Notes: Alright people, I know I have been neglecting this fic, again. Oh! We've finally hit the main portion of the fic! Cheer man! Cheer! Oh... and Review. *thoughts*
.
Notes I want you to notice:When I was going back through the fic to HTML, I noticed something I'm sure would get complainers. I refuse to give Hiei the last name Jaganshi, because as one story I read put it, it's a title, not a name. Same reason I won't name him Koorime. It's his race, and how would any of you like to be named Joe Human? Therefor, I made up a last name for my Hiei. Got it people? Besides... I think the last name I came up with sounds nice.

Part four- Start of recovery
Yuusuke sighed deeply as Keiko was turned away yet again. She'd been coming every day for the last week, even after her conversation with Genkai. It seemed to have made her less patient, not more. At first her visits had been for useful reasons, such as leaving him clothes, or collecting notes to his mother his first week back. But now… She was starting to disturb him with her persistence. Why couldn't she just let him heal? Yukina had listened to him, and was leaving him be, why couldn't Keiko? He shook away the musings as pointless, taking in the set of Keiko's shoulders as she walked away.
"Why are you so angry with me? You saw what happened! How could you be mad?" Yuusuke turned his back to the window and closed his eyes. "Maybe she thinks it's what I wanted." Yuusuke shook his head, quickly moving to his room and closing the door behind him before sinking onto the futon.

Yukina watched Yuusuke hurry away from his perch, and she couldn't help clenching a fist at the anger that welled up in her chest. *How could Keiko do this to him? How dare she make him doubt himself!* Every time she came, it took him back two steps, and she'd had enough of it. She left in pursuit of Yuusuke's dubious suitor a minute later. They definitely needed to talk.

Back in his room, Yuusuke started to play back through one of his new memories, trying fruitlessly to shove it away as he had every other time. Keiko's persistent visits brought it to the front of his mind each time, and this time he simply didn't have the strength to not remember. Becoming lost in the past, he failed to even remember that it wasn't happening around him right then.
He was in the room, staring intently at the barricade that had been erected, blocking the other two from his eyes. It was the first time this had happened since they'd been here, and it made him uneasy, as the shadowy forms beyond it left him uncertain what was gong on. Not that he wanted to honestly see, but the sudden change of routine from the last couple days frightened him. Curling in on himself, Yuusuke tried not to think so hard about it. He didn't get far in his action before the chains holding him to the pillows pulled taut. So far, he'd barely been touched, and he sincerely hoped it stayed that way.
Sometime within the last few hours they'd fed him something with the water he'd been given, it was the only reasoning he could account for him being chained when last he knew he was perched in the corner. Whatever it had been had knocked him out long enough for him to be moved. The shifting around he'd been doing revealed to him that he had an erection, one that was firmly being caged, though he was sure that circumstances would have otherwise long since made it wilt without the firmly secured bands.
Yuusuke was jarred rudely from his self-evaluation by the light play of claws along his side, and his gaze immediately jerked around to see what it was. The cause of the disturbance was a woman who shared a keen likeness with Jelexian, the man tormenting Hiei and Kurama. She'd been later revealed as Pera. But even then, without knowing her name, Yuusuke shivered in dread, just the likeness enough to disturb him. He hastily reassured himself, *It's just a woman, and a lady can't be as bad as that guy, cause girls, even the violent ones, are supposed to be sweet right? They aren't supposed to have evil thoughts.*
Apparently this woman had never heard of that concept though, as she ticked her nails down his chest lightly, watching him beat off his panic. As soon as he was somewhat calmed, she raked her sharp nails down his chest, only just barely not breaking skin as his skin darkened where the nails had passed. A sadistic grin emerged on her face as she took in his shock, as well as his partially paralysis from that shock. The sharp breath he'd drawn in had only been a bonus to the woman before she dipped her head to bite him sharply, breaking skin with her teeth and leaving perfect imprints on his skin.
"You are never going to forget me. I'll haunt you every day and night. You will be all for me, and whoever else I let have you." Pera's voice was a sultry soprano, and Yuusuke snapped out of his shock as he heard it. Even her rather offensive actions hadn't leant him the ability to respond.
Yuusuke directed a sharp glare at the buxom woman, coming back to life all at once as he tried to pull out of her reach. "Don't you touch me any more!" Unfortunately, his voice was little more than a strained hiss.
Making a pointed hushing sound, Pera twisted her fingers in Yuusuke's hair, straddling his body so she was pressed skin to skin, revealing nothing was on under her short skirt. "Hush. You're going to be well taken care of, I promise you will." She didn't say how in the promise, instead only alluding to her version of 'care'.
Yuusuke's eyes flashed a bit as he growled, thrashing to try and dislodge her. "Get offa me Bitch! I don't want you takin care of me! Shit, I don't want you near me at all!" Even with his infuriated words, Yuusuke couldn't help that his body was responding to an extent.
As soon as his body gave the faint trace of responding favorably, she pounced, capturing his chin tightly between her fingers and nipping hard enough at his lips for blood to be drawn. She turned the sharp bites into a deep, uninvited kiss as her free hand moved down over his chest, pinching and kneading hard enough to bruise. The sudden attack drew an unwilling whimper from Yuusuke, and his unwilling instinctive positive reaction was quelled, having been rewarded in pain. He couldn't help thinking it wouldn't have been so bad if she'd just stopped hurting him. He was completely sure there was supposed to be something pleasurable about what was going on, but all he could focus on was that she was strong enough to bruise him in the first place. When Yuusuke twisted his chin out of her grip, she didn't seem concerned at all. No, she used the action as an opening, sliding her body down so she was straddling his hips, and stealing his virginity in a swift, sudden twist of her body.
Yuusuke jerked himself out of the memory with enough violence to send him to the floor in a heap, breath ragged, and tears streaking down his face. Rather than bothering to pull himself back up onto the soft mattress, he curled into a ball, just letting the shame roll over him. He couldn't accept that he'd been in no position to stop her, even in the safety of Genkai's temple. It only made it worse that that woman had been just the first and had seemed to revel in helping the others to find varying ways to torment him. Rolling so he was curled under the frame of the futon, Yuusuke curled into a tight ball and allowed his sobs to escape.

