It's my first. Enjoy.

Hiei slipped quietly through the forest, barely a shadow against the shade of the ancient trees. Silently, he padded along the open path, hoping someone tried to ambush him. A nice toasting would help him calm down.
Koenma, you idiot.
Hiei, don't be arrogant, take the others with you. At least take Kurama- you trust him, and he'll keep up, and it could save your life.
I don't need help. The demon isn't even A-class.
You; ll need backup. Just in case. I'll send for Kurama.
I don't need help!
Igoki, send for Kurah
Shut up!
Koenma, you idiot. Hiei snorted at the ridiculousness of the memory, the memory of that insulting, demeaning, conversation.
Koenma, you idiot. Chuckling, he toyed briefly with the idea of killing the annoying toddler. For some reason, it bothered him, so he quickly dismissed it. What had that whiny girl that kept clinging to Yuske called it? Conscience? Yeah, that was it. Anouther troublesome little voice to worry about, albeit in his head and one he couldn't talk to back.
Crunch.
What was that?
Crunch.
A stalker- a pathetic one, too, he thought, amused. Ignoring it, he continued down the path. After all, they should fear him. Why in the world should he take notice?
Crunch. He nearly burst out laughing. How perfectly pathetic! Such a completely amateurish fool dared stalk him? Ironic, no?
Crack! Cruunnch!! Hiei couldn't help it. How idiotic! He chuckled. They tripped? How stupid. How dumb. How amateurish.
Craack!
Hiei whirled around. “Time to die, fool!” he cried gaily. He swiftly drew his katana, laughing laughter that died in his throat when he saw his attacker- or, rather, his intended victim.
Koenma, you idiot.
