Hiei is trying to bandage himself. Kurama walks up to him.

Didn't know just what I had.//
Hiei is sitting in Kurama's lap now as Kurama helps him bandage up.
Hiei allows himself to relax in the semi embrace.
/Now I toss and turn,
Cause I'm without you.
How I'm missing you so bad.//
Hiei tosses around restlessly in his bed back in the Makai.
"Get out of my head," he whispers fiercely. "Please..."
//Where was my head?
Where was my heart?//
One hand runs through his hair, the other grabs at his chest, just over the heart.
//Now I cry
Alone in the dark.//
A single tear gem falls onto his pillow.
//I lie awake,
I drive myself crazy.
Drive myself crazy.//
Continues to lie awake in his bed, studying the ceiling.
//Thinking of you.//
"Kurama."
//Made a mistake
When I let you go baby.//
He thinks how Kurama had reached out for him when he left.

His eyes threaten to tear up as he remembers what had happened earlier that day.

He turns his head and sees the dark tear gem.

He gently picks the tear gem up.

He opens his eyes and stares at the tear gem still clutched in his hand.

With a frustrated scream Hiei cocks a fist back to smash the tree.
He stops at the last moment. "He wouldn't like that."
//I lie awake,

Kurama is lying awake in bed, tossing restlessly.

Crazy yeah!//
He stands up and sits over by the opened window.
"Hiei?"
//Made a mistake//
Hiei holds his tear gem out to him.

Kurama looks at Hiei in confusion. "I don't understand."

Hiei places the priceless jewel in Kurama's hand and pulls him into an embrace.
