An awakening as two worlds apart end

Ch1…. Bittersweet memories

 

Kagome sat outside the well house .. her back aching where it met the hard wood of the wall she was using to hold up her wet sobbing body…. Why did he say that to me… Kagome let her tears run freely from her bloodshot eyes down her downcast face… she watched as her tears mixed with rain…she turned her face up to the sky…. Why…. The only sound she could hear was the soft `splash' that the rain made against her bare skin…… she glanced over at her house.. at the small family of 3 sitting inside…. They looked happy… without her…. Everyone was happy without her….. she squatted down hugging her legs to her chest.. waiting for her family to leave… she cried to herself the only thing she could think of where the words her love had muttered before pushing her into the well.. I don't love you Kagome…

 

 

Inuyasha looked at the well…. He was battling with his emotions when a young kitsune came running past him and flung his little frame onto the well… “Kagome!” Shippo yelled as he looked down into the well… He then turned cold mean eyes onto the inu demon that stood only a few feet behind him…. “Whats your problem Inuyasha!... Why did you push Kagome… what'd she do to you buttface!” Shippo ran to Inuyasha's feet as he said this “You … huh… wouldn't understand…” Inuyasha looked down at the little fox that was now hitting and pounding at his legs…”hmf” Inuyasha said as he turned to walk towards the village.. Shippo watched him walking for some distance without moving… he then pulled his body up and walked to the well… he sat on the edge .. clutching at his shirt.. trying desperately to mend his broken heart…..

 

 

Kagome walked into her house…. She closed the door behind her… her socks making soft `pad pad pad' noises as she eneter the living room… it had been months sense she had seen this now strange room… she walked up the stairs and into her room … she sat on her bed.. she looked around in mild surprise at her surroundings… she had walked up there without even realizing what she was doing… she pulled off her ripped and battered shirt and flung it onto the ground… followed by her short green and white skirt…she walked over to her full length mirror … stopping to look at her reflection… whats wrong with me… why doesn't he love me?... she asked herself as she turned her naked body to get a better look at her backside.. tears stung at her eyes and threatened to overflow…. Her sadness all the sudden changing into anger… “ You'll fuck me… but im not good enough to love!” she stated this out loud to her reflection….. “ and you fucked her… and… and.. “ she trailed off her eyes softening …. She let her body crumble to the ground…. “ I don't understand…” Kagome whispered to herself as she wrapped her long delicate arms around her being… `Slam”… Kagome jerked her thoughts away from the site of seeing Inuyasha with one of the girls from the village in the woods….. she scathed at the memory of him pinning that girl to a tree.. her legs wrapped around him….. “ Kagome?” A call came up from the stairs … Kagome hit her head… mad at herself for letting herself drift back into those thoughts and memories.. “ Yes mom im home..” Kagome stood up and quickly opened up her closet and threw on some PJ's and ran into her bathroom and ran a brush threw it….. she thrust open the door of her room and walked down the stairs placing a smile on her face… “ O kagome… I saw your shoes.. I hoped that you were home..” Her mother said as she ran forward and threw her arms around her long lost daughter … Kagome ran her hands through her mothers hair… she gave Sota and Grandpa a small smile over her mothers back….. when her mother finally pulled away she gave her a dazzling smile… “ Okaa-san… ive missed you so much….” Kagome walked over to her brother and Grandfather.. “ you guys too.” She smiled into them as she pulled them both into a hug… “ I'll get dinner started “ and with that there mother disappeared into the kitchen…. “ So Kagome what happened … why were you gone for so long… you were gone nearly 4 mounths….. why huh hwy why hy huh hy ?”The end of Sota sentence started to blur as he started to gasp for air….Sota and Kagome sat on the Couch as her grandfather walked into the kitchen to help his daughter with dinner…

 

 

They all sat there … all of their plates now clean… laughter rang through the house… “O… Kagome I forgot to tell you… your school kicked you out so now you go to a new one… sorry dear…” she said as she gave Kagome an apologetic look…. “ really.. well I did miss a lot of school…” Kagome's mother ran to the closet and pulled a small bag from it and set it down infront of her… she pulled out a small white package… and then handed it to Kagome… Kagome opened it and looked at the item or items in her hand… her eyes went wide.. “Pink?” her mother giggled at the look on her daughters face…. “ I hope you like your new Uni-form sis… I helped pick it out… I thought youd like the short skirt….” Kagome pulled her hand from under the stiff new fabric to whack her brother hard in the back of the head… “ hey… don't be a bi..” Kagome then slammed her hand into his head again…before he could say anything more… her eyes never leaving her new PINK school uniform…..
