Chapter 1. The Phone Call.

Monique Urameshi stood along the backporch of her home in New York city, her mom as usual was asleep,passed out on the couch,drunk. She yawned and turned around placing her back to the wall of her home.

The Phone started to ring, her eyes shot open and within a minute she was inside, throwing open the door. Her eyes searching through the mess that littered the floor, untill she spotted the antenna sticking up from a pile of clothes to her left. "Disgusting." She mumbled to herself as she pushed the pair of pants to her left and picked up the Cordless Phone.

She pushed her Jet black hair from her eyes and slid her fingers loosely through the silkyness of it,tieng it back into a tight,full Ponytail.She slowly lifts the reciever to her ear and placed her hand to her hip."Hello." She spoked into the reciever,the Persons voice was light, almost sounded muffled.

"Hello Monique, you dont know who this is,but, I know your brother,and, Its very Important that you come here at once."She stood still, her face was blank, a pure look of confusion crossed her face. "Umm,,,Excuse me,,But,,,to where excatcly am i going?"

Monique heard the voice on the other end sigh, and, went dead for a minute. "To The Makai my dear.Thats where your brother is." She shook her head as she slammed her hand to the coffee table and to no surprise to her, her mom didnt even budge. "Exactly why is he there ,and,why the hell must I come there for,and, who are you?" The voice silently coughed,and then boomed through the phone line, knocking her back off her footing. Her butt fell hard onto the cemented floor,which was covered in a putrid green."DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO MISSY,AND, FOR YOUR INFORMATION,YOU CAN WAIT AND FIND ALL THAT OUT,NOW GET YOUR ASS HERE, NOW." She pulled herself up of the floor and felt her left eye twitch. She gripped the phone tight in her left hand.

"Look here Whoever you are, ask Nicely or i wont come at all." The voice finally sounded more calm,more surreal."Its just about your life,and,about your very safety,,its important you come here,theres a Boat waiting for you at the docks." She nodded, it wasnt she wanted to, It was that she was curious as to where and why this guy needed to talk to her,and, To bug her brother.

"Urameshi,god damn it, that isnt yours." A Orange hair boy said as he ran out of nowhere,slamming his shoulder into the top of a Black haired young mans head,sending him face first into the Mud. The young man laid his arms around a tiny black box, as a sly smile spread across his face. "Lets see now Kuwabara, what can you be keeping in here."

A black haired man zipped down from above,His spiky black hair seemd to be unpenetrable as the wind blew through it, he was also wearing a Long black cloak and a pair of black pants, a single starburst of white set off his spiky black hair, he lowered his ruby red eyes down toward the 2. "Hn! Must you 2 constantly fight." The orange haired boy shot up, he towerd over the black boy,jerking his thumb toward his chest. "I Kazuma Kuwabara, never back down from a fight ,Shrimpy." they were intereupted by a Boy with long flowing red hair,and ,Emerald green eyes, he was dressed in all Pink, pans and a over coat,with a white undershirt underneath it.(Yea Yea i know Pink,Work with me here.)He lowered his Sparkling green eyes,placing his hands in his pockets. "Are you still at it."

The Greasy haired boy stood,a snicker crawling onto his face."Yea,Kuwabara,here seems reluctant for me to look in this box.Wonder why?" Hiei shook his head, a blank stare spread across his face. "Hn! Baka's" Was all he said before he vanished and reappeared in the top of the tree not to far away.

Kurama,Yes the one with red hair,as if you didnt already know that, calmly walked past Yusuke and slowly but quickly snatched the box from his clutched and tossed it back to Kuwabara."Now i Believe it would be wise if you hide this real well , right now, or he'll just find it again."

Yusuke shot him a Glare and kicked a harmless rock across the ground. "Stupid fox." He was on his way into the Temple when his communicator chimed to life. With a sigh he flipped up the lid. A ocean blue haired girl with a overy bubbly attitude stared back at him. "Yes Botan what do you want now." She smiled and flashed her perfect white teeth. "Lord Koenma has asked for me to get in touch with you right away." Yusuke fell back onto the steps with a groan. "What is it now." She chimed in to Perky if you as me. Yuske thought as he waited for her response.

"Well Theres a very important person you are to pick up and take watch of." Yusuke sprung up from the ground, his head seemingly getting a lil to big for normal. His yelling caused the others to gather in around him,even Hiei was curious. "WHAT, IM GOING TO HAVE TO BABYSIT!" She began to chuckle and raised her finger up, pointing it into the air. "Now Now Yusuke,arent you a lil excited to see your sister." Yusukes face fell blank and stumbled back some. All he seemed to muster out was "My Sister,But Why?"
