Secluded Problems

Chapter 4:

 

The next day of school, the gang was hoping to see Kagome there so they could ask her why she ran. Unfortunately, she wasn't there all week. Today was the day of the burial of the three Higurashi members. They were going to the burial. None of them have watched the news and there hasn't been a mission in a long time. Two months to be exact. They were on their way to the small cemetary that the burial was being held.

 

(hehehe... my sister just washed dishes in the dishwasher. she used the wrong kind of soap. the soap spilled out of the closed dishwasher and onto the floor creating another floor-rug thing...whatever you walk on. we had to mop half of the kitchen... hehehe.... she's older than me too...)

 

"We gather here to honor the deceased Higurashis......" The priest for the ceremony droned on and on about how they were so kind and opened their home to many people(meh's don't feel like writing it all cuz i just wrote three chapter of this). The three reikai tantei were in the back of the small crowd. They were turning their heads trying to see who was there.A few sniffles filled the air. A few people looked around when someone started sobbing. Words of comfort were heard.

 

The reikai tantei, minues Hiei(who wasn't there), were shocked to see Kagome surrounded by three older men with black hair, one with red streaks, an auburn haired little boy and a woman with black hair and blue streaks in hers. They waited until the ceremony was over and the coffins were lowered before trying to get over to her, but people were shoving them the other way while on their way to their cars. After that, they walked back to only see the oldest man that was comforting Kagome earlier still there.

 

"This shouldn't have happened to her!!" He growled out softly, but deadly.

 

"Ummm, Sir?" Kurama asked softly. The man looked at him. "Who are you refferring to?"

 

"It's you," The man growled out. "You're the three boys from the report!"

 

"Report?" Kurama asked momentarily forgetting the ordeal about last week.

 

"The Higurashi Shrine!" The man almost yelled. "I have the thing recorded! Come here!"

 

They all got into a limo and headed to a very large section of buildings.

 

"You work at Taisho Inc,?!" Yusuke asked, surprised. The man scoffed.

 

"I OWN Taisho Inc.," He said.

 

"Oh," Yusuke replied smartly.

 

"That means you're Mr Taisho," Kurama proclaimed softly. The man nodded.

 

"That's right," He said. He turned on the TV by the remote and pushed a few buttons. The whole report played over again. A shocked silence fell over the three reikai tantei.

 

"So," Yuske said slowly. "She's really a Higurashi?"

 

"Hai," Sesshomaru replied. "The girl who disappeared two years ago."

 

"No wonder she jumped up and wanted to see the shrine," Kurama said while putting his head in his hands. A hand went on his shoulder.

 

"I know she likes you," A voice whispered in his ear. Kurama sat strait up and, unnoticable unless you looked closely, an extremely light tint of red stained his cheeks. Sesshomaru sat back down with an unnoticable smirk upon his lips. "Now, you can never reveal this information unless she tells you herself that she is a Higuashi."

 

"We won't tell," Kuwabara said, surprising everyone that he could be smart.

 

"Good," Sesshoamru replied. "Now, Higurashi works at one of my icecream shops in downtown. It's called. Sweets For Life. Visit her sometime. Ja ne..."

 

"Ja ne, Taisho-sama," Kurama said as they walked out the door.

A figure walked slowly through the shadows of an alleyway. From one side of the alleyway to the other while trying not to touch the light. He tripped, fell, and slid out of the alleyway showing that he was wearing punk/goth clothes. Black cargo pants and a black muscle shirt. He had sandy blond hair that reached his ears and brown eyes. Groups of girls ran over to him, pulled him up while asking he he was alright. He said he was. A few girls fainted. He walked away with a smirk on his face at what they were yelling.

 

"HOJO TALKED TO ME!!!!"

 

"IT'S A DREAM COME TRUE!!!"

 

"NO!!! HOJO TALKED TO ME!!!!!"

 

"NO ME!!!!"

 

"SHUT UP!!!! HE TALKED TO ME FIRST!!!"

 

"Now," He said under his breath, not caring about the fight that was breaking out between the mob of girls. "Kagome told Eri, Yuka, and Ayumi that Kagome-chan was going to Sarayashiki High. It's good that they adore me. I make them tell me. Easy enough..."

 

With that, he walked away from the group of fighting girls intent on making his plans work like a charm.

 

Kaogme would be his.

 

Permanently.

"You know the new transfer student, Higurashi?!" A man asked surprised as he looked at Hojo who had a smirk on his face that could easily be mistaken for a smile.

 

Hai, Takanaka-sensei," Hojo said in a very innocent voice. "We were great friends at our old school before it burned down. My Okaa-san transferred me to Meiou High, but I didn't like it there. Too many bad people.."

 

No one would have ever thought that Hojo was a good liar.

 

"I'll just give you all her classes," Takanaka-sansei told him as he typed on his computer updating everything. "HIgurashi came in a few days ago so she knows her classes. She'll be able to take you to every class. Only thing different is that you have lunch in the middle of 3rd period and she will have it after 3rd..."

 

"That's perfect," Hojo smiled as he got up and bowed to Takanaka-sensei. "Ja ne, Takanaka-sensei..."
