A Save The World Story

"Mack! What are you doing?" you ask over the loud banging sound coming from the kitchen, trying to ignore the smell of burning food.

"Oh, I am making some soup for lunch. You want some?" he asked.

You curiously set your book down and stumbled into the kitchen to see exactly what was happening. "Umm, Mack…." You started stirring the soup, watching all the black carrots and noodles float by. "How do you burn soup?"

"You want some?" he repeated.

"No thanks. What's with the flour?

He grinned his mischievous little grin and lifted his head from the cupboard he was looking through. "I'm making cookies!" it often times amazed you how childish that boy was. He is 15, 3 years younger than you, but acted 6 half of the time. He still even talked in a baby voice quite often. The thought made you chuckle silently to yourself, it was amazing that your mom let you stay home alone with him a week while she was on vacation let alone a whole month. "You wanna help?" Mack asked, knocking you out of your thoughts.

"Sure!" You said grinning as you grabbed the can of Crisco with the cookie instructions on the side label. "Be dangerous to let you do it alone."

Three hours later

"Blagh" you say exhausted as you slide into a seat next to your brother "Mack I don't think I wanna have another food fight as long as I li…" you say when suddenly a white light envelopes the room and the face of a stranger.

With reddish orange hair that is about 2 inches long, with light brown eyes, wearing a green and yellow hat flashes across your vision and says "You have been summoned…" and you blackout.

Ok that is the first chapter, but it is kinda the prolog and I suck with those.

The next chapters will be better!
