"Now try to remember our date this time, okay Yusuke?",pleaded the sometimes stood up Kayko Yukimora,girlfriend of the one and only top punk of the school Yusuke Yurimeshi.
"Don't sweat it Kayko,I'll remember,all right?"
"You better Yusuke or I'll make you wish Toguro were back!"the young brunette threatened with a not so convincing glare.'Nothing could ever make me wish that monster were back!',thought Yusuke with an almost unnoticible shudder.
"REMEMBER!Six tonight at the movies we're going to see Phantom of the Opra," Kayko said with starry eyes "It's such a romantic story!" Yusuke visibly cringed 'Great.Chick Flick.' Planting a kiss on Yusuke's cheek Kayko turned and quickly dashed to her home a light blush stianing her cheeks.

"Botan!" 'How could this have happened father will kill me if I don't fix this immeadiately!' Thought surprisingly enough a small toddler sitting at a desk with a thick stack of folders setting atop it.'This is unacceptable!' He thought looking in a particularly jammed folder.
"Yes Koenma sir?" asked a girl floating atop an oar with sky blue hair and bubble gum pink eyes.
"Botan bring me the rekai tantai immeadiately!"
&nbs p; "But sir Yusuke has an important date with Kayko,surely whatever it is can wait a few hours!" the girl exclaimed heatedly.
"Actually Botan,it can't."the toddler replied solemnly.
"What's so important that it can't wait just a little while?" the girl asked curiously her anger dissapating she had never seen Koenma this serious before.
Sighing deeply the toddler pushed the large file to the other side of the desk.The girl botan slid off her oar before waking over to the desk and skimming through the folder.After a moment her face paled considerably."Koenma sir...are you positive?"
"Very Botan.Will you retrieve Yusuke now?"
"Right away sir."

Yusuke was just about to go through the door when a portal opened behind him, sucking him to Rekai.
"KOENMA! What the hell do you want you toddler I have a very important date and you know it!" the angry teen glared at his boss cruelly that is until his glare became a look of confusion, Koenma had not even commented on his toddler coment. The last time his boss had been this serious was when he had agreed to sacrifice his own life if Toguro had beaten Yusuke.
"Yusuke," the toddler stated quietly,"please take a seat Botan will be back with the others presently. Something terrible has made its self known and we need you to take care of this if not it could mean the end of the worlds of ningenkai and rekai I will explain when the others arrive."
To say Yusuke was shocked would have been the understatement of the century. 'Koenma wasn't this upset even for Toguro I gotta bad feeling 'bout this.' No sooner had he thought this when a blue and orange screaming lump fell from a portal landing not so gracefully on the ground.
"Hey! What was that for? We don't have another mission do we, we just got back from the Dark Tournament a little over a week ago?!" Cried the young man who had just literally fallen from the sky. He was tall wearing a blue school uniform, he had carrot orange haired styled in a wannabe Elvis style, his face looked as though he participated in many fights...and lost.
"Shut up, Kuwabara."Yusuke commanded from his seat he figured whatever Koenma had to say must have been pretty damn important for him to be this flustered.
"Hey can it Yurimeshi I wasn't talking to you!" retorted the boy know known as Kuwabara. He obviously hadn't seen how uptight his boss was.
"Kuwabara please take a seat I will explain my reason for summoning you all once Hiei, Kurama ,and Botan arrive."
"We're right here Koenma sir." another portal had opened and out of it stepped the girl,Botan from before.Behind her were two other boys the first was shorter than the other people in the room (besides Koenma of course)he had blck spikey hair that seemed to defy gravity it had a white star burst in the center he wore a blck cloak and white head band with piercing crimson eyes. The other boy was gorgeous there was no other way to say it. He had on a magenta school uniform. His hair was a beautiful shade of red with the most dazzling emerald eyes.
"Koenma, may I ask exactly why we were all brought here?" the boy with red hair asked politely.
"Yes Kurama I was just about to get to that, this mission focuses around the Shikon no Kakera."

