Chapter 2
Playtime & Bunk Buddies
-After 3 hours of riding on the school bus with chatting kids and enduring thier corny sing along songs , you finally made it to 'Rivers of Peace' Camp. Now, let the fun begin!-
"Alright kids settle down!" Kuro yelled while you and the other kids climbed off the bus and lined up in front of Kuro. "There are many other kids here this summer...some even older than you guys." "Since that...."
Yusuke sighed while Kuro went on about the rules of the camp. You saw him in the corner of your eyes and saw that Yusuke eyes were drooping and he was trying his best to stay awake. You held back giggle and turned your attention to Kuro again.
"Now, is that clear?" Kuro asked while his brown eyes looked at each kid and landing on Yusuke who was cleaning out his ear with his pinky.
"Can you hear me now Mr. Uremeshi?" Kuro asked his eyes narrowing.
"Uh, Yes sir." Yusuke said before looking at his pinky and stared at something that wouldn't come off.
Yusuke grunted and swung his hand trying to get it off. 'Stupid...earwax!' Yusuke eyes widened then narrowed just as quick and he was grinning.
"Um Mr. Jakura sir, can I ask you a question?" Yusuke asked. Kuro blinked and walked over to the little boy and knelt down so that they were at eye level.
"Will the boys be sleeping seprate from the girls?" He asked hoping that Kuro would turn around.
Kuro eyes widened while standing back up. "Oh yes, I forgot about that." Kuro looked at the campers get thier stuff off the bus.
"Girls on one side, Boys on the other this is....." Kuro stopped in midsentece and looked back at Yusuke who was trying to look at something esle. He had already put the stubborn ear wax on Kuro's white tee-shirt. Yusuke just grinned and whistled while he went to go get his things.

"Ms. (name) Harasaki, Keiko Yukimura and Karis Mouta this will be your cabin." Kuro said later on that day. He had already assgined the cabins to everyone esle. The boys were on the other side of bridge and river which gave them a good distance. Keiko blinked and looked around while you and Karis walked in also. There were three full sized beds with big tresure sized chest in front of each one. Kekio took the first one and you took one while Karis took the last one which was by the door.
"Dinner will be served at 6 'o clock in the mess hall ok girls?" Kuro asked. All three nodded.
Kuro smiled and walked out leaving you and the other two girls alone.
"So (name), this is your first time going to summer camp?" The aburn haired named Karis asked.
You nodded weakly. Keiko smiled. "So what's it like living in a fancy mansion and beign rich?"
"It ok I guess," You said while you took out some sheets that Kuia packed you.
Karis smiled. "It must be great, the way your mom and dad scared Kuro was priceless..." Keiko rolled her eyes. "Yusuke said the same thing on the bus...." She said while she putted her stuff away.
"So, is Yusuke your boyfriend Keiko?" You asked while you made your bed. You smirked when you saw Keiko's red face.
"No, we are just childhood friends." Karis rolled her eyes.
"Childhood friends can lead to something esle you know." (Remember what Karis just said!)
Kieko just sighed while she pulled out her white stuffed animal. "I really don't know if Yusuke will ever feel we would be anything more but friends."
Both you and Karis smiled to each other. "You'll never know."
You, Keiko and Karis spent more than three hours chatting away about diffrent things until.....
"What about that Shuichi Minamino boy?" Karis asked. "He is so kind and cute!" She squealed when he came to mind. Keiko hummed in agreement while she layed on her stomach her feet kicking back and forth in the air. "He's quiet...but as my mom would say, The quietest ones holds the secerts." You rolled your eyes. "Why could a sweet cute guy like Shuichi would hide a sercet?"
~*~*~*~*Boy's Cabin's~**~*~**~
"Ow Kuwabara!" The raven haired boy yelled out while he tackled his carrot colored friend. Shuichi sighed while he put his stuff neatly away. 'I just had to be bunked with these idoits....'
"Ow Yusuke stop biting my ear!!" Kuwabara shouted.
"Up yours Kuwabara! give me my comando boxers!" Yusuke yelled while he contiued to puch his friend until he got his faithful boxers back.
"Keep this up Kuwabara and your face will be fucked up by the age of sixteen.." Yusuke muttered while he put his stuff up. Kuwabara just 'hmphed' him and also put his things away.
In no time they were done the boys had bunk beds and there was another boy by the name of Hiroshi Marasua.
Yusuke and Shuichi were bunked to one and Kuwabara had the other.
