Chapter ONE

Inuyasha and Kagome were looking for the Sacred Jewel Shards. Then Inuyasha suddenly smelled something.

"Stop Kagome," Inuyasha said, stopping.

"Why?" she asked as she came to a halt.

"I smell something," he stated.

Kagome was going to ask further, but she saw something in the trees.

"I saw something!" she cried.

"What was it?"

"Im not sure, but I saw something."

"Then lets just keep walking," he replied.

But something ran by them at high speed.

"What was that?!" Kagome screeched.

"What was what?" Inuyasha asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Now Im sure that I heard something!"

"It was probably nothing. Come on!" he said impatiently.

They continued at a slow pace. But then….

"Inuyasha! SIT!"

"Wha..? AH!!"

He fell face first to the rocky ground.

"What the heck was that for?!?!" he bellowed at Kagome.

"Because I told her to," he heard a voice say, though she was no where in sight.

"Who said that?!" he yelled to the sky.

"I did," said the voice.

"Where are you?! SHOW YOURSELF!"
