Crimson: I am so glad that so many people like this story, and I have only put up two chapters, three after this! If the reviews keep on going like this, then it will have more reviews than my other story! Wonderful! (Professor Lupin hehehe)

"Look mother, there's Yusuke!" I exclaimed, pointing my finger towards the direction my friend and his parents were. My mother smiled sweetly at me, and greeted Yusuke's parents with a laugh.

"Thank you for coming, Kurama had been ecstatic about Yusuke coming over all week." She turned to me then, smiling yet again.

"Now why don't you and Yusuke go play? We will be in the Dining Hall if you need us."

I nodded, and grabbed Yusuke's hand.

"Come on Yusuke, I want to show you my plane." He nodded, and together we ran to my room.

Yusuke is my good friend, and surprisingly also a prince. He is my height, with dark brown hair, and eyes of the same shade. He also favored the color green, so it didn't surprise me when we seemed to match. Both he and I have the same respect for people of a lower class, and I think that we are friends because of it.

We walked in the direction of my room until I was sure that my mother couldn't see us anymore. Then I abruptly changed my direction, heading towards the slaves' quarters. I planned on keeping my promise to Hiei and Kayura that I would return. I glanced at my side, noticing the confused look that Yusuke possessed, but decided to not explain myself until after we were safe from ears in Hiei's room. It was for the best.

I finally found my way to the area earlier, the one with all the numbers, and I found myself to the back, to the door with the faded number of 274 on it. Without any hesitation, I knocked on the door three times, and waited for someone to open the door.

The door opened, and to my surprise, neither Hiei nor Kayura stood there. In front of me stood a girl with short, brown hair and light brown eyes. When she recognized who I was she instantly bowed down deeply.

"I am sorry, but what are you doing here Prince Kurama, you didn't get lost did you?" Yusuke let out a laugh, moving up besides me to get a closer look at the girl.

"You know, that is exactly what I thought, especially when he said we were going to his room." I growled at him.

"No I am not lost Yusuke, I promised to come back to see Hiei and Kayura….and hey where are they?"

The girl, still down on her knees, looked at us with wide eyes. It annoyed me when people thought that they had to bow every time Yusuke and I passed them, but I just let it pass. Yusuke, on the other hand had other opinions.

"Will you please get up off the ground, this bowing stuff is really getting on my nerves. I think that when I am King, I will outlaw the whole bowing thing and…hey what is you name anyway?" he asked. I simply nodded in my agreement, allowing myself to let out an irritated sigh.

She looked at him, completely bewildered by the way we acted, but stood up none the less and smiled.

"I guess Hiei wasn't crazy when he said that you would come back and keep your promise, Prin-I mean Kurama." She paused and turned to Yusuke, and held out her hand. "My name is Keiko, it is a pleasure to meet you….." she looked at him expectantly.

"Oh, you want my name! Call me Yusuke." He said finally, shaking her hand. She smiled at him, and moved to open the door wider.

"Nice to meet you two, come on in. Kayura and Hiei should be back soon."

I nodded and entered the room, Yusuke trailing in right behind me. Then we waited. Of course it wasn't in complete silence. We did talk to Keiko, or at least Yusuke did…..and he talked to her about everything, even some things that I didn't know. At least I don't have to worry about Yusuke telling anyone about this relationship anymore.

"You know what I really hate Keiko?" Yusuke asked. She shook her head.

"I hate it when people come up behind you and try to scare the freak out of you, but of course it doesn't work on me." He added. I smirked, I knew that that was a complete lie, in fact I had done that exact same thing to him last time he came.

"Really?" Everyone jumped, none of us spoke…..I turned sharply to see a smirking Hiei at the door, and a laughing Kayura not far behind him. Yusuke tried to recover, but I could see he was still shaking when he went to shake Hiei's hand.

"H-hi, you must be H-Hiei, please c-call me Yusuke." Hiei laughed.

"Nice to meet you Yusuke, I really hope I don't add prince in front of your name all the time, that seemed to get on Kurama's nerve."

Then we talked, and played, and did anything else you could imagine that a bunch of 5 year olds would do. But, after a while, Yusuke and I knew that our parents would be wondering where we were, and had to leave…..but not before both of us made a promise to come back regularly.

Crimson: The ending was a little sloppy, I know, but so you know the next chapter will be what happened during dinner, then, if I feel like it, I will add in some memories that mark the start of love…..muwahahahaha.

Also, I would like you know that I am holding a sort of contest for anyone who cares. If you are interested, check my profile for the contest, it is listed at the bottom of all my rambling. I would also like every person to give a description of themselves, and personalities, along with your name, because I plan to add you to this story! Have a happy summer! ^-^
