"Come in." you said not even bothering to look at who had entered.
You heared the door open with a small creek and the person walk all the way across the room to where you were. You
could already sence who this person was, it was Kuronue!
"What do you want?" you asked not looking away from the window.
"I came to escort you to dinner. You have to be hungry after not eating breakfast and lunch." he said.
You turned towards him and he handed you his arm and you took it. He lead you down a hallway and started a
conversation with you.
"So.....How is work going for you?" he asked looking at you and smiling.
You didn't return the smile and just kept looking forward to where ever you were headed.
"It is fine, I still need to get back so things don't get out of wack. Plus I have to listen to peoples complaints
all day so I can fix them." You said making a glance at him.
"Doesn't that get boring?" he said still looking at you.
"It's my duty to my people." you stated, now looking at him fully.
"But does it get boring? I mean don't you have to sit on your thrown for how long?" he said with interest in his
voice.
"8 hours, and it does get boring some times but I get a lunch breack in the middle of it so I don't go crazy or
something like that." You said with a cute little giggle.
"I like it when you giggle, it's cute." he said out of nowhere.
"Thank you, but when are you going to let me out of hear so I can lead my people. I'm suppose to set a good example
for them, what are they going to think if I stay too long with a bunch of thieves?" You said looking forward again.
"You take your work too seriously." he said with a smirk.
You stopped all of a sudden in the hallway.
"I'm just doing my job to my people. It is the least I can do after my mother and father died." you said and started
walking again this time without holding on to his arm.
He caught up to you and took your arm again.
"I'm sorry." he said with a bit of guilt in his words.
"Don't be, it's not like you killed them." you said still looking forward.
You both made it to the dining room where you would eat dinner with Kuronue and the kitsune. When you got there, you
saw the kitsune and another demon who you hadn't seen before. Kuronue lead you to the right side of the table where
he set you two chairs away from the kitsune and then he took the chair in the middle of you and the kitsune.
"I'm sorry your highness but I do not think you have met my partners. This is Youko Kurama but we like to call him
Kurama and that over there is Yomi." he said pointing at both of them.
Kurama just snickered like he was think of something nasty and Yomi just looked at you up and down.
"Do you mind. It is not polite to treat your guest or even your prisoner in this sort of manner." you said looking
back and forth from Yomi to Kurama.
"Sorry for their rudeness." Kuronue said and then clapped his hands and servants came and served you.
You had many types of foods, your favorite on the table was the pot roast. You started to eat with polite little
bites and they just watched you eat, making you feel extremely uncomfortable. You put down your fork and knife and
took your napkin and patted your mouth to get the extra food off of your lips, then you set the napkin on your lap
again.
"You can start eating too, I am not the only one who is hungry in here." you stated the obvious.
"Oh ya right, we're suppose to eat too." said Yomi with a chuckle.
You started eating again and they started eating too. When you had finished you waited for the rest to finish, for
it was polite to do so. They finished after you and you waited for the servants to come and take your plates away.
"Youko Kurama, Kuronue, and Yomi, when will I be leaving?" you said out in te open.
"You can't leave yet, we still have questions for you and something that you only know where what we want is." said
Kurama.
You stayed silent feeling like this was pointless, you stood up all of a sudden. You walked to the door only to be
stopped by Yomi.
"We can not let you leave!" Yomi said.
