Haunting Dreams

Hiei looked around he was surrounded by snow standing in the middle of nowhere he decide to walk north he wrapped his cloak tighter around his body trying to keep his warmth without using too much youkai.

As he walked what seemed hours he finally made a figure out in the distanced he quicken his pace knowing who it was.

"Yukina" he cried out

but the figured kept on walking.

"Yukina wait up its me Hiei"

Hiei now at his full speed tried to reach his sister but no matter how much effort he put he couldn't reach her.

Then he clearly heard her voice.

"Hiei leave me alone I don't want to see you again I wish you didn't exist"

"what?" Hiei utter inaudible fearing his worst fear.

"do you I like knowing that my brother is a criminal a murderer your a shame you are the forbidden child"

Hiei surroundings change he was on top of the koorime island and someone was holding by his feet ready to let hi plunged onto the ground.

as he looked up to see who was going to send him to his doom.

He saw Yukina and his mother.

"The forbidden child does not deserve to live your a cursed you should die you will never find happiness"

"DIE DIE DIE!!!"

Hiei couldn't move he tried to break free but no avail.

Suddenly he saw himself falling thousand of feet into the ground his heart was pounding it felt as it was going to jump out of his chest all of the adrenaline of his body rising knowing that he couldn't stop his fall he saw the ground get closer and closer then......

Hiei bolted forwards sweat covering his face his breathing came in he looked around he was on the floor

he looked upwards he had fallen of the tree.

Slowly he rose up.

"Damn dreams"

As he rose he felt a pain in his back

"oh shit what else can go wrong"

Hiei was too busy dusting himself off he didn't feel his katana fall from the tree until it nick him in the right cheek.

"son of a bitch"

cursed Hiei as he picked his katana and clean it.

He climbed the tree to retrieved his sheath and found a pair of concerned emerald eyes.

"are you all right Hiei" Kurama asked trying to hide his concern knowing Hiei likes no one to worry about him.

"hn I'm fine"

"Wouldn't you like to sleep inside"

"hn"

Kurama stepped back into his room and watched Hiei accommodated himself on the window sill and hoped he wouldn't have another dream.
