Hiei woke up in a cold sweat, panting heavily. He moved slowly out of the bed so not to disturb Kuroi. He tip-toed to the giant mirror above his dresser. He was covered in blood. Tainted with rage he punched the mirror, it shattered. Kuroi woke up and found Hiei on the floor next to a sword. She saw cuts on his face and arms from the shards of glass. He was silent. Kuroi asked "What is going on?" He returned her inquiry with a glare that brought the point across that he wanted to be alone. Kuroi walked slowly and cautiously to the door and said "We WILL talk later, Hiei." Shut the door and ran to the kitchen. Tears were streaming down her face, she knew what he had done. He killed Seto. She didn't want to believe it but she knew it was true. Even though she loved Hiei, she would always have the un-dying love for Seto. Hiei knew this and hated him for it. Kuroi poured herself a glass of cold water, and walked into the dark hallway that led to Ryu-Kun's room. Ryu-Kun was one of Kuroi's closest friends, she knew that she could go to her for comfort. Kuroi tapped solemnly on her door, no one answered. She cracked it open and called for Ryu-Kun, in return Ryu-Kun threw a pillow and yelled "Leave me the fuck alone, whore!" Kuroi knew that Ryu-Kun was not the right person to wake up from a deep sleep, and shut the door and walked away. The closest door next to Ryu-Kun was Okui. Okui was suffering from a hangover, she was a raver, and went to a huge rave a few hours ago. She got extremely drunk and passed out. "No use in bothering her, now is there?" Kuroi went to Davey and Chi-Yami's room. She opened the door and the window was open and there was blood on the curtains, both seemed to be sleeping somberly. She tapped Chi-Yami and she woke up. Chi-Yami was an independent artist and also a close friend of Kuroi. Kuroi explained what happened while Chi-Yami got dressed. When Chi-Yami was dressed they decided to pay a visit to Seto to see if Kuroi's assumptions were right.
