Wow…. It’s been three years since I’ve updated….. Umm I guess I’m sorry for those of you who were reading and I’ll start writing again starting….NOW
Disclaimer: the Characters ( Yusuke, Kurama, Koenma and Hiei) all belong to Yoshihiro Togashi. I belong to myself and the town of Rutherford belongs to the real world.

As they are leaving Taco Bell, Jade, Yusuke, and Kurama decide where to head for Yusuke’s next lesson. They decide that they should go to Park Avenue even though it is one of the main streets in Rutherford. What they could be thinking nobody knows.
“I Demand that we have a funeral for Mr. Carrot!” Screeched Jade. “We are not throwing a funeral for a stupid baby carrot,” said Kurama who had recently starting twitching in the left eye. “But why not? If you were eaten by you I would still throw you a funeral! You are such a meanie!” Jade said begin to give Kurama her sad face. “You know you can’t say no to that face Kurama,” snickered Yusuke while he was munching on his bean burrito. “Fine then, Jade. We will just have to go to Party City and pick up supplies. Yusuke, you know the way right?” asked Kurama. “Yeah sure but where are we even throwing the funeral for the carrot?” questioned Yusuke.
Two hours later after gathering the friends and “family” of Mr. Carrot the group is in the middle of Lincoln Park. “Yusuke that hole needs to be deeper!” complained Jade. “Then you dig it” yelled Yusuke who received a glare from Jade for it. “Jade, if Mr. Carrot was a carrot, why are there potatoes and radishes here too?” asked Koenma who was there to perform the ceremony under threat by Jade. “Because those are the long distance family! Duh!” replied Jade.
About ten minutes later the ceremony began. “We are here today to mourn the death of Mr. Carrot. He was an orangey fellow. Always very quiet. We have some sentiments to be expressed by Yusuke, Jade and Kurama.” “Thank you Koenma” jade said with her head bowed. “Mr. Carrot …uuuhh oooh ….. Excuse me!” Yusuke said as he bolted for some bushes. That burrito was on the attack. He should have stopped at number 12. “Umm… I guess it is my turn then. I would like to thank you all for coming here today. Mr. Carrot was a good friend to us all. His unfortunate death was more than premature and we shall all miss him. He fell from the bag into the garden dirt and needed mouth to mouth resuscitation. Unfortunately Kurama ate him instead. He…” “Excuse me but did you just say that the carrot I ate fell into the dirt!” Kurama asked with a horrified look on his face. “Yes right into all those bugs and wriggly worms and…” “I’m going to be sick…” Kurama said as he ran off in the same direction as Yusuke had taken. “Well… umm… Thank you again for coming and has a nice day!” Jade said as she took her exit.
“Hey what about the cocktail hour and what am I supposed to do with all these rotting vegetables? Jade!” yelled Koenma who was now completely abandoned except for the vegetables who were beginning to smell after being out in the sun for awhile.
A few days later everyone is at Kurama’s house sitting around playing video games. Even Hiei is there and he is listening to Jade and Yusuke story of the day he tried to drive. “So I take it you’ve given up?” asked Hiei. “Well yeah I guess. I mean it wasn’t really fun… except for driving into the giant strawberry. That was fun!” Yusuke exclaimed proudly. “Guess I didn’t miss much then” Hiei said. “Nope. Not really. The good part of that day is that all the pedestrians are safe for a little while longer!” Jade said as she grabbed the controller from Koenma, who had just lost to Kurama.
