It was 6:30 and Zinnia and Yoko were in the guest room preparing for the party. Yoko put a hamster sized bow tie on. He then jumped onto the dresser and viewed himself in the mirror. "Lookin' good."said Zinnia. Yoko squeaked happily. Zinnia changed into army pants with a green turtle neck. She sat on the bed. "Yoko, I need a hair style."she said smiling at Yoko who was still admiring himself in the mirror. Yoko jumped onto Zinnia's shoulder, stood up on two legs and began to braid her long hair. It was now 6:45. There was a knock at the door. "Come in."said Zinnia. The door opened and Kazuma poked his head in. Zinnia or we'll be late for the party."said Kazuma sounding very energetic. smiled. "Ok." she said coming out of the guest room. Shizuru was waiting for them at the front door. you both ready?"she asked. They both nodded. "Ok let's go!"she said walking out the door. Kazuma came out last and closed the door and locked it. They started to walk to Keiko's house. Zinnia looked at the surroundings of the outside at night.sure looks different at night. This is perfect time for demons to be ambushing innocent people."she said to Yoko. Yoko nodded in agreement. Up ahead Zinnia could see a house with the lights on, and people walking past the windows. She was pretty sure it was Keiko's house. Yoko squeaked to get her attention and opened his mouth and pointed to his teeth. Zinnia examined his teeth."No, theres nothing in your teeth."she said smiling. Yoko smiled and fixed his little bow tie. spirit beast sure cares about looking good, huh?"asked Kazuma.
"Yep. He likes to look good for special ocassions."she said. They made their way to the front door and Kazuma knocked on it. After a couple seconds Keiko opened the door.
"Hi Shizuru. Hi Kuwabara. Please come in."she said smiling. Keiko looked at Zinnia. "You must be Zinnia. Yuske told me you'd be coming. Please come in." Zinnia slowly walked inside. Yoko leaped off her shoulder and onto a near by snack table and started munching on peanuts. Zinnia was a little nervous for she couldnt remember the last time she was invited to a party. She looked around. Yuske was drinking punch, Keiko was playing with Puu, Kazuma was talking to Yukina, and Botan and Kurama were talking and Hiei was standing in a corner silent. Everyone started to look bored after about 15 minutes. Keiko sighed. "This party is dying. We need music." Yuske turned gray. Keiko looked at him. "Yuske, where are the cds I told you to bring?" asked Keiko.
"Um.....I forgot them...."said Yuske with his head down. Keiko became angry and started chasing Yuske around the room with a baseball bat. Yuske ran as fast as he could and screamed like a little girl as he ran. Yoko was still eating peanuts until a loud whack startled him. He tried to see what happened. In the corner was Yuske laying on the ground motionless with a giant red bump on his head next to the one he had gotten earlier from Koenma. Zinnia snapped her fingers a a back pack appeared. She opened it and took out some cds.
"I have some cds. This is music from America."she said holding up the cd cases.
"I have always wanted to hear american music."said Kurama smiling. Keiko smiled.
"Zinnia, you're a life saver!" Zinnia smiled and put a cd inside the cd player and choose a track number and pressed play. Loud music blasted through the stereos.
"This song is called 'Right Thurr' by Chingy!!!"yelled Zinna trying to yell over the loud music. All but Hiei danced in the center of the room. While dancing Zinnia sensed a great power near by. She didnt want to alert anyone yet so she kept dancing. A dark figure passed the window. Yoko had seen this and he leaped onto Zinnia's shoulder and started squeaking like crazy. Zinnia looked at him. "What is it, Yoko?"she asked. Yoko pointed out the window. Zinnia walked over to the window and saw nothing. "Maybe, it was just a cat or something, Yoko." Yoko shook his head "no" rapidly. "Yoko calm do-" Zinnia's eyes suddenly turned red. Everyone became startled. Keiko ran to the cd player turn the music off.
"Whats wrong, Zinnia?" she asked. Zinnia's eyes started glowing red .
"I smell.........I smell.........Volaina!!"yelled Zinnia. Suddenly a dragon demon broke through the glass of the window. She was a little taller than Zinnia and Hiei and had long black hair, violet eyes, purple and green scales one her long tail, dragon-like feet, wings, horns on her head, and claws
