Chapter 2

Yusuke and Jayd Urameashi were sitting in their apartment, since thier house had been burned to the ground.
They were brother and sister who hadn't lived together til they were fourteen and then Jayd had moved on after
Jayd's adopted parents had died in a car accident. When they were born their mother had split them and their
other sister up for adoption, keeping Yusuke to live with her. Their mother was sitting behind them, drinking(she
hardly ever stopped). Jayd had put on a mid-thigh low cut red dress and had her black hair up in a bun.
Yusuke had called her a whore and for that he had gotten a hard smack on the back of the head. Like him she had
a short temper, it was something they shared. Yusuke had left his hair alone, not bothering to put gel in it, he just
wore jeans and a white shirt.

"You could have dressed up, you know?"Jayd said, looking up and down her brother. He just shrugged.
"What's the occasion?"Asked Kurama, as he appeared in the doorway, making Jayd scream.
"God, could you shriek any louder? You're giving me a headache. I was having a nice nap, too." Said an annoyed
Hiei. He must have been sleeping on the fire escape. He looked Jayd up and down, before pointing at her and
saying "What the hell? You need to change you look like a whore." Yusuke just laughed. Jayd gave him a nasty look.
"Why do you care? I mean come on I thought you didn't care what I did?" Jayd said, quite pleased, he would have
to state why he cared now. Everyone knew that they were together but he acted like it wasn't so, this was one
of the times he would have to. Kurama, Yusuke, and Jayd stifled a laugh.
Heie took a deep breath before turning red. "I don't like others to see you like that. So go change or something
before I make you change." He turned around and whispered "I'm the only one who is supposed to see you
like that, even though you do look pretty hott right now." Kurama bust out laughing nearly falling over, trying
to cover his mouth. Yusuke didn't even try to be polite he layed on his back grasping his sides from laughing so
hard. Jayd just sat there with a goofy look on her, her face turning red. Just then Kawabara came running in the
door not even knocking with three girls following behind him.
"Hey guys!" He said touching the top of his head brushing back his curly short black hair. He was tall, with
wide shoulders. He wore a blue shirt and pants to match. Hiei, who was dressed in all black with a cape thing
hiding his body, looked at him like he was an idiot.
"What are you doing here? God can't we have one little secret that everyone else doesn't know" Yusuke shouted,
his temper getting the best of him, everyone stared. A girl with short brown hair walked over and slapped him
across the face. She was wearing a skirt to the knees and a white shirt.
"Wow, Kieko you slapped him pretty hard. I don't think i could just hit him like that." Yukina said, she had white
hair put into pony tails, wearing a kimono. She stared at Yusuke on the floor flat on his back. "Oh hi, brother"
she said, turning her head towards Hiei. He just glared at Botan. Ever since she had told Yukina that he was her
brother, Yukina had gotten in the habit of asking him questions about his life and it bugged him to no end. The
only person he would share any thing about his life was Jayd and sometimes Kurama.Botan whispered an apology,
running her hand through her blond colored ponytail. Since Hiei's glare didn't stop she hid behind Jayd, knowing
that he couldnt glare at Jayd.
"Now what secret do you mean, Yusuke? If there's one thing you are no telling us you probley should. We all
know what secrets can do", pointing between Hiei and Yukina to Botan. His long red hair matched his red shirt
and pants. They all stared at Jayd, Yusuke, and their mother. Finally Botan got scared after all the stares and joined
Kurama by his side, slipping her hand into his(they were a couple). Finally Hiei walked over to Jayd, staring her
right in the face, demanding " I've told you things now tell me what's going on?"
They all knew that when there was something going on with Yusuke and Jayd and weren't getting answers,
you had two options:one have Kieko talk to Yusuke privately or have Hiei talk to Jayd. It always worked, always.
Well simply it worked on all of them, have the one they are in love with talk to them and you get your answers.
It also worked on Botan and Kurama, since they were a couple or also on Kawabara and Yukina(couple too), it
just simply worked for the group. Jayd unheld her held breath ready to talk she just couldn't say no to Hiei, he
was her weakness, threaten him or have him ask her something and she would do whatever. Yusuke looked at
her from the corner of his eyes and knew she was gonna tell. He mumbled traitor under his breath, causing
Hiei to shoot him a dirty look. He didn't like Yusuke calling Jayd anything at all, well he didn't like anyone
calling her anything at all. Just then someone called " So has your sister showed up yet? Huh, Yusuke, Jayd?"
Koenma sat in a chair, his legs crossed and his brown bangs a little in his face, while he still had his pacifer
in his mouth. Everyone just stared at Jayd and Yusuke. Kurama recovered himself first, looking over at Koenma
seeing how he would react to the murderously angry looks being shot at him. Koenma just sat there staring back.
Yusuke looked like he could kill Koenma, it took all his self-control not to walk over and hit the god in the face.
Jayd just stared, shooting him dirty looks. They both got closer to cusing him every second til someone did it for
them.
"Koenma you little bastard! You have no right to tell everyone that I have another child and that Yusuke and Jayd
are triplets. Also you have no right to talk about the private affairs of a family. Why don't you go back up to where
ever you live and be your little cry baby bastard self." Yelled Atsuko(Yusuke and Jayd's mom). She shook her fist
at Koenma, while holding a bottle in her other hand. Koenma stood out of the chair and stepped back, Atsuko
was clearly angry and maybe drunk, and she had a reputation of hitting when she was both. Before another word
could be said someone knocked on the door.
