[ P - Pre-Teen ]

(Hiei's POV) After awhile you noticed that Emiko had become silence. You looked down to see that she's asleep. You gently picked her up and laid her down on her bed. Just then you noticed it was nighttime. You looked out at the creamy color of the moon outside as it shines beautifully. You got a chair and sat in it near Emiko's bed. (Your POV) The shine from the sun woke you up as you slowly got up. *That's funny I don't remember falling asleep. * Then you looked next to you to see an empty chair. *Huh? Could Hiei spend the whole night here? * You slowly got up to notice that you was still in the sweat pants and shirt. You push the question aside to ask him later as you went through your closet and took out a white shirt with some black pants. You went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror to see that your moon pendent is glowing. *Huh? Why is it glowing it's not even nighttime? * Just then you noticed a glowing coming from your pocket. You reach in it and pulled out the pieces of the twilight gem that you put in a small bottle. Both of them seem to be glowing at the same time. Just then they stop glowing. *Ok that was weird. * You set the bottle on your sink and turn your shower on. When it reach the perfect temperature you took your clothes off and step in. As you stand there in the shower memories of what happen yesterday came back into your mind. You know everyone is going to want to know more about what's going on and why your sister wants you to come with her. To be honest you'll not completely sure yourself. You think it's because she wants you to help her collect the rest of the twilight gem for her to use on herself to become more powerful but she never did say why. Then it hit you the scene from last night when Hiei came in your room. You couldn't help but picture his intense red eyes full of so much emotion. * As much as I hate to I guess I'll have to apologize to him.* You turn off the shower and got out. You dried your hair and body and then put the clothes on that you picked out. You grabbed a white ribbon and put your hair in a high ponytail and then you open your window and jumped out. You landed on the ground gracefully and continue to walk towards that lake not far from the mansion. When you finally reach it as you though Hiei was there standing near the lake. You took a deep breath and then walked over to Hiei. (You) hey (Hiei) hey. Then there was an awkward silence between you guys. Like the other was waiting for something. (You) Listen I'm- (Hiei) I'm sorry. (You) huh?! (Hiei)(-_-) I said I'm sorry so clean out your ears. (You)(Anime vein) my ears work just fine. So what now? (Hiei)(Blushing) I was thinking if… (You) if what? (Hiei) we can start over? (You) and what you mean by starting over. (Hiei)(-_-) You'll going to make me say it aren't you? (You)(-_-) Yep. (Hiei)(Sigh) fine Emiko will you go out on a date with me. (You) I don't know I'll have to check if I have anything on my schedule for today. (Hiei)(Anime vein) stop making this harder then it is. Do you want to be a couple or not? (You) of course I just love to mess with you. Hiei got an anime sweat drop in the back of his head. (Hiei) so I'll take that as a yes. Fine meet me here an hour from now. (You) fine. Then you disappeared going back to the mansion and Hiei stand there for a moment then smirk. (Hiei) Baka Onna Making sure everyone was gone. You went and got out a basket start cooking on something. You fix some strawberry rice balls and a couple different kinds of fish. You looked at the clock to see that you have 30 minutes left. You put a blanket over the food and hurry up stairs. You quickly wash up and changed into a white sundress with some black shorts and put on some matching tennis shoes and put your hair in a ponytail. (Not a low ponytail the kind of ponytail Sango wears in Inuyasha.) You then ran down stairs and got the basket and head out of the door. You quickly made it back to the shot that you and Hiei met up earlier to see Hiei sitting in a tree. Hiei looked down to finally notice you. (Hiei) what's with the basket? (You) you'll find out later so where to? (Hiei) follow me. Hiei jump into the tree to have you follow. You guys jumped treetop to treetop until you guys reach a beautiful meadow with hundreds of different color flowers and a large stream with a waterfall. (You) wow…this place is beautiful. (Hiei) not as beautiful as you. You blush at his comment. Hiei smirked at your blushing face. (You)(Sarcastic) ha ha. (Hiei) I come out here when I need to really think about something. (You) well it's the perfect place to think at…You laid back unto the soft grass with your hands behind your head. (You) I mean it is peaceful. (Hiei) that's the point. (You) Hiei can you tell me something? (Hiei) what? (You) what was your past. (Hiei) huh? (You) I mean I've finally show mine's so why don't you tell me yours. (Hiei)…I use to live on an island in demon world. It was where all the Ice demons live. (You) but you'll a fire demon. (Hiei) I know that can I continue. (You)(-_-) Fine you don't have to get so testy about it. (Hiei)(Anime vein) like I was saying my mother was an ice demon but my father was part fire. I was cast off the island because of it and never got the chance to see my mother or sister again. (You) oh that's so sad…have you heard anything from your sister. (Hiei) yea you can say she's closer then you think. (You) huh? (Hiei) never mind about that. What's with the basket. (You) oh that…(blush) well I figure that we may go far and get hungry so I brought lunch. (Hiei)(Raise eyebrow) you cook? It's not poison or anything. (You)(Anime vein) of course it's not poison baka! Hiei simple got up and got the blanket and spread it out. You sat down on the blanket to have Hiei soon join you. You picked up the basket and took out the two box lunches you made for both you guys. Hiei picked up a piece of fish with his chopsticks and ate a piece. You looked at him waiting for an answer. (Hiei)(Wide eyed) It's… (You) it's what? (Hiei) terrible. You did an anime fall to have Hiei begin to laugh. (You) huh? (Hiei) I'm kidding it's great. (You)(Raise eyebrow) you kid? (Hiei) It's a lot of things I can do. (You) oh really. You guys ate all of the lunch you made. You saw Hiei lying on his back with his eyes close. Just then a sneaky though came to you. You tip toe to Hiei and then bend down and start to tickle him. (Hiei) ha ha stop hahaha fine have it your way. Hiei then start tickling you. (You) hey haha you'll not suppose to haha tickle me back get your own idea hahaha. You quickly tackle Hiei to the ground to tickle him. Hiei begin to laugh harder but quickly flip you and pin you while he tickles you. (You) haha ok ok I give. Hiei soon stop but still had you pin. Both of you look deeply into each other eyes. Hiei's bright red ones as Hiei look in your bright green eyes. Hiei begin to lean closer to you and you begin to close you eyes.