Yukina had made quick time in her pursuit of Keiko, and she reached the place on the forest path where the girl was before she could reach the city. "Wait!"
The shout immediately drew the brown-eyed girl to a stop, and she twisted around, searching for the source of the voice that had gotten her attention. "Yukina?"
The demonness moved forward, catching Keiko's arm while the girl was still off guard, She only then started talking. "Yes. I think you and me need to have a talk. What Master Genkai has been saying clearly hasn't been getting through."
Keiko's eyes narrowed as she caught the insulting tone to the words. "I've been listening."
"No, you haven't. You have been hearing and dismissing. I'm going to put it bluntly for you. You scare Yuusuke. Stop coming by every day, it's only making him more skittish. At this rate, he'll never be able to go back into the city. If you really want to help him, then get Kazuma to come visit him. Yuusuke has always felt better with him around, I could tell. Please, I'm doing my best to stay out of Yuusuke's way, couldn't you do the same? You've known him the longest, so I know that you know I'm right." Yukina was calm the entire time, and she watched as Keiko got steadily more angry.
"No! He needs me! I've always been there for him! Always! You don't know what he needs. I do. I know Yuusuke." Keiko jerked her arm free in her anger, voice raising sharply.
Yukina let Keiko jerk away, shaking her head almost pityingly as she watched the girl. She just knew it would make the girl even angrier with her. "I know you didn't see exactly what we did, but you have to understand, it was severe. He's almost completely snapped, are you sure you want to be the reason he looses his reasons to trust entirely? Back off until he gets over his new fear of women enough to contact you on his own."
Keiko glared at Yukina before she spun on her heel and started to stalk away. "I'm not hurting Yuusuke. Now, I'm going to go home if you have nothing else to say."
Yukina narrowed her eyes a fraction before she followed the other girl down the path. "Alright Keiko. You've made it clear I have no chance to convince you to change your mind. I need to go to town myself anyway to talk to Kazuma, can I walk with you?" Her voice slid back into it's normal soft tone about halfway through, and she followed her question with a small smile.
Keiko slid her a suspicious look before giving in. "Sure."
Yukina nodded, accepting the temporary truce as they entered the city. It was pointless to fight just then because she knew she had more important things to do.

