Kouga walked outside Shishio's room and saw his pregnant, distressed sister sitting on the couch next to Sesshoumaru. Celestine was kneeled in front of her trying to calm her down. Inuyasha was off in the corner of the couch, with vacant eyes and clean hands.
'They must have helped him get the blood off...' Kouga cringed at the blood they saw in that locker room. He couldn't believe someone was sick enough to torture him that way, especially when Shishio was just recovering from traumatic experiences similar to this. He took in a deep breath and walked towards the group. He cleared his throat softly to let them know he was there. All eyes turned to him, no doubt filled with questions.
"Chamu, what happened? Please, just tell me! He's my little brother...my chama..." All their efforts to calm her down went out the window as Sora began to sob again. Kouga sat on her other side and cupped her face in his hands and wiped away her fresh tears.
"Chuma..." He looked up at Celestine and Sesshoumaru, who were eagerly awaiting to know what happened to the newest addition to their still growing family. "Shishio...was molested by one of his teammates..." He saw the tears pour our of her eyes like waterfalls. She began shaking her head, not believeing what her brother just said.
"No...no please, tell me this is some sick, perverted joke because it's not funny!" Sora sobbed through her anger and sadness.
"Shh....you know I wouldn't joke about something so serious. He's going to be fine, at least physically so. He...lost alot of blood, but not enough to hospitalize him. I had to give him over fifteen stiches." Sora hugged her brother for dear life and left tears on his shoulders, but he didn't care. Sesshoumaru sat next to a shaking Inuyasha and comforted his little brother. Inuyasha cried softly into his brother's chest, not caring how childish he appeared.
'So much blood...' Inuyasha held on tighter to his brother, who began rocking him softly and providing soothing words to him.
'By the gods...it must have been really terrible, what ever he saw...' Sesshoumaru continued to calm his brother, while Kouga did the same for his wife. Celestine stood there in his spot as if an unknown force kept him stationary. The news hit him too hard, and became immobilized.
Sora pulled back from Kouga and looked at him with glassy, sky blue eyes. "Wh-who did this to him?" Her voice was soft and fragile, as if it would shatter any second with any increase in volume.
"I don't know, chuma. When I find out--" His sentence was cut off when they heard the doorbell ring. Everyone turned towards where the sound came from, but didn't budge. Celestine made his way towards the door after regained his ability to move and opened it.
"Good evening, gentlemen. How may I help you?"
"I am Detective Toroki and this is Officer Hanza. I need to ask a few questions concerning tonight's events." The detectice flashed Celestine his badge.
"Yes, of course. Do come in." Celestine stepped aside and opened the door wider for their guests. Toroki and Hanza stepped into the living room and instantly felt the sadness wafting in the air. He knew it would be hard on the family to go through this, but he knew it must be done.
"Who made the phone call to the police department?" He took out his pen and pad and awaited for an answer. Kouga stood up from his seat and approached the officers.
"That would be me."
"The officer on scene said he ran into you with," Toroki flipped a couple of pages forward in his pad "a tall, tanned male with shoulder length black hair and was carrying the victim."
"That was my cousin, Aoji Kuma." Kouga watched as Toroki scribbled down the new info and flipped back to his previous page.
"Alright, the victim's name?"
"Shishio Naraku." Toroki looked up at Kouga in surprise. "What is it?"
"You mean the son of Onigumo Naraku?" Kouga nodded solemnly. Toroki gave him a sad look and copied down the information. "Can you tell me what happened or what you saw?"
"The only person who knows what truly happened is Shishio himself. But he's in no condition for any questions." The detective nodded his head in acknowledgment
"Speaking of which, why didn't you take him to the hospital?" Kouga narrowed his eyes at the question, not the person.
"I am a certified doctor, both in the states, and here in Japan. I wasn't going to let strangers prod at my little brother." Toroki nodded in understanding and made note of Kouga's certification.
"Can you tell me what you saw in the locker room?" Kouga's eyes became misty and he looked to the side.
"Blood...my little brother's blood..." Sora burst into hysterical sobbing and was comforted by her husband. Inuyasha was still in the same spot, his face was covered with silent tears.
"Please excuse us." Sesshoumaru stood with his wife and lead them to their bedroom. Kouga ran a hand through his bangs.
'This is going to be a long night...'

