(Well, in fuedel Japan there was no barrier of the worlds ningens,and youkai lived on the same plane, youkai were more powerful then. Many powerful species of youkai are extinct now, anyway not all power was in raw force, in fact colder more calculated youkai were feared more than the largest and hulkiest oni.)
So, basically what your saying is being intimidating was a way to show power?

The girl ,Kagome's face seemed to soften before it turned to a small smile "Gomen Nasaii, I'm just not used to opening my door and the lady death,"At this Botan gasped "strange youkai a..." she looked Kurama with confusion in her eyes." Um...a human with a kitsune soul, or very spiritually powered ningens standing there."
Botan stuttered for a moment "H-h-how did you know that?!"
"I AM a miko as I'm sure you are well aware, but tell me why are youkai seeking out a miko?"
Botan sighed before turning a cheery smile to Kagome,"It;s a long story."
Kagome sighed as well "Most stories are please, follow me to the living room we can sit and talk."
We followed her to the living room where two boys sat playing a video game, until we entered they paused their game looking at Kagome stangely before turning off the GameCube and headed for the stairs "Nee-san Shippo and I are going to go watch T.V. in my room, Kikaider is coming on."
"Go ahead you two."
"Kay Kaa-san/Nee-san!"

"Other than Botan and myself I don't know any of your names."
The boy with gelled hair spoke first "I'm Yusuke Urameshi. The baka over there isKazuma Kuwabara, but we just call him Kuwabara."
"Hey Urameshi I am not a baka I am the great Kuwabara!" He was suddenly clutching her hand "Pretty lady would you be my girlfriend?"
"Ano...That's very flattering but no thank you."
Yusuke whacked the baka across the head "Moving along the one in the corner is Hiei Jaganshi, he's not a big talker. And (My teacher always tells me never start a sentence with and but she's a bitch and not here.) the red head across from you is Schuichi Minnamino (Probably not spelt right His real name is LONG huh?) but we call him Kurama and the spirit you felt inside is the silver kitsune bandit Youko Kurama. Now that introductions are over Botan explain the situation please." (WHILE BOTAN IS EXPLAINING)

"You mean to tell me...that Naraku is still alive?" Iheard myself whisper hoarsley.

"What DO you mean then exactly?!" Okay so I was being a little harsh who care's the man I spent three years of my life trying to kill wasn't completely dead I had a right to be pissed!
The ferry girl took a deep breathe undaunted by my tone "The Kazaana on the monks hand will not return because the curse was already broken but this new Naraku, if allowed to gain enough power will become just as if not more dangerous as the original."
"Perfect, just perfect. Am I to understand you will accompany Shippo and myself when we return to the fuedel era?"
"Bingo!" (I hate it when Botan does that -_-;)
I let out another long sigh "Shippo!"
"Yes oka?"
Smiling sincerely at my pup "Shippo, please take my bag into the Kitchen,the black one mind you, and fill it with ramen, some boiling pots and ONE box of pocky,Get Sota to help you."
"Yes oka."
"You seem to care for that kit a good deal."
Looking over at the long red haired man a small smile appeared on my lips "He is like a true son to me and I would rather die than have something happen to him. If you'll excuse me I have to write a note to my family."
Kurama's Pov
She will make an excellent mother.

Dear Oka-san,
Sorry about the shock went to the fuedel era.

"there we go." I thought setting the note by Oka-san's head.
Walking back into the room I looked at the group that would be helping us defeat this new dragon Naraku,they seemed nice albeit strange but my group is no better. "Come on Shippo is waiting for us at the well."
Shippo was in deed waiting for us and when everyone was huddled in the well house I began to explain the rules of the well. "You have to be in contact with a shard or whomever is holding the sshard I have absolutely no intention of shattering the jewel again so I'll just take two at a time. Yusuke, you and Hiei first each of you take my hand."
While Yusuke took my hand no problem Hiei on the other hand I had to negotiate with with the result of me holding his cloak. We jumped through the well Hiei and I jumping to the top on the other side after Yusuke clambered to the top I jumped through once again. This time retrieving Kuwabara and Botan once again I jumped to the top Botan floated up on her oar after Kuwabara made it to the top I went back to retreive Shippo and Kurama.
Kurama's Pov
I watched as Kagome transported all but Shippo and myself through the well.When sherached the top of the well Shippo ran and clutched to her hand and I walked up and instead of taking her offered hand wrapped my arms around her waist Youko cheering me on the entire time.
Kagome's Pov
I felt a light blush stain my cheeks but chose to ignore it jumping into the well and then to the top as soon as we reached the other side, but not without hearing Kurama's light chuckle first.
When Kurama jumped out I took a deep breathe and relinquished the illusion on Shippo and myself hearing my new companions gasp I allowed a smile to grace my features as I grasped Shi-Kiba in my right hand again turning to face them I replied in my most friendly tone "Welcome to the Sengoku jidaii."
Hiei: Foolish onna.