Kurama sighed lowly, pressing his chair further into the corner as he focused on the teacher, At first he'd simply settled into his normal seat, but about five minutes in his twitchiness had made itself known, even with Hiei by his side. It was the stares he could fell on his back that suddenly had Kurama getting up, cutting the teacher off mid-word before he went tot he corner he now found himself in, Hiei a silent shadow beside him. Since then, the teacher had been following with his eyes, silently informing him that as soon as class was over that he wanted a word with both of them.
Kurama shifted in his seat yet again, then nearly jumped out of his skin as he heard the bell, causing his desk to skitter forward across the floor a bit with the sudden action. Most of the students twisted to look at him as they left the class, books in their arms as they doubtless tried to understand what was wrong with their favorite student. As soon as they got into the hall, Kurama was sure they'd share their speculations and spark off a round of gossip.
Hiei reached over, resting his hand over where Kurama's were still clenched tightly onto the desk, making a faint purr in the back of his throat in an effort to calm the redhead down. He could feel the assessing gaze of the teacher on him, but that was inconsequential, as he was here for Kurama. *Stupid Ningen.*
Kurama was almost painfully aware of the other person in the room in contrast to Hiei's seeming lack of care, and he twisted a little in his chair to keep an eye on the man. He spoke in a dual effort to stop the teacher from talking, and to reassure Hiei, neither worked. "I'm fine."
Hiei snorted, prying Kurama's fingers off of the desk in a slow methodical motion, then clasped both together between his smaller hands. "Bullshit."
Kurama shot Hiei a dark look as he heard the teacher speak, unhappy that neither had believed him. "You are acting unlike yourself Minamino-san." He then glanced sideways at Hiei, looking as though he were attempting to solve a rather complicated puzzle. "And I would like to know how it is you and the new student know each other already. I was under the impression he was new to the area."
Kurama turned his hands to clasp Hiei's tightly for reassurance. "He is a good friend of mine Neroma-sensei."
Neroma moved forward slightly, and he watched as Kurama stiffened minutely with the minor action, and the smaller demon moved himself so he could easily get between them. "Has something happened recently that I should be aware of? I did hear about this morning's incident as well."
Kurama twitched as he listened to the teacher's words and Hiei turned a glare on the person making Kurama react so. "Do not ask questions that he is in no state to answer."
Kurama sighed and closed his eyes, letting Hiei deal with it as he heard the rather sharp tone that entered Neroma's voice, no longer directed at him. "And would you be aware of the answers to these same questions Mitoshi-san?"
Hiei repressed the urge to growl as he met Neroma's eyes. "Yes, I would. I will only tell you that he has suffered recently, and hat I am only here to help him."
Kurama, once again composed, collected his things. "If that is all Neroma-sensei, I have other classes to get to. If you would write us a note of permission, we could try not to be too late."
Neroma considered for a moment before nodding slightly and writing something quickly out on a piece of paper. "Go right to class."
"Of course Sensei." Taking the slip, Kurama ducked out the door, Hiei at his heels.

It was well into lunch when Yukina tracked Kuwabara down, having found him just outside school grounds. "Kazuma!"
Kuwabara twisted around, hearing the voice of his currently favorite person. "Yukina! Are you well? Do you need my aid for something?"
Yukina gave Kuwabara a genuine smile, coming to sit beside him at the bench. "I'm doing well, but there is something I wish for you to do for me, to ease my peace of mind."
Kuwabara studied Yukina for a long moment. "What is unsettling you so?"
Looking to the side, She sighed, taking his hand in hers. "I'm worried for Yuusuke. I am unable to check on him because of his new phobia. Could you help me with that? Keiko comes to visit him every day and I can't seem to make her stop. It wouldn't be a problem if she wasn't having such a bad affect on him. He's being torn up from the inside every time she comes by, and it worries me."
Kuwabara's face turned serious and he nodded, looking past her briefly in thought. "I would go now then. I don't want him to get worse from what I saw before."
Yukina gifted him with a sad smile and got to her feet, pulling him with her. "Thank you Kazuma."
He shook his head, resting her hand on his arm in a gentlemanly manner as he started to walk, all of the ideas about staying for the rest of the school day obliterated. "No need to thank me, he's my friend too." Yukina simply nodded, leading him back to the temple.
To be continued.
