New fic! This kinda came to me while I was thinking about a question on my test in Science.

Summary: Kagome comes home one day, rushing so she can see Kurama, only to find him kissing another. Or was that him? Sesshou takes care of her and Inu sees this as an opportunity to get the girl he wanted for the past couple of years, but wasn't able to because of her boyfriend Kurama. Kagome accepts his dates he asks. Kurama sees Kagome and tries to start a conversation, not knowing why she started to ignore him. What could all this lead to? Was that really Kurama kissing another? AU fic!

Pairings: Kurama/Kagome, NO INU/KAGOME!! Its just for the plot. Once again, I repeat, this is NOT Inu/Kagome. I'd NEVER do a fic with that pairing!

Confusion Game (I can't think of a better title)

Chapter 1

Kagome ran up the stairs to her and someone (the person's name starts with a `K' and its not Kuwabara or Keiko) else's apartment they shared, wanting to see her boyfriend Kurama. She unlocked the door and quietly opened it.

"Kura-" Kagome stopped at mid-way saying his name.

To shocked to speak, horrified at the sight she was watching. A fresh tear trickled down her cheek as did more. Kagome whimpered softly.

Kurama was kissing another girl! Kurama stopped kissing the girl and turned his head to the whimpered sound from behind him. The girl was revealed as………………Maya!?!

Kagome ran down the stairs and knocked into a friend of hers that was walking by. Fallling, she was caught by her wrist. Kagome looked up with tears still falling freely.

"I'm sorry, Sesshoumaru-sama." Kagome apologized.

"Are you okay?" Sesshoumaru asked, his cold eyes softening as he saw his sister, what he thought of her as, crying.

"I'm fine." Kagome stated, wiping away her tears.

"Want to stay at my house, your welcome to?"

"I think I will, thanks Sesshoumaru! I appreciate it" `It might help me get my mind off of Kurama kissing Maya.'

Sesshoumaru smiled, `I'll get her to tell me what's wrong no matter what! I can't just see her like this, it hurts me."

HMF: Soooo……………….what do you think? Should I continue?

Kurama: I can't believe your going to make Kagome hate me!

HMF: Don't worry, you will get back together somehow. I haven't thought of how though.

Kurama: WHAT!?!?! I'm going to lose her to a mutt!!

Inu: I am not a mutt!! And to bad for you, cause I get the girl!!

HMF: Not really, by the end of the story, Kurama and Kagome will be together again.

Inu: Aww…………man.

HMF: Either that or your with Kikyou and she will drag you down to hell. Which do you prefer?

Inu: I prefer not going to hell!
