"So.....What are we going to do about the panther tribe?" asked Chika your second in command.

Everything was silent, it was as if everyone had died.

"Lady Mai?" asked Chika.

"We'll set up a meeting with the tribes leaders!" You exclaimed.

Then you left the room and went up to your master bedroom. You walked throught the black and purple entry room to
your room on the left side. You grabed your leaders clothes and checked the sun dial. It read 8:26 a.m., the meeting
started at 5:30 a.m. which meant that you were in that meeting for about 3 hours, which meant it was time for a
bath. You went into the entry room again and crossed it to the bathroom. The bathroom had a big black tub that could
fit 10 people, a black toilet on the left side with a black sink to match it on both sides of the toilet. The room
was surrounded by mirrors that had black and red designs on them. The bathtub had an arrangement of different
scents from rose scents to vanilla scents, with candles set around it, and black big towels on the side by the
assortment of scents. You went over to the tub and stripped down and got into the tub full of hot water and started
washing your hair and body with the vanilla scent. After you finished washing yourself, you layed down in the water
and sat there, just thinking about what you are going to say to the leaders of the panther tribe. You sighed a long
sigh and then got out and dryed yourself with one of the big black towels and wrapped it around yourself. You walked
out of the bathroom and across the entry room into the main bedroom to change into your leaders clothes. You put on
clothes and headed over to the black marbled vanity. The vanity had varieties of perfumes and make-up, it also had
your crown and other jewelry. You sat down on the big foot stool type chair that had a black cushion on top and red
curtain type things on the bottom and started to brush your hair, making it look silky smooth. Then you put on some
black eyeliner and red eye-shadow, then you put on crimson red lipstick. After you had finished with putting on your
make-up, you put on your black crown with a ruby in the middle and black bracelets and anklets. Then you sprayed
some vanilla perfume and headed to the thrown room where you would sit all day listening to people complain about
problems they are having in the city.

You got to the thrown room and sat down on your black marble thrown with red cushions and sat there all day
until 12:30 p.m. where you went to the royal dining room and ate lunch with your many guests that would be staying
with you till the Grand Ball where everyone would enjoy each others company and get drunk, then there are all the
other single rulers who would try to get your attention. Being one of the most powerful demon rulers, you were
always trying to get seduced by the other rulers who were still single. Of course, all the single male rulers came
first and spend the night so they could get a head start on seducing you. You always loathed people who would try
to sweep you off your feet, but you would just try to ignore it and set a good example for your kindom. You finished
your meal, talking to a few of the friends that you had who WEREN'T single. You enjoyed talking to Queen Misono, she
was one of the few people you would talk to the most. You excused yourself from the table and headed back to the
thrown room, where you would listen to more complaints for another 5 hours. You were about to head throught the
giant doors to the thrown room only to be stopped by Lord Masuyo. He was starting to get on your last nerve now
since this was the second time he had stopped you from going somewhere.

You were walking back to your room when Lord Masuyo came around the corner. He had a look of lust in his eyes saying
everything that he wanted to do to you. He started to walk past you till he grabbed you around the waist and pushed
you agianst the wall, pressing his entire body on you.

"You know, Mai, you've been avoiding me for some time now. I think you an I should head back to my room to catch up
on past years that we've been away from eachother." Lord Masuyo stated.

"That is a generous offer, Lord Masuyo, but I have other plans for the rest of the night." You said in a monotone
and pushed him off of you and headed back to your room.

"Hello Lady Mai, how have you been this evening?" Lord Masuyo asked, a smirk plastered on his face.

"I am doing quite well, Lord Masuyo." you said and nodded your head in signs of respect.

"Oh there is no need for formalities, it is just us of course." He said with a slight chuckle.

"With all do respect, Lord Masuyo, I would like to stick to formalities." You said and pushed past him.

"Good day Lord Masuyo." You said as you opened the door and headed to your thrown.

You sat on your thrown for the remainder of the time and listened to a bunch of complaints and then dismissed all
the people and head back to your office where you would sort out all of these complaints with your second in
command, army general, and scribe who had wrote down all they had said. You sorted out all of the complaints and
started on making changes that you had seen fit, then started on the Grand ball arrangements with your second in
command after you had sent the general and scribe away. After you had finished you had a servant come in and deliver
letters to people in charge of different things of the Grand Ball.

"Chika, I want you to keep an extra close eye on Lord Masuyo during the ball. I think he is planning something
sinister. That will be all then, you can leave and say hello to Ken for me ok?" you said not looking at her and
writing some more in your schedual.

"I will Lady Mai." she said and left the room, leaving you alone in the room.

You sighed a heavy sigh and got up and filed the rest of the papers. You left the room and headed to your bedroom.
You got to your bedroom and dressed into a silk black sleeping gown and went to a curtain on the side of the wall
in your main bedroom and pulled it away. There was a door that had stairs leading down into a secret room. You went
down the stairs and there was a fairly large wooden chair behind a purple orb. You went over to the chair and sat
down, looked in the orb and chanted the ancient words of your ancestors. The orb started to glow and something
to appear in the orb. It was Lord Masuyo! He was discussing something with the main chefs for the Grand Ball. He
told them to put a love potion in the main dish that was to be served to you. You were angered now and starting to
lose your emotions. You kept ahold of your emotions and headed upstairs deciding that you would deal with the main
chefs for the Grand ball and Lord Masuyo in the morning. You locked the door to the secret stairway and hid the key
in a secret compartment that you only knew about and covered the door with the curtain once again. Then headed to
your california king size bed with silk black sheets and pillows and went to sleep.
