Hey everyone. Well, I hoped you like my last chapter. Thanks to my co-author/editor Kaela, my chapters are up since my computer refuses to let me on my internet. We come upon Kurama and Samantha a week later. She is out of bed, and they are outside her southern lands castle on a bench in her garden. Kurama twirled a thorn-less rose in between his fingers, then put it behind Samantha’s ear. She smiled, and thanked him. They were talking about the future and laughing about the past.

“Samantha, I have something I wanted to give back to you.”

“Back? What is it?”

“You left this at my house last you visited. It was addressed to Naraku.”

He gave her the poem/letter to her. She took it, and read it to herself. She stared blankly at it.

“Samantha, are you ok?”

“Ye-yes. I’m fine. It’s just that I wrote this a long time ago. Before Naraku came back to me. I can’t believe that you found it at your house. It’s silly that I even wrote it.”

“No, it’s not silly. I thought it was sincere.”

She laughed sarcastically.

“Yea. So why didn’t I give it to him? I was to chicken to go up to him and give it to him.”

“No, not chicken. You just didn’t want to give it to him. Maybe there was something else on your mind.”

She looked down at the grassy floor. He took his hand, and tilted her head back, so she looked at him. A single tear fell from each eye, and rolled down her cheeks. He wiped them away, and gave her a slight kiss.

“I love you.”

He said simply. It was true. He had loved her ever since he laid eyes on her. Love at first sight as people would say. She smiled.

“I love you, too.”

She returned the kiss back. They headed back to the castle, for it was starting to rain.

With Hiei and Kaela

“It’s raining Hiei.”

Kaela said. She was looking outside from her window in her room. Hiei got off her bed, came over to her, and wrapped his arms around her waist. He nuzzled in her neck.

“Come away from the window, I want to show you something.”

“What is it?”

Kaela asked puzzled. She didn’t think Hiei was the surprising type.

“You’ll see.”

Was all he said, he took her hand, and guided her down the stairs to her first story in her castle.

“Ok, now you have to close your eyes. No peeking.”

“Oh, ok.”

She closed her eyes, and Hiei guided her through. He went into her dojo, and positioned her just right, in front of the surprise.

“Ok, open your eyes!”

She opened them, and gasped.

“Hiei! Oh wow! How’d-how’d you get this?”

(A/N Should I tell? Or should I wait? Eh, I’m not that evil, I’ll tell.)

She gaped at her new surprise. A beautiful baby dragon. Blue and black. Barely the size of a average sized dog. Its wings spread out, but it wasn’t able to fly. On its forehead was a star and crescent moon, just like Kaela’s.

It’s claws sharp enough to cut through anything. It looked at Kaela, and cooed.

“Aw. Hiei! I LOVE IT!”

“It’s a girl.”

Hiei said before she squeezed him with a hug, and gave him an intense kiss then ran over to pick up her new dragon.

“I’ll call you Star. She’s perfect. I love her!”

She gave Hiei a kiss, and went to play with her new dragon.
