Kazumi Abarai

Race: Elemental Demon

Hair Color: Long, Bluish-gray; often pulled up into a ponytail

Eye Color: Silvery-gray, but change depending on what element she calls upon

Abilities: Controls elements, well practiced in nitojutsu (two sword skills), speed that is close to Hiei's, skilled in several types of martial arts

Weapons: Twin Swords - Tentou(white) and Koudo(black)

Kazumi is a popular, outgoing high school student. She is loved by many and is very caring. Captain of the Kenpo club and class president, Kazumi is strong and confident. She was adopted the Abarai family as an infant and has no memory of her birth parents. While living in the Human World, she has become best friends with Hanabi Matsumoto and Shizune Kato.

Tezuka Abarai

Age: 22

Height: 6'0”

Race: Human

Hair Color: Short, Gray

Eye Color: Gold

Abilities: Master of several different types of martial arts

Weapons: Several different weapons

Tezuka is Kazumi's adopted brother. Caring, but stern, he runs his father's dojo behind their home and has made sure that Kazumi can take care of herself. Even though she isn't his real sister, Tezuka loves Kazumi with all his heart and is fiercely protective of her. Of course, despite his gruff exterior, he's a big teddy bear.

Hozumi Abarai

Age: 45

Height: 5'6”

Race: Human

Hair Color: Short, Pale Pinkish

Eye Color: Green

Abilities: Highly skilled in Tae Kwon Do

Weapons: None

Hozumi is a soft-spoken homemaker. She cares deeply for her family and would do anything to protect them. Despite Kazumi being a demon, Hozumi loves her dearly. Never one to prejudge someone, Hozumi has a sweet nature and always gives people the benefit of the doubt. Skilled in Tae Kwon Do, she is not someone to make angry.

Hanabi Matsumoto

Age: 17

Height: 5'9”

Race: Water Mage

Hair Color: Long, Black w/ a gray-blue tint

Eye Color: Bright Blue

Abilities: Manipulates, skilled in different forms of KobudÅ (Okinawan martial arts w/ weaponry), Speed is on par with Hiei's

Weapons: Mizusen (bo staff), Sai, other Okinawan weapons

Hanabi is one of Kazumi's best friends. She knows that Kazumi is a demon, but it doesn't matter to her. Hanabi has a short temper and is easily provoked. She is incredibly loyal to those she is close to and won't stand for anyone trying to harm them. Hanabi, as a mage of water, can manipulate and create water at will and is trained in many forms of martial arts.

Shizune Kato

Age: 16

Height: 5'3”

Race: Human

Hair Color: Long, Reddish-Brown

Eye Color: Pale blue

Abilities: Spiritual powers, skilled in Tae Kwon Do

Weapons: Spiritual attacks, Raikou (lance)

Shizune is Kazumi's other friend and a priestess-in-training. As such, she is able to sense demonic or other non-human presences. Despite knowing that Kazumi and Hanabi aren't human, Shizune loves them. She is sweet and friendly towards everyone, even those who aren't as friendly towards her. Never seen without a smile, she is very hard to upset and can always be counted on to cheer people up when they need it. She is loyal and strong and, although she's more of a pacifist, Shizune won't hesitate to fight for her friends.
