Botan laid flat on the floor, face down, with a sweatdrop. Sometimes people count be so damn STUPID! Botan got up, and picked up the phone. As she began to dial
yuske's number, she flashbacked into what had just happened.
--FLASHBACK--Yuske ran over to keiko and tripped. "GAH!" "yuske, why do you have to be so stupid? You just had to mess up this time for real, didnt you?" yuske got up
"I didnt mess up, i can fix it...." Keiko slapped him "Yuske, grow up! You cant fix getting kuwabara killed by some demon!" she said as she walked off to the park near her
house. In the shadows, Botan was watching, confused. She knew Yuske and Hiei and everyone just went on some fight thingy , a hard fight thingy,but she never got to
know what happened, becuase she was busyworking on something with koenma. She walked over to him. "Yuske..what keiko said, is that true?" "yea, it is. Listen, just
leave me alone! I dont need you to talk to me, and im not in a good mood" "KUWABARA IS DEAD? AND YOURE JUST STANDING THERE??STANDING THERE? WHAT
KIND OF FRIEND ARE YOU?" Botan screamed, and ran way, shocked at him.--END FLASHBACK--
She dialed his number in slowly. *riiiing riiiing riiiing* Yuske picked up and answered on the other line. "hello? Urameshi." "Yuske? Its me, Botan.." "Botan! I thought i told
you not to talk to me about this." "yea, i know you did you jerk. But im worried. Why arent you upset? I mean, at the dark tournament when you thought he died, you went
crazy. crazy crazy." "Its MY FAULT! Botan, he was my best friend, and now its my fault hes dead. Everyone is mad at me, and nothing is right. Keiko has some new
boyfriend and shes been gone alll the time, and now hes dead! Why did that big dufis thing have to die on me again?*starts crying*" Botan thinking-he does care...-"yuske... "
"sont get all gushy over me. I have to go..."*hangs up*
*an hour later* "Uggg...Koenma always needs me for something.... might as well see what he needs now". So botan got on her oar and went over to Spirit World. She was
right about him needing something again. (Koenma)"Botan! I was just about to call you here!! We have an urgent situation and i just finished my papers. As you know,
Kuwabara has died, and with the newest demon tournament-" "Demon tourament? But we are short a team member, and poeple are grieving sir!" "Yes, i know, if you would
let me finish what i was saying... we need a new team member, so meet Korina, our newest member! Korina, come in!" * a five foot tall female cat demon with shoulder
length dusty brown hair , grey eyes, grey large cat ears, and a puffy cat tail walks in. She is wearing a dark blue tank top belly shirt with a wite flowing knee length skirt
walks in shyly and stands next to Koenma* "Hi, Im Korina, who are you?"
Botan thinking- theres something strange about her..."Hi, Im Botan." "Oh! How nice to meet you! Koenma is always saying things about you, like "botan forgot this" and
"Botan needs to hurry up". Its a pleasure to meet you!" botan thinking-she has a nice way to meet people and make them think your off to a good start.."Pleasure to meet
you too." "what happened to your hair?" "nothing, i was born this way....thank you very much." thinking-i dont like her very much. (koenma)"Ok, well i havent gotten to
explain much to her yet, exept the basics. Korina, youre first task on the team is to help out and fight at the demon tournament coming up. You told me you can fght
well, and i have proof. I just want to know, what strategy do you use?" "Well, Koenma, sir, i scrach, bite, and i have wind and rain storm powers." "Very good! I am
assured you will do well. Now you need to meet your team mates, wich i have called them all here. "
*after 5 minutes of short conversing, hiei, kurama, and yuske appear* (hiei)"This better be good, becuase you woke me up, i I almost never sleep." (Koenma)"It is, it is, as
you know, Kuwabara has died, and we need a new member for the demon tournament i told you about. Well, i found a nice cat demon named Korina, and she is very
good for the occasion. If all works out, she can go with you guys on all your missions. " (yuske)"Its a girl." (Korina)"Yes, i know my gender..is there anything wrond with
females?" (yuske)"No..but your the only one." (Botan)"Hello?" (yuske)"Oh yea. sorry botan. " everybody sweat drops, and Kurama dismisses them once they talk and
get to know eachother. Everybody gets alog, exept for Botan she really has problems with Korina. Something just seems very strange about her, a little weird. Everyone
goes home.
*at Botans house* Botan, sitting and eating some rice thinking-its pretty late...might as well go to bed...- Botan goes off to bed, and as she does, a shiver runs down her
spine. "brrherher" thinking-that was werd...it was nothing..oh well-. Laying down, she fell asleep thinking about the long long day.
