I give into your charms
You disappear in my arms
I realize It’s just a dream but
Desperately I long to feel your touch

Botan awoke smiling , she had been dreaming about Yusuke , even though her love was unrequited . Her phone rang as she picked it up . “Hello?”She asked stifling a yawn “is Aku there ?“ The masculine voice asked “Who’s that?”Botan asked yawning “Gomen nasai wrong number .” The male voice on the other line said he hung up . “Might as well get up”She muttered to herself
**And now I
SHake the sleep from my head
And try to crawl out of bed
Today is just another day
I make coffee for one
I turn the radio on
Pretend that everything’s ok but
Desperately I long to feel your touch
But you left me all alone in love**
She grabbed the newspaper as she headed out the door , Nothing new really . The pocket communicator rang . “Hello !”She said in her normal cheery tone “Hey Botan would you please come to my office ?” Koenma asked “Yes Koenma sir. “She responded , forming the oar in her hand . “What is it Koenma sir ?” She asked jumping off her oar . “You haven’t had a day off for a while right .” Botan nodded her head “It’s your day to be off” He said .
**and now I
Watch the sun going down
there aint no body around
I feel a night in the breeze
I keep on tellin myself
I don’t need nobody else
And I can do as I please but**
“Finally a day off”Botan said sighing . This was the first day she had had off in about one hundred years . Of course she was happy . She walking past Yusuke’s apartment and saw Yusuke knealing in front of Kieko with a ring . She drew in a sharp intake of breath . “Kieko will you marry me ?”He asked . Botan tried to ignore the sharp pain in her chest . Se knew it had nothing to do with asthma or an heart attack , it was worse - heart ache .

And now
every night is the same

Botan wrapped her arms around her knees , blue hair cascading onto her knees . “He’ll never love me in return ... he has Kieko .” She muttered sadly . “I can’t even kill myself because I’m the grim reaper . She smiled sadly “I can try though .”She muttered pulling her pocket knife from a nearby drawer . She smiled as she cut a thin line across her wrist .
