Author notes~~ I have been getting really good reviews lately and hope that I can continue to write chapters that you all enjoy. Thank you so much for your support and kind words. I have began another plot in my head and on the computer. I hope this one will stand up to my standards so that I can post it too for you all. I’m trying to get Chapter 5 reposted as it has come to my attention not only did it post double spaced *grrrr* but also that words were chopped and some were even changed. *Sigh* I really am never doing that again! Please also forgive me if I don’t post every once in a while for a time. I am pregnant with my husband and my second child. Plus we have a one year old, who we should have never named what we did because she’s taking after what her name means! Anyway I had a semi hard pregnancy (I say semi because there are always worse!) With my first and this second one seems to be running the same path. I would love to be optimistic that this one will be better but it’s hard to be that way when you’re nauseas and heaving more then half the day.

ANYWAY! ON with the story, enough of my pitty party! Please Review people I would like to know what you all think even if there are a few who have some problems with it. Review nicely about why you don’t like it and I will take that into consideration.

Chapter 6:

Last Time:

One last tear fell from Nozomi’s eye and hit the mirrors surface. As it seeped in just like the first time. I left the mirror the same gray-fogged as when they started.

Same secrets need to be kept.

This time:

Everyone sat silent for a few moments before turning and looking at Koenma. He was staring at Nozomi, she in turn shook her head and sighed deeply.

“He calls himself Gojou. Says he is the living embodiment of Hatred, of sin. no one knows anything about him at all. He just showed up one day out of nowhere, He has shown the ability to control large amounts of lesser youkai by his mind alone. He is also able to produce a dark mist from his body that no one knows if this in itself kills the victims or if something else does well they can not see. No ones been in there and come out a live. He has a fascination for taking apart every living thing that he meets, He mutilated their bodies in the most horrific way well they are still alive and shows the ability to feed his spirit energy into thier bodies keeping them alive, longer then even a Kami could live with that much damage done to thier bodies. He has shown no signs of ever being san and says that it is his destiny and appointed job by his father the Great Kami to take over the world and wipe the weak from it in the greatest blood shed ever seen, He shows a great talent for blood magic too.” She paused and gave everyone a moment to gather his or her thoughts before Genkai looked over at her.

“This all sounds like rumors that you gathered from others. What else did you find out from going to the camp?” Nozomi nodded and took a deep breath.

“The woman you saw in the mirror is the Blood Witch that created Gojou. She claims to be the concubine of Kami Amatsu Mikaboshi. She made Gojou from a blood offering, Not very difficult since he is not very complex, how ever he is insane as a side affect and must feed on the life energy and tortured blood of virgins to stay alive. Him being insane is not a problem for her and what ever she intends, since it makes it easier to convince him to do things that no youkai nor human would do in any life time. What her real plans are, I couldn’t find out she guards that secret closely but I know she’s up to more then is seen. I just wonder how long she thinks she can keep a mad dog leased before he turns around and attacks her.” They all once again turned to Koenma, confused looks on thier faces except Genkai, Kagome, Sango and Hiei whose eyes betrayed his confusion.

“What is a blood witch?” Kurama questioned for them all. Koenma shook his head and his face twisted into a look of disgust.

“A celestial being that allows the Kami Izanami to torture her body then bath it as she dies in the blood of a thousand tortured and mutilated virgin Mikos. She is alive only thanks to the blood magic that runs threw her veins.” Yusuke looked grossed out. Jin, Kurama and Touya looked disturbed and Hiei’s eyes darkened as he looked over at Koenma.

“What are we going to do about this? What were the last two scenes about?” Hiei questioned in a gruff voice. Nozomi’s eyes darkened and Kagome looked like she was going to cry. Sango threw her arms around Kagome’s shoulder, in an attempt to comfort her. Which wasn’t much since she looked bothered too.

“Do not ask about the future if you can not understand it.” Was all Nozomi said in a dead voice before replacing her mask. They watched as she rewrapped the mirror and stood walking to the forest behind the house and out of sight.

“She means that the future is not set in stone as of yet. That those images were two different paths that the future could take.” Koenma volunteered in a quiet voice as he watched where Nozomi had disappeared with an unreadable look in his eyes.

“She can see into the future?” Hiei asked in a strained voice. Koenma tore his eyes away from where he was looking, he nodded and slumped forward in his chair resting his elbows on his knees and his chin on his fisted hands. Returning his eyes to where Nozomi had been at the edge of the forest.

“Yes, You see one of her other abilities that she gained form her father’s side of the family is the ability of a seer. As a Kami I exist out side of the time stream. This allows me to not be affected by changes in the past, present and future. The triplets are similar, the only other being that has that ability besides the Kamis are Seers. Nozomi can exist out side the time stream and not only walk the dark roads in the shadow realm she also can join the wild hunt but walk the winter and summer high roads. Not to mention take others with her on those things but that is dangerous doing it by herself let alone with others. Since Kagome and Sango shared a womb with Nozomi they have been affected. They can not do all that Nozomi can but it had allowed them to time travel and build time portals.” Kurama glanced at Sango and Kagome.

“Do you know how far back you two can go in time?” He questioned and Sango nodded as Kagome slowly stood with a dead look on her face.

