Hiei: Hn, Yeah, like I would actually willingly come here? Now where is my sweet snow, woman!!

AA1: Ooh, touchy, touchy. Hiei, that may be the case, but my readers do not need to know that, So please SHUT THE FUCK UP!!! Thankyou, now do the disclaimer.

Hiei: Hn. The baka owns nothing.

The pair walked on in silence, until, that is, an excited squeal sounded out to reach their ears. Kairuco looked up suddenly at the high pitched sound and slid quickly into her defensive position. It didn't matter how very harmless this creature may be. . . anything that happy should be brutally murdered. All of a sudden a sky blue haired woman jumped out of the bushes to her left and attempted to pounce on her. But Kairuco was to fast and dodged the flying maniac. Sesshomaru looked on with mild interest but remained out of the middle. '

Kairuco was angry.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING YOU FUCKING BITCH!!!" She screamed crazily, stalking over to the still dazed blue haired woman. Her face was contorted in rage, marring her pretty features. But as she reached back to punch and therefore mutilate the frightened woman, a strong hand grasped it and twisted it painfully. Kairuco looked back, expecting Sesshomaru to be there, but instead there was an aged woman with fading pink hair and slightly green tinged skin ((You have to admit, she DOES have slightly green skin. . .)) "Who the friggin hell are you?" She inquired coldly, staring into the woman's eyes without so much as an inkling of fear.

"I, oh ignorant one, am Genkai, your now very pissed off master." She answered, freezing Kai's (I'm just gonna call her that.)) own very cold words. Kai's eyes widened and immediately her indigo orbs filled with respect and reverence. She needed say nothing at all to express her apologies. Genkai let go of Kai's arm and turned to Sesshomaru. "She has spirit," She said, then added as she rubbed her sore palm, "and a lot off strength too." Sesshomaru smirked a her.

"I trained her to be so." Then he turned to Kairuco, who was glaring up at him with tears welling in her eyes. "This is where we part, kitsune. Rin and I will visit you in a month or so. Do not fret." Then with one last look in her direction and a nod to Genkai, he swept off with silver hair flowing behind him. Kai stared off after him, knowing that to follow him would be and insult both to him and Genkai. So she shook off her sadness and turned to bow to Genkai.

"Come, Kairuco, you must meet the rest." Said Genkai, completely ignoring the all of a sudden chattering Blue haired woman, but did introduce her. "And this is Botan." Botan waved quite shakily to Kai who glared but said nothing, did nothing, and made no move to introduce herself. That Botan was just to happy.((no, I'm not a Botan basher She's just sugar high right now. *shudder*))

~Genkais temple, after the steps, because whats the point?~

Kairuco stared at the vast temple with disinterest. Sesshomaru's castle was much bigger. But the temple held more of a homey feel then a 'train or I'll make you' feel. Much unlike her home. A rueful smile made it's way to her soft rosy lips. She was going to miss home terribly. She followed Genkai into the large building, carrying her heavy pack easily despite her slender form. The sensei led her to a door and said, "This is to be your room. Unpack, I will send Yukina up to get you for dinner. You will then meet the rest." She then turned and swiftly made her way down to where ever she was going.

Kai entered the room after she was sure Genkai was gone. She gasped at what she saw. Inside, the walls were a deep blue, with black trimming. The floor was black as well, velvety and smooth looking. A large queen sized bed was centered against the back wall with a midnight purple comforter and crimson silk sheets, along with mixed purple and red pillows. Ebony candelabras stood on either side of the foot of the bed while a black canopy hung whimsically above it. Against the left wall, in the corner, a stained mahogany wardrobe stood, carved intricately with occult designs. There was also a balcony, on the right side. Scarlet curtains hung thick and protecting in front of it, having elegant black ropes to lift them and reveal an almost transparent purple screen hanging loosely over the opening. Kairuco ventured out to discover gothic iron railing, black and in perfect condition.

She was definitely impressed with the dark, romantic room. It described her perfectly. Mischievous and mysterious, dark and brooding, almost unapproachable, but beautiful and whimsical at the same time.

