Hiei rolled his eyes. The fox needs to concentrate on the problem at hand, not making ningen friends Hiei thought.
Kagome leaned back on the wall.
Ow! she said as her elbow accidentally banged against a brick.
She jumped away from wall as the bricks started moving. She didnt realize that she had jumped into Kuramas arms.
Kurama instinctively caught the thing that fell against him. He blushed as he noticed that it was Kagome. Though it was obvious she didnt notice.
Wow. he heard Kagome whisper.
He looked at the brick wall, confused. Except... the brick wall wasnt there. Instead stood a gateway to a busy street. It seemed one had to be emotionless to not be amazed by the sight. Of course, Hiei wasnt.
Hn. Stupid ningen and fox. Its only a street. Hiei thought to himself.
Kagome stood up, so she wasnt in Kuramas arms anymore. She started walking down the street.
Coming? she asked as she saw that Kurama and Hiei werent following.
Hn. Hiei said as he zipped next to her.
Kagome jumped as suddenly Hiei was by her side.
Your fast. she said.
Hn. was all Hiei said. Stupid ningen. he thought.
Kurama smiled and walked up to her.
Hes always been fast. he said as he was on the opposite side of her.
Oh really? Are you fast like him? she asked.
No, just clever. he said. Kagome laughed, but Hiei just gave one of his hns.
The three started walking down the street, one silent, two making conversation.
They didnt notice the wall opening again behind them, or two people stepping out onto the streets of Diagon Alley.
