1-Sarayashiki High~~~~~~~~~~~~

"HEY BRAT!WAKE UP AND GET OUTTA MY HOUSE!" sat up and rubbed my eyes. "My dad is drunk again." I stood up and watched in my mirror as my silk sheet slid off of me and into a silver-blue puddle at my feet. That was the only thing of worth my silk sheet. My bare feet made no sound as I walked to my closet and opened the doors. I looked through my clothes and found my baggiest jeans. i put them on along with my belt. I went to my dresser and took out a black long-sleeve shirt. Before putting it on I stared at a long shining scar. I put the shirt on with a sigh. I quickly brushed my hair, brushed my teeth, put on my make up, and grabbed my bag.
Slowely walking down the steps I saw my dad sitting on the couch. In his hand I saw a bottle.
"Took you long enough brat. Now get outta here." He through the bottle at me and I dodged it but not by enough because it grazed my cheek. I felt a warm liquied trickle to my chin. I ran out the door and down the street before he opened another bottle.
I slowed my pace and stopped. I brought my hand up to my cheek and wiped away the blood. Looking down to my watch I saw it said it was only six a.m.
"I still have an hour and a half before I have to get to school." I slowely jogged to the park and sat on one of the benches. I stared up at the sky. The sun was just rising so it was still dark. "I dont want to go to school but I dont want to stay home either." I closed my eyes and sighed. I felt uneasy all of a sudden. I looked around and saw a pair of red eyes staring at me. I jumped up and unsheathed my claws. I felt my eyes turn from icy blue to blood red. Two blue stripes spread across my face from both the left and right and stopped two inches from my lips. A blue cresent moon appeared on my forehead. My ears lenghthened to a point and my teeth grew into fangs. And last my normally platinum blonde hair turned pure white in its low ponytail. A guy with tall, spikey, tri-coloured (black outlined with dark blue hair and his bangs outlined with white) hair wearing all black and a white headband stepped out from the darkness and into the street light. "Who are you and what do you want?"
He stared at me for what felt like ages but then he spoke. "My name is Hiei and I was just walking by."
"Why so early?" my words more of a growl then anything.
"I was walking to school."
"It doesnt start for..."I looked down at my watch again and saw it was only half an hour until school opened."Oh."
"Hn."
"Continue."I started changing back slowely when he said.
"You dont have to change back.There are tons of demons in our school.Are you new?"
"Ya I'm new.I just moved her from my mother's.Now I'm living with my father who lives in this area."
"Does he abuse you?"
I guess he saw my scratch."Yes. But it doesnt bother me."
Me and him walked to the school togather and Im glad he did because i didnt know where it was.
"What's your name?"His voice was a little more friendlier.
"Kigami Takashi but you can call me ... Kigami!"
"Like I said my name is Hiei."
"Just Hiei?"
"Hiei Jaganshi."
"Hiei Jaganshi hmm. Do you have a jagan?"
"Yes."
"Cool.I have a jagan but I dont have a third eye. It's my own eyes. Very complicated."
"Ya? Here's the school."
"Wow.It's big."
"It is?"
"My old school was only one floor.This one is three."
"Actually count again."
"There's four?!"
"Yah. Library, computer room, etcetera."
"Wow."
"Hey Hiei!"A girl with long straight brown hair with blonde highlites and black eyes ran up to him. "Who's this?"
"Kigami Takashi."I said.
"Hi!My name's Kiera Yahiko."We shook hands and started talking.Me and her were fast friends"

Kigami and Kiera walked into the school and to the office. Kigami recieved her schedule and books and a locker number.
"Locker 227!Oh my gawd!That's right next to his locker!"Kiera almost started hyperventilating with excitement.
"Who's locker?"
"Sesshomaru Inuyoukai's"
"Who's that?"
"Wait until you see."
They walked to the elevator and took it to the second floor. They stepped out and walked up four stairs to the 10th grade hall. Kiera walked over to Kigami's locker and said, "Here's yours."
"Thanks."She put in the combonation and put in her books and kept the ones she needed.
"What's your homeroom?"
"213"
"Mine too!"
They walked to their homeroom and opened the door. Kigami was greeted by a tall female teacher. She had sholder lenghth black hair and turquoise eyes. She was quite leggy and all the guys stared at her as she passed them.
"Oh! Hello. You must be Kigami."
"Yes."
"You may sit in the back, behind Sesshomaru."
"Oh my gawd!"Kiera almost fainted behind Kigami. Kigami rolled her eyes and went in the back and sat down. She set her book down and Sesshomaru turned around.
"Hi. My name's Sesshomaru."He held his hand out and Kigami shook it.
"My name's Kigami." She couldnt believe her eyes! He was so hott. Kigami noticed something else. He was alot like her in looks. Red eyes, longe white hair pulled back in a low ponytail, a blue cresent moon on his forehead, and two blue streaks coming from both the left and right stopping two inches from his mouth. They talked for a while and then Sesshomaru asked about Kigami's schedule.
"My shedule?Hmm...where'd that paper go?"She started looking through her pockets.
"You lost your schedule?"
"Apparently."She pulled a paper out of her back pocket."Found it!"She unfolded it and layed it on the desk. "Lets see. 1st period cultures with Mr. Tsuka."
"I hate him.But hey we're in the same class."
"Really?Cool.2nd period history with Mr.Sayaka."
"He's pretty cool."
"3rd period algebra with Miss.Kanti."
"She's a demon."
"Is that good or bad?"
"Good.She's a ice maiden. I think."
"4th period period reading with Mrs.Raina."
"She's...interesting."
"5th period english with Mr.Tana."
"He's a demon as well.Im not sure what exactly though."
"6th period on day 1 guidence with Mrs.Tsukata, day 2 health with Mrs.Omala and Mr.Takay, day 3 with home-ec with Mrs. Tomo, day 4 tech ed with Mr.Ketsu, day 5 computer with Mrs.Maiyah, and day 6 study skills with Mr.ayaki."
"With Tsukata you wanna stay on her good side which is easy to do.Omala and Takay are cool and there both demons. Tomo acts like a hyper teen. Ketsu is cool and a fire demon. Maiyah's nice. She's a tiger demon. Ayaki however is heartless and he loves giving out demerits."
"Hmm...so I should watch out for Mr.Ayaki."
"Ya that would be a good idea.Continue with your schedule."
"7th period on days 1&3 I have gym with Miss.Kaya, days 2&4 I have music with Mr.Takiu, and days 3&6 I have art with Mrs.Tsuna."
"All those teachers are cool. Takiu plays alot of heavy metal and rock and things like that."
"8th period I have study halls."
"Hmm..."
"What?"
"We have the same classes togather."
"Ya?"
"Ya."
The day wore on and Kigami had the best day in her life and it wasnt even lunch time. The lunch bell rang and she ran off to her locker.