“It’s time I went and told Souta and the others that it’s safe. I’m going to put Souta and Shippou to bed. I’ll let Yukina and Botan know your all still out her.” She turned and left without waiting for any replies. Yusuke and the others got the feeling there was a story behind them being able to time travel and that it wasn’t a truly happy one for Kagome. Everyone turned back to Sango except Yusuke who watched Kagome go. Sango was also watching Kagome go with a pained look in her eyes before clearing her throat and turning back to the guys.

“Yes, we can travel as far back as 500 years. That is where Father raised me with our younger half brother Kohaku. He was originally from that time but being a seer he would fall in and out of the time stream moving along it at will, he happened to be in the future when he meet and fell in love with our mother. Kagome was the one who opened the portal back there and meet up with me after Father was killed as he had predicted to mother. As far as we know Nozomi can not time travel in the since that we can. Only standing out side of the time stream allowing her to move backwards and forwards with out being affected by time it’s self.” As she finished Yukina and Botan joined them. Yukina sat down by Touya and Botan by Kurama. Touya placed his hand over Yukina’s hand and squeezed lightly to let her know they were all alright.

Koenma cleared his throat and the others turned thier attention to him.

“I want Nozomi, Hiei, Jin and Sango to go back to Makai. I want then to try and find out as much as they can about the true intents of the Blood Witch. Stop off at Grandfathers, let him know what is going on and have him call a council with all the other Makai royals. Let him know we will need them all too but find another reason to state calling the council. I don’t want to tip the Blood witch off that we are preparing for her.” He turned to the rest. Hiei flared at Koenma he looked less then happy about being stuck with Jin and two women. Yusuke scowled at Koenma.

“What the hell are the rest of us supposed to do?” He ground out and Koenma shook his head slowly looking up at the sky.

“You will all stay here. We need the rest here in case they attack. Not to mention if I put the full team on alert they will know something is up. That is the last thing we want right now. We may have to force their hand later on but not right now. So the rest of you go about your daily lived like normal.” they all nodded and Koenma turned rubbing his chin deep in thought, he opened a portal and began to walk threw before he paused with one foot in. With out even turning he called out to them one last time.

“I want Hiei and Jin to stay here with Genkai for about a week with Nozomi and Sango. I need you four to train together and work as a team. Once in Makai you can't be making any mistakes and getting caught. I wont’ have the four of you going into a dangerous situation and not knowing how the others react in battle.” With that he finished threw the portal and closed it. Hiei gave a low growl and took off into the woods. Jin turned a lecherous smirk on Sango who in response groaned and sunk low into her chair. Before Jin could scare off Sango, Kurama turned to her.

“You mentioned that you and a half brother were raised 500 years in the past with your father. Why was that? I am curious, you mentioned that you and Kagome meet as friends during that ear. Were you not aware you had sisters?” Sango threw Kurama a side ways glance over her shoulder and nodded.

“It’s a long story and some of it is best told by Kagome herself.” Sango replied.

----With Hiei----

Hiei was pissed, he could barely stand that stupid Kaze idiot let alone two onnas. They both had proven their worth already, he wasn’t worried about having to save their asses all the time but he didn’t want to deal with their moodiness. let alone with the fact that Jin was attracted to Sango, That was going to get interesting and probably annoying. He didn’t even want to think about the fact that he found Nozomi attractive and even felt drawn to her power. This was going to be one big head ache of a trip he just knew it.

Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, Hiei pushed himself for more speed. He slowed down as he reached a clearing in the woods that held a hot springs. He had never been here before and hadn’t even known it existed. As he reached the edge of the trees he slowed and paused to take in the area. Even he had to admit that it was a beautiful clearing. There was Sukura and Momo trees surrounding the clearing at the edge of the forest. Over by the hot springs were a group of willows. The hot springs itself was not large but looked wonderful. There was a small waterfall there at one corner feeding into the small hot springs. The rock walls were smoothed down by years of water running over them and the rock sides of the hot springs were the same way.

Hiei relaxed his body slowly, it was hard. How could one truly relax a body that was always fighting it’s self. His aura was two warring forces, and he added to the tension by taking on the Jagan and using the Dragon of Darkness. Those two were always battling him for control, for power. He was born of two apposing forces and many didn’t know that there were more reasons to why a union of this parents was forbidden besides fear that the child would be come so powerful. They feared that the child would not live long after the birth and that the short life it lived would be painful and end horribly. The Fire Youkai were fire, they were fast, powerful, angry, hot tempered and aggressive. The Ice Maidens were ice, patient, calm, passive and slow in many ways. It didn’t seem humane to them, in as much as Youkai could be humane, to cause a child so much pain they had to be powerful enough and strong willed enough to handle and control the dueling auras. That in it’s self caused the fear of the power the child would hold it they were powerful enough to control it’s aura. Hiei was one of those children, but it was still painful and hard at times.

As Hiei relaxed he took a step into the clearing only to pause with his foot still in the air. He wasn’t alone.

I dropped a few more hints this time for two other pairs * Whispers behind hand* Tiny tiny hints but they are there! *Shakes finger* Hey now I rated this a NC17 and your a younger then that on your info! Do your parents know your doing this? *Winks* just kidding I don’t want to know.

Kuramas gurl~~ Thank you in being so faithful with reviewing it keeps my spirts up that some one has been with me since the beginning. Yep so trying to clear up all those questions with out causing too many more. Promise this next chapter 7 two of the three girls sit down with half the Reikai and clear the air mostly. One of the Reikai will be.... um indisposed at the time. XP
