Shippou tried to telling the others that Inuyasha and Botan was safe, they were not in trouble, but no one would listen to him. Kurama carried the little fox in his arms as they began tracking the hanyou and the ferry girl. They found a cave and Shippou stopped them from going inside.

- Please, let me go first, said Shippou. - It is my daddy!!

- Ok little kit, but if they are hurt you will call for us?

- Of course Kurama-san, said Shippou and scurried into the cave.

He could smell the mating scent and his face cracked into a wide smile.

- Daddy, are you awake? he asked into the darkness of the cave.

- Stay where you are Shippou-chan.

Inuyasha's rusty voice hollered through the cave and Shippou froze where he stood. A few minutes later Inuyasha and Botan came out from the darkness. Botan blushed lightly and Inuyasha had a slightly frustrated face.

- I am sorry daddy, but they did not believe me when I told them that you were ok, apologized Shippou.

- It's ok son, come here, said Inuyasha and held out his arms and Shippou launched himself into his embrace.

- So… Do I have a mom now? asked Shippou innocently.

- Yeah, you do son, smirked Inuyasha and put an arm around Botan's waist and pulled her close for a kiss.

Shippou giggled and moved over to hug the deity.

Botan blushed but hugged the little kitsune. She felt complete for the first time in her life. She had a husband and a son, plus she was carrying a daughter inside her womb.

- Shippou-chan, you are going to have a baby sister later, said Inuyasha as if he had read Botan's mind.

- REALLY?? I am going to be a big brother? shouted Shippou.

- Yes, you are going to be a big brother, said Botan.

- YAY!! I must tell Rin-chan!!

The little kit jumped down and rushed outside to tell his friend Rin about the news.

- I think he likes it, said Botan.

- Yes, I think you are right mate, said Inuyasha and kissed her deeply, savouring her taste one last time before they went outside to meet their friends.

Inuyasha held a protective arm around Botan's waist, showing everyone that she belonged to him now.

Sesshoumaru gave them a ghost of a smile as he bowed towards the newly mated couple. Kurama smirked and Sango took one of Botan's hand into her hers.

- Congratulations, said Sango.

- Thank you Sango-chan, said Botan and blushed crimson red, but she smiled at the same time.

- I agree with Sango, congratulations Botan-chan, said Kagome and hugged the blushing deity. - Come, let's talk….

The boy's were just about to follow them when Kagome and Sango turned around.

- GIRL TALK!! The both shouted.

The men stopped dead in their track, girl talk - that was something scary. They mumbled and began the walk back to camp.
