Just as Kagome was about to "punish" her cousin 1 more time she noticed an aura coming from a short , spiky haired boy smirking off to the side.
'Hmm. he has the aura of a demon but he's not hostile so I guess I'll just keep an eye on him' she thought.

Hiei noticed she was staring at him and tried to read her thoughts but he was blocked. A look of shock flashed across his face for a mere amount of milliseconds. But Kagome caught the look.

'How did she do that only the most powerful of demons had EVER blocked my jagan eye.'

A thought hit Kagome, "hey Yuske do you mind if i go see a friend that lives near hear?" she asked

"I'm commin' w/ u and on the way your goin' to tell me how you did the necklace thing and why it wont come off!!" he shouted in frustration.

"It won't come off unless I take it off or you die sorry." she said smugly.

And with that she ran off at tremendous speed w/ Hiei, Yuske, and Kuwabara following.
