It was getting dark, the light fading as the night approached to dominate the sky. Word had been sent out, and everyone save for two had fled the small patch of forest. No one wanted to be there while the two lovers played their game.

 

The game itself was simple, a variation of hide and seek, with only two players. Neither one ever lost, both always satisfied. And this time would be no different.

 

A tall figure with broad shoulders and red hair made a dashing sight against the setting sun. His eyes were narrowed, all three of them, as he approached the trees. Tonight he was the seeker, the one who tracked and hunted the hider. And if he managed to catch his prey, then he would be the seme.

 

As he neared the patch of woods his mind wandered for a brief moment, his main eyes glazing a bit, while his newly formed third stayed alert. His thoughts were in fact centered on his new abiltities. Powers which he gained after mating with a certain Koorime hybrid.

 

His left hand softly gripped his right arm, as it often did when he was thinking. Especially when he remembered how his right arm came to be wrapped with wards identical to those his lover wore. He stopped walking for a moment and let the memories of their first time together wash over him.

 

Contrary to what many thought his lover was not rough, nor harsh. In bed he was gentle, though demanding, he always made sure that he was not the only benefactor. That first night the Dragon on his lover's arm, as well as the Jagan eye showed their approval at his choice of mates, leaving their own marks on the ningen, in addition to the bite on his neck. Kuwabara now bore a smaller version of the Dark Dragon on his right arm, and a third eye. True the eye was not a Jagan, for such things could not be passed on. But it was an amplifier of his already strong phycic abilities.

 

The red eye on his forehead glowed for a second, alerting him that his mate was nearby. Handy thing that third eye, it could lock on to his lover's energy in less than a heartbeat. He snapped out of his thoughts and entered the woods, moving quietly into the deepening shadows.

The small compact figure blended in well with the shadows of the trees. He decided to make the game easy for his mate, not truly hiding his location, but simply waiting for the other to come to him. The fire demon didn't feel like playing too much tonight. He just wanted what was his.

 

He lay on a bed of moss, using his cloak as a pillow, while he waited for the ningen to locate him. He knew he didn't have long to wait, his lover had already sensed him.

 

As he lay there his thoughts drifted to the events that lead them to their current relationship, and their first night together. A chill when down his spine and he was shaken from his musings.

 

He looked up to see a pair of blue eyes gazing down at him.

 

"You didn't go very far."

 

"I didn't feel like hiding."

 

A look passed between them, one that no one else would ever understand, for it was meant for them alone.

 

"Are you..."

 

"I've prepared myself."

 

"You had no intention of hiding?"

 

"....."

 

"Hiei?"

 

"I'm waiting Kazuma."

 

Kuwabara kneeled in front of his mate, reaching for the leather boots that graced his small feet. They were removed quietly and tossed aside as they were of little importance. His large hands slid over the black pants, carressing the flesh hidden just under them.

 

Hiei shivered, allowing himself to give in to the feeling of Kuwabara's hands on him. Only when they were alone did he show any sign of weakness.

 

The large yet gentle hands continued their way up his legs, reaching his hips, then his waist. Fastenings were undone but the pants stayed in place as those same hands began to remove the sleeveless black shirt.

 

As he moved the shirt out of the way more and more of Hiei's stomach and chest were revealed to his gaze. Giving in to temptation Kuwabara lowered his mouth to one of hardened bits of flesh that resided on Hiei's chest. He licked it, flicked it with his tongue, and finally drew a moan from the smaller body as he nibbled it.

 

The shirt was tossed away, it wasn't important, just as the pants that now blocked him from his goal. Pants that were pushed down and pulled away, finally revealing all that was Hiei.

 

Kuwabara reached for the erection that he had seen so many times. One that he knew was caused by him and him alone. He stroked the hardened length, still careful, wanting to pleasure and not pain his lover.

 

"Kazuma." It was barely a whisper, but urgent and needy.

 

"Why is it that when I'm the seme you're impatient?" Kuwabara whispered, nibbling the youkai's ear.

 

"Am I required to answer that?"

 

"No."

 

"Then I won't."

 

Hiei grasped Kuwabara's face in his hands, bringing their lips together. He nipped at the mouth above his before demanding entrance.

 

{ Take me. } The comand echoed through Kuwabara's mind.

 

{ You sure? }

 

Hiei ended the kiss and looked at him pointedly. "Take me."

 

Kuwabara smiled, undoing his own pants. "I don't wanna hurt you Youkai."

 

"I'll heal, now get on with it Ningen."

 

Kuwabara snorted. "Impatient Bastard."

 

"Kazuma."

 

"Fine."

 

He entered the smaller body slowly, noting that Hiei had been truthful, as his passage was already relaxed and slick with lubricant.

 

"Told you."

 

Again Kuwabara snorted, and he thrust into his partner.

 

"Ka-" Hiei was momentarily blinded by stars as his prostrate was hit.

 

"Shh... I know." Kuwabara lowered his mouth to Hiei's kissing softly as he continued to thrust into the willing body beneath him. He let his hands travel down the muscled form, caressing the suprisingly soft skin.

 

Short muscled legs managed to wrap around his waist hoping to force him deeper and faster into the smaller body.

 

"Impatient."

 

"Faster."

 

Kuwabara smiled as he complied, increasing his speed and strength, hoping to bring his little youkai to the edge that much sooner.

 

Crimson eyes widened in surprise as the thrusts deepened and Hiei cried out, sinking his fangs into Kuwabara's shoulder to hide the sound.

 

Again he increased his speed, this time taking Hiei's erection in his hand and stroking it. "Hiei."

 

Hiei's eyes were open, gazing into the blue orbs above him as he came. His body shuddered and a quiet gasp escaped him.

 

"Kazuma!"

 

Kuwabara grunted, following his lover, as the smaller body spasmed around him.

"Are we going back inside tonight?" Blue eyes looked onto crimson in question.

 

"No."

 

"Thought not."

 

They lay there for a moment before Kuwabara snuggled into Hiei's side.

 

"Hiei?"

 

"Hnn?"

 

"I love you."

 

Hiei smirked. "And I you Ningen."