She drew the dark curtains and switched on a small lamp that illuminated the entire room. Kairuco began to unpack, tear drops falling randomly down her sun kissed faced. This was going to be a long few months.

~Dinner Time!!~

((This poem is my own))
The bright days have passed as a long and dreary memory
Of pitch black nights turned emery
Of my happy eyes gone wary
Of simple life no longer merry

The wondrous nights have danced as a tragedy of my life
With a high pitched song from a fife
With the practiced wielder of the knife
With nothing but death which is rife

The relentless rain pounds upon my broken, shattered soul
As words of what they coldly stole
Purifying the defiled coal
Lashing out at what may console

The entrancing waves pound the shore, attempting to reach me
Desperately trying to breach me
The evil that it will teach me
The sea salt which with it will bleach me

The warming fire attains the canvas of my pale skin with ease
With flames that cannot ever cease
With colors that which cannot tease
With hotness that can burn and freeze

I write my final warnings as a scream, for that is all that I am capable of. . .

Kairuco closed the black book and placed her pen on the bed as a soft knock reverberated through the room. She went to the door and opened it to a softly smiling girl with aqua marine hair and scarlet eyes. "You must be Yukina." She said nonchalantly. The girl nodded and told Kai that Genkai was waiting for her. Kai followed Yukina through the halls to a large dining room with a table at which sat six people. Her eyes roamed over the scene but then stopped dead in their tracks upon seeing the two people she thought she would never see again. "Yusuke? Kuwabaka?" She asked in bewilderment.

The two boy's eyes widened in realization. Both were up and out of their seats before you could say Kuwabara is a baka. "KAI-CHAN!!!" They yelled in unison and had her in a hug of death immediately. She was happy to see them, but that was just a little to much. With just a little spirit energy, they were flung against the wall and rubbing their heads. "Hey, what was that for, Kai-chan?"

"That hug was just a leetle to tight, guys." Kairuco said, squinting her eyes and pretending to be trying to squish something between her forefinger and her thumb.

"Wait! How did you get so strong, Kai?" Yusuke suddenly asked, finally soaking in what she had just done. But genkai answered that for her.

"She is a silverico kitsune demon, dimwit. A lower B-class at that, and only because she has not yet gained the strength to transform fully. That is why she is here."

"A silverico kitsune?"

"A little slow today are we? Half black fox, have silver fox. A lethal combination." She answered. "Now, Kairuco, sit and eat, you begin your training tomorrow." Kairuco did as she was told and sat in the nearest empty seat. She looked up find that she was sitting across from a very powerful fire/ice youkai with black, gravity defying hair and crimson eyes that bore into her soul. She also sensed a jagan, but her thoughts were cut short with that annoying squeal. Kairuco looked away from the entrancing eyes and found Botan jumping up and down in excitement. Completely ignoring her once more, Genkai made introductions. "Hiei, Kurama, meet Kairuco Haiji. Kairuco, meet Kurama and Hiei."

She finally noticed the red head that was practically gawking at her. "What the hell are you staring at?" She asked coldly, recognizing the demon as Yoko. But then her eyes went wide. "Damnit." She muttered. "Mating season sucks." She glared at the excited youkai, who only returned it with an apologetic grin. " Yeah, Yoko, you just stay in there. No way in hell I'm mating with you, you cowardly bastard." She could tell that Yoko was getting angry that a prospective mate was talking to him an such a manner, but She didn't care.

She had learned about Yoko in her lessons and decided that he was a cowardly bastard. Kurama tried to keep him in check, and succeeded, but could not prevent the anger that seethed from the fox demon. "Keep yourself under control, kitsune, the onna has declined your very rash and almost disgusting courting, baka kitsune ." For the first time, Hiei spoke, and Kairuco was immediately drawn in by his deep voice and cold demeanor. He added a small Hn at the end and continued eating without another word. The rest of the dinner was eaten in the same manner, except for the assumed sugar high Botan, who was seriously getting on Kai's nerves.
