Yu Yu Hakusho Fan Fiction ❯ Perspective ❯ Taken ( Chapter 10 )
[ T - Teen: Not suitable for readers under 13 ]
I’m back! Did you all miss me? The next few chapters are gonna be really action packed, so don’t stop reading yet! Big surprises in this one too! Well, on with the story!
ATTENTION READERS: I am in desperate need of characters! I need multiple fighters (some may die). If you want your character in the story, please send me the following information in a review: name, description, personality, clothes, and powers/weapons. I have a lot of places to fill, so many of you will get your character written into the story. All new characters will come in during later chapters to give people time to submit.
Disclaimer: I don’t own Yu Yu Hakusho, you, Kaomi, or Tsunake...(How many times do I have to tell you people?)

Over the next few days, Kaomi began to react and soon, she was talking. The rain had stopped and you took that as a good sign, but she still wouldn’t leave her mat. At night, you could hear her whispering and moving around restlessly in her sleep. In your dreams, you could hear whispers of revenge.

Kaomi sat up on her mat in the dead of night. Tsunake and _(your name)_ were asleep. (Good.)
Silently, she stood up and snuck outside, into the cool night air. She ran straight into the forest and didn’t stop until she had reached its edge at the other side. From there, she opened a swirling, black portal. (Hideki... If I cannot die, then I’ll take my revenge...) She thought and stepped into the portal.

You woke with a start around dawn. Something just didn’t seem right. For a long moment, you sat there and listened to the sounds around you. Then, you noticed it. Apart from yours, there was only one breathing pattern in the room. (Oh god... Please don’t be dead, Kaomi.) You thought, crawling over to where her mat was in the darkness. It was empty.
“Tsunake, wake up! Kaomi is gone!” you whispered, shaking her awake.
“That’s great... Go back to sleep...” she yawned, still half asleep. You kicked her lightly in the ribs. “Im up! I’m up!” she yelled and you put your hand over her mouth.
“We need to go look for Kaomi. She might succeed in killing herself this time.” you whispered in her ear. She nodded and you released her mouth.
“Where do we look first?” she asked.
“She wouldn’t try the park again and other places have too many people around...”
“What about the forest?”
“That’s a great idea. Let’s go!”
The two of you silently left the temple and went into the forest. You had run to about the middle and you stopped, having no clue whatsoever where you were or where you were going.
“Why did you stop?” Tsunake asked.
“I’m lost...”
“What do we do now? I can barely see in here as it is.”
“I don’t know...”
Both of you stood in the darkness, saying nothing for a long time. A snapping twig near you made you both jump.
A cold, male voice said, “Finally, I have found you, _(your name)_.”
You felt icy fingers wrap around you and start to carry you away. Your eyes were left unblocked and you could see Tsunake give chase, her claws and fangs growing. Your captor easily pushed her aside and continued running.
A dark, black portal opened before you. (The Demon World...) Was all that you could think before the person holding you pulled you into the portal.

Tsunake slowly stood up, holding her stomach where the man had hit her. She had watched as he pulled _(your name)_ into a large portal. She turned and quickly ran towards the temple. Time meant everything. She burst into the temple shouting. Kurama and Hiei ran up to her, Hiei coming from outside.
“What’s wrong?” Kurama asked.
“It’s _(your name)_... She was kidnaped by some guy and he pulled her into a black portal!”
“I’ll get Yusuke and Kuwabara.” Kurama said and started to walk away. Hiei put his hand on Kurama’s shoulder to stop him.
“We don’t have time. The portal could close at any second.”
Kurama nodded in understanding. They both broke out into a run, Kurama carrying Tsunake to save time. She pointed them in the direction of the portal and they arrived quite quickly.
Kurama, still carrying Tsunake, stepped calmly into the portal. Hiei stared at it for a moment.
“I’m coming for you, _(your name)_.” he whispered before stepping into the portal as well.