Shishio opened his eyes sleepily and saw icy blue depths watching over him. Aoji was sitting against the wal parallel to the bed. He was staring out the window, deep in thought and didn't realize Shishio had wolen up.
"Beloved?" Aoji heard the hoarse voice of his lover and quickly turned his head towards him. He saw the look of panick on Shishio's face and kneeled directly in front of him and stroked his cheeks.
"I'm right here." Aoji felt Shishio start to shake and could tell his breathing was becoming erratic.
"P-please tell me it was just a dream..." Tears spilled out of his eyes and Aoji managed to catch some before they fell. Aoji never responded to his statement, but settled for trying to soothe his lovers pains.
"Whoever did this to you will pay ten fold, beloved. I swear it." Shishio looked into loving icy orbs and smiled weakly.
"Please...lay with me. I don't want to be...outside...of your arms..." Aoji kissed his lover's forehead and quickly complied, laying beside Shishio, who was still prone on his stomach. Shishio simply turned his head around to face him, enjoying the caresses his lover was giving him as Aoji laid on his side.
"I will always love you, Shishio. What happened...will never deterr my love for you." Aoji's soothing and sincere further strengthened his love for the icy blue eyed male. He closed his eyes and enjoyed the closeness of Aoji, but all all good things, they must come to an end. A knock was heard on the door. Kouga soon peeked his head inside and saw the couple in a private moment and cleared his throat in nervousness.
"Aoji, the detective wants to ask you some questions. He's in the living room." Aoji nodded his head, but felt Shishio grip onto his hand tightly and looked into crimson orbs that were filled with worry.
"No...don't leave." Shishio's voice was so hoarse, each word was like a knife that cut into his heart, because he knew the reason for the semi-loss of voice.
"Shhh...I won't be gone long. and I'm sure that Kouga won't mind staying with you." Aoji looked up at Kouga who nodded in affirmation. Kouga kneeled in front of Shishio's bed while Shishio turned to him.
"I'll be glad to keep you company, chama." Shishio nodded reluctantly, and felt a shift in weight on the bed. Kouga stood so he could let Aoji lean down and lightly kiss the top of Shishio's head.
"Jiraha, beloved." Aoji left the room with one last smiling glance at Shishio, then closed the door behind him. Kouga sat on the edge of Shishio's bed and stroked his back slowly.

Aft er the detective left with a few more answered questions, Sora came into the room, along with Sesshoumaru, Aoji, and Celestine. Shishio had already fallen back asleep while Kouga was rubbing his back. Kouga stood for Sora so she could sit down in his place. She lightly pushed back a strand of his hair and let a tear slide down her face.
"Chama..." Celestine saw how fragile he looks while asleep.
'What monster would do such a thing?' he thought as his anger began to rise. Sesshoumaru looked at his helpless brother-in-law. He caught a glimpse of Inuyasha standing in the doorway and walked to him.
"What's wrong?" Sesshoumaru wiped away at his tears and saw the grief in his little brothers eyes.
"This...it's almost like...that night..." Sesshoumaru understood what he meant and held his little brother's head on his shoulder for him to cry on.
"Hush, otouto-chan. You got over the rape because we were strong for you and were there for you, and Shishio needs the same from us." Sesshoumaru ran his fingers through Inuyasha's black locks slowly and felt him begin to calm down.
Sora felt her phone vibrate and stepped to a corner of the room to answer it. "Nishida...isn't it a bit late for business calls?...very well." The others listened to the conversation before hanging up. "That was Tokuya. He wants to meet with me for a business meeting in two days."
"You're not going by yourself. I don't trust Tokuya for a second, charuk." Celestine said to his daughter.
"I agree." Everyone turned to Sesshoumaru, who stood next to a somber Inuyasha. "I'm going with you. No buts." Sora nodded in acknowledgement. Kouga stepped up to his husband and brought him into his arms, which Inuyasha was grateful for. Sora rubbed her swelling belly and felt arms wrap around her protectively and leaned against her husband. Aoji knelt in front of Shishio and watched the serene smile on his face.
"I swear to you, Shishio, I'll protect you. You'll never be hurt like this again." He whispered to him, and he saw a small smile tug at the sleeping teens lips. He kissed the side of the small smile and gently rubbed his cheeck affectionately.
