Last Time:

Miroku looked at Kagome. "Now…" he began. "It's your turn." He calmly

walked towards the frightened Kagome, who kept backing away.

This Time:

"Miroku, what are you thinking?!" shouted Kagome. Miroku started to laugh

maliciously.

"What makes you think I'm Miroku, Kagome?" Kagome was now backed up

against a tree. Miroku's figure slowly walked towards Kagome.

"Why, Kagome-sama, you shouldn't be scared of me. It is I, Miroku. I am not

going to do anything hentai or hurt you," calmly said he.

Kagome gulped and began cursing under her breath for her bad luck.

"J-just stay away from me y-you, bastard!" frighteningly shouted Kagome. Her

eyes darted across the forest looking for a way to escape. She found none, much to her

luck.

An arrow whizzed passed behind Kagome, hitting the supposedly Miroku square

in the chest. "Miroku" then turned into the doll with a piece of Miroku's hair tied to it.

Kagome looked to see who it is, and it was…

~!~

"We should head back to Kaede's village," said Inuyasha. "I have this bad feeling

there was something wrong that happened." They nodded in agreement. Hiei took off

before them, and Kurama and the rest raced after him, following Kagome's trail.

~!~

"A-arigato, Kikyou," said Kagome. She didn't exactly like Kikyou, but she did

not want to be rude. After all, she DID save her.

"Reincarnation," Kikyou began, "You should watch where you are going."

Kikyou then started to walk off.

"Matte!" shouted Kagome. Kikyou looked over her shoulders.

Kagome then jogged beside Kikyou. "Why did you save me?"

Kikyou looked down with a smile. "Just because I am supposed to be evil, I still

have a heart deep down inside." Kagome blinked and smiled at Kikyou.

"KAGOME!!" shouted Inuyasha. Kagome turned to look back.

"Hey, Kikyou, if you want to…" When Kagome looked at where Kikyou stood,

she was gone. Kagome sighed mentally. "Inuyasha, I'm over here!"

Inuyasha, Kurama, Shippou, and Kirara were there. "Thank goodness you're safe,

Kagome," said Kurama.

Kagome smiled at him. "Thanks for your concern, Kurama." Kurama blushed a

tint shade of pink.

They then noticed Sango's body lying on the ground-lifeless. Inuyasha looked at

Sango horrified, "Who did this, Kagome?"

Kagome looked down; her bangs covering her eyes. "Naraku… he… he made a

puppet of Miroku, and when we left you guys the supposedly hentai houshi attacked. At

first, Sango and Miroku were hugging each other, and Miroku stabbed her with a-a

dagger!" Kagome was now on the ground crying.

Kurama was next to her in an instant and began whispering soothing words.

Inuyasha looked sadly at Kirara. "This is going to be hard, isn't it Kirara?" Kirara

mew'ed meaning to say yes.

"But, how? Sango was very cool to hang around with, and I just can't believe sh-

she… DIED!" Shippou was crying madly.

Inuyasha bonked Shippou on the head and said, "Stop crying twerp! Do you think

she wants people to cry over her grave? I know we should at least mourn for her death,

but I bet she doesn't want to fuss over about her death! She would probably want you to

live your life happily. She's probably sad and angry now that she wasn't able to kill

Naraku and all."

They all looked at Inuyasha, and Kagome stood up wiping away the tears.

"You're right, Inuyasha."

"Feh!"

Kurama smiled at the hanyou. He was relieved that he stopped Kagome and

Shippou from crying. `He is right though,' mused Kurama.

~I am surprised that I agree with you,~ said Youko.

`Hey! Who said you could talk?!' asked Kurama.

~Me, of course~

`….'

~Is that all you have to say?~

`Yes and no.'

~Huh? What do you mean by that?~

"Oi, flower boy! We're leaving!" shouted Inuyasha.

`He has good timing,' mused Kurama.

~What do you mean by that~ asked Youko.

`…' Kurama then put a mental block between him and Youko.

As they entered the village, the villagers noticed that they were missing Sango

and Miroku. They had asked several questions on why the monk and demon exterminator

are not with them.

Those questions pained Kagome a lot, but then, she remembered about the

encounter with Kikyou. How she spoke it was kind of dull, but it had meant something.

They finally reached to Kaede's hut, and Kagome was broken out of her train of

thoughts. "I'm going to take a nap," said Kagome. They nodded completely

understanding why she was taking the nap.

Hiei then came in, and he looked at Kurama, who just nodded. They both left the

hut, and they left a confused old lady, fire neko, hanyou, and kitsune.

"Fox, I saw Kagome talk to some girl, who looked like her but more… mature,"

said Hiei.

Kurama cocked one eyebrow at him. Hiei sighed mentally and said, "The girl

called Kagome reincarnation. That just reminds me of the dream I had with Kagome."

"What dream with Kagome?" asked Kurama. Hiei slapped himself really hard-

mentally of course.

Hiei took a breath and spoke, "before I met her, I had this dream…" Kurama was

very interested in this. "At first, I didn't know who it was, but soon I noticed it was

Kagome."