(The Shikon was a jewel that was allowed to grant it's weilder immense power along with a wish. Koenma's speaking perhaps he can help with the information.)
; " The Shikon no Kakera was a jewel forged nearly seven centuries ago when the miko Midoriko was fighting a hoard of demons. She had been fighting for seven days and nights straight and was becoming dangerously exhausted there were only a handful of demons left but she didn't have enough power to defeat them so with the last of her strength she forced her heart from her body enttrapping her soul along with the souls of the remaining demons inside of it and her heart became the Shikon. The jewel was given to the village of the taiyjia where it remained for nearly two centuries.
Then after the jewel was given to a powerfull miko named Kikyo who the taiyjai believed could protect it. It had not been under her protection for long when a hanyou named Inu-Yasha attempted to steal it. Kikyo of course prevented this but the hanyou continued to try to steal the jewel, but soon the hanyou and the miko fell in love with one another and they agreed that they would use the jewel to turn Inu-Yasha into a human so they could live together.
The miko had been caring for a theif named onigumo who had been burnt terribly and could not move. He lusted after the miko whom had cared for him so tenderly when he found out her love for the hanyou he grew angry and called upon hundreds of demons to come and feast upon his body turning into a hanyou with the ability to alter his appearence. He used his ablilty to take the form of Inu-Yasha and went to the clearing where Kikyo was to deliver the jewel to Inu-Yasha,he then attacked her making it look as though Inu-Yasha was to blame. Kikyo with her last bit of strength used an arrow to pin the real Inu-Yasha to a tree in an enchanted sleep meant to last forever.Her body along with the Shikon was then burned in hopes it would be gone forever.
Fifty years after Kikyo's death a young miko appeared claiming to be from the future with the jewel incased inside her body the people in the village because she looked like their long deceased miko claimed that she was Kikyo's reincarnation. Soon after she arrived she was chased by a giant centipede youkai, running into the forest she came across Inu-Yasha who had awoken from his sleep told the girl that if she released him he would kill the youkai for her. She pulled the arrow from his chest and he killed the youkai as he had said he would but he then went after the girl from whom the jewel had beenforced from her body where the demon had bitten her. The miko of the village Kikyo's younger sister Kaede had placed prayer beads and when the girl spoke the word of submission he was thrown painfully to the ground.
Not long after, the jewel was stolen by a crow youkai the future miko shot at the youkai and hit it unfortunately the arrow also shattered across Japan. Inu-Yasha and the futuristic miko began looking for the shards over time they befriended a kitsune kit, the last taiyjia, and a buddhist monk.When they had collected a number of the shards they became aware that Naraku had the remaining shards they battled him and they defeated him with the miko from the future shot him with a purifying arrow turning him to ash but...she did not purify the ash itself thus when the wind blew the ash it was inhaled by a dragon demon giving him all of the powers of the hanyou. The new Naraku has been waiting for five centuries gaining more power.
mission is to travel back in time and stop the new Naraku before he gains enough power to be a threat, well more of a threat."

"These are the members of the original shard hunting group."A picture of a man wearing a red hakama and haori with white hair,dog ears,and gold eyes appeared on the screen "This is Inu-Yasha the hanyou."
"This is Miroku." This picture showed a man wearing black and purple monk robes.He had violet eyes and black hair pulled in a low horse tail at the nape of his neck.
"This is Sango and her kasai neko Kirara." The picture showed a woman dressed in pink taiyjia armor with dark brown hair and eyes with a huge beige and black battle cat at her side.
"This is Shippo the adopted kit of the miko."The screen lit up with the picture of an auburn haired fire kitsune pup.

"And this is the miko."The screen now showed a girl about their age with black hair with a blue sheen to it she had chocolate colored eyes and was wearing a green and white sailor fuku,she was very beautiful for a ningen."Or rather that is her human illusion."
; The screen changed once again to show the young kitsune perched on top of the shoulder of a gorgeous shadow kitsune who was leaning against a tree watching the sunset.
