I got back from the Sengoku Jidai three years ago. After the final battle, I held the complete Shikon no Tama in my hands and I made the wish. I wished that everyone that was a part of the battle on the good side got there deepest desire. Rin got to be an inuyoukai so she could stay with Sesshoumau forever. Inuyasha got to be a full demon, and he kept his mind. Sango got Kohaku back, with no memories of what he had done under Naraku's control. Miroku got his grandfather and father back. Sesshoumaru got his mother back. Kagura was given life and a heart. Shippo got his wish too. He wanted me to be a kitsune like him so he could have me for a real mother. After I made the wish, I faded from the Sengoku forever, but Shippo came with me. He wouldn't have gotten a mother otherwise. Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, and Rin were waiting for me in my front yard when Shippo and I fazed into view. They had waited five hundred years for the moment, and I am glad they did. I had been heartbroken over the fact that I would never see them again. Sesshoumaru trained me in my new powers, and I hated it. He is the devil and training was a bitch. He also trained Shippo. I made it through high school, and I went to college in America; I doubled majored. I majored in both interior design and history. Interior design was a secret passion of mine since I was little.

Anyways, the two demons are following me to my apartment, and I wonder why I asked them to follow me. I wasn't a virgin, but I hadn't ever had sex either. Before the battle, Naraku had kidnapped and raped me. He wanted the Shikon, but I had given it to Sesshoumaru to watch. I escaped with Kagura's help and he killed her for it. I was in therapy for a year afterwards. I never blamed myself, and I never had problems with the opposite sex, but Sesshoumaru thought it would be a good idea. And I have to admit it did help. Ah, we arrived at my apartment. It's not really an apartment; it is more like an entire floor. I decorated it myself. I unlock the door, let them in and watch to see their reaction.

When we got to her apartment, I didn't really know what to expect, but what I did see, I really wasn't expecting. Her living room was done in greens. She had pale green walls with a dark pine green kanji pattern on three walls. The kanji meant protector. On the fourth wall, there was a mural of a huge white inuyoukai resting on its side in a Sakura tree orchard, watching a young female inuyoukai train. The wood furniture was a dark mahogany wood with a cherry stain. The other furniture was a dark pine green, the same color as the kanji on the walls. She also had a big screen television.

I need them now; I don't think I can handle the waiting any longer. I don't know why this is happening, but frankly I don't care.

"My name is Higurashi Kagome, what are your names?"

"My name is Minamino Shuuchi, but my friends call me Kurama. This is Jaganshi Hiei."

I walked over to Kurama and grabbed the hair at the base of his neck. I brought his lips to mine and kissed him. The longer we kissed, the more passionate it became. Our tongues dueled for dominance, neither of us winning. I felt Hiei come up behind me and run his hands over the both of us, while kissing the back of my neck. I broke the kiss, and turned to walk into my bedroom.
