here.” Kagome passed him over to Yusuke.

“What…”

“I believe Keiko and I need to talk.”

“What..”

“Do you think that is wise.” Kurama now entering the conversation. Kagome looked at Yusuke and then smiled wisely at them all, her eyes looked old then and a lingering of pain was seen and felt by them all.

“Yes.” With that brief answer Kagome walked out of the room everyone staring as she left.

“I hope she will be okay.” Yukina’s soft voice asked in concern.

“Do not worry my Yukina she will be fine.” Hiei growled softly at Kuwabara and Yusuke his attention now on Kuwabara.

“Hey baka, are your ribs healed.”

Kuwabara stared in confusion. “Yes they are fine now, why?”

Yusuke looked at him with the evilest grin ever and clenched his fists menacingly.

“Just I need to pound something and your it.”

Kuwabara stood up quickly, and this is what was Hiei heard as he dipped into the baka’s mind, ‘Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, oh shit, I am so dead.’.