"So Shuichi....." Yusuke drawled while he looked down at his new friend from his bed. (Yusuke has top bunk)
Shuichi looked up at him. "Why are you quiet for?" Yusuke asked. "Thinking about something?"
Kuwabara snickered. "Or some one." Shuichi rolled his eyes. "And who would I be thinking about?"
"That (name) Harasaki girl!" Yusuke said while laughing. Shuichi eyes narrowed. "Please, why would I be thinking of her?"
Kuwabara blinked. "I dunno, she's very cute though...."
"I agree" Hiroshi said while he took of his headphones.
Yusuke hummed in agreement. "Yep, she is real nice. I think she likes you."
Shuichi snorted. "Well, I don't like her," The other three boys looked at each other then smirked.
"What ever you say Shuichi..."
There was a loud siren noise coming from outside followed by some one on the megaphone.
"Dinner is now begin served all camper to the mess hall now!!!" Before the counsler knew it, she was getting trampled by kids running out of thier cabins.
"J-just great..." She sighed while she stood up footprints all over her.
"I need a new job..." She muttered while she too also headed for the mess hall.
~**~*~*Mess Hall~**~*~*~*~
The room was crowded with kids some already eating while the others were in line for thiers. The food looked good, and they were also handing out alot of candy bars. {1} Kuwabara sighed while he looked over all of the other kids looking for his friends. "Where did they go?" He asked himself. He backed up until he bumped into someone.
"Oh, I'm sorry-" Kuwabara's breath hicthed when he saw the pale haired girl.
"That's alright...." She said which sounded like a whisper.
Kuwabara felt his face turn red. "M-my name is Kuzuma Kuwabara...."
The girl smiled. "Hello Kuzuma, my name is Yukina Jaganshi...."
"Yukina.....that's a very pretty name...." Kuwabara said while he rubbed the back of his head.
Yukina smiled. "Thanks,"
They both smiled at each other which seemed like hours until....
"Yukina!" a voice called out. Kuwabara saw a boy with jet black hair with a white starburst his crimson eyes narrowing.
"Big brother...." She said while she walked back over to him. Yukina smiled at him. "Hiei, meet my new friend Kuzuma..." The one named Hiei crimson red eyes narrowed. "Hn." Hiei said while turning his attention to his sister again. "Yukina, don't be wondering off and talking to idiots you never know what they might do to you...."
Kuwabara fumed. "Who are you calling a idiot...you...you pip squeak?!" Hiei looked at him his eyes set to kill.
"I'm calling you a idiot, you baka." Hiei smirked when Kuwabara's face redden with anger.
"Hiei-san, Kuzuma please no fighting!" Yukina said while standing in the between of the two. In that instant they both calmed down making Yukina sigh in relief.
"Yukina I already got your food, it's at the table.." Hiei said and looked at his sister. Yukina nodded and went off back to her table.
"Listen, if you EVER come near my sister again I will kill you." Hiei said venom dripping from each word. With that said, he walked off in the same direction as his sister.
Kuwabara growled at the retreating figure and went the other way. "Hey Kuwabara over here!" Kuwabara looked up and saw you waving you were with Yusuke, Keiko, Hiroshi, Karis, and Shuichi.
"We've been looking for you. where were you?" Keiko asked while she took a bite of her sandwhich. Kuwabara muttered something while he poked at his food the Yusuke had got for him. Taking a look at your food, he sighed. "Why does (name) get's the good stuff?" You smiled shyly.
"My mom ordered this for me....."
Yuuske nodded. "Your lucky girl."
The others agreed.
You sighed while you contiued to eat. Yusuke and Kuwabara were chatting away, as was Keiko and Karis. Hiroshi and Shuichi were having a small conversation as well. This made you....feel left out.
~*~**~*Bed Time~**~**~*
After dinner, you and the girls headed out to the camp fire while the boys went back to thier cabin. All you and Keiko did were roast marshmellows while Karis was looking up at the stars. "It's a peaceful night isn't it?" Karis asked. "Yep, it is....I'm glad I'm came here." You said while you ate one of Keiko's marshmellows.
"Hey!" She yelled playfully then smiled.
"Were glad you came too (name) it's going to be fun with you around!"
Karis sat up and nodded in agreement. "I don't know about you two, but I'm going back to the cabin it's getting late."
The counsler heard this. "Your right girls, it's almost 11:30, lights out." She told the other girls. The other girls whined in protest but they went back to thier cabins as instruted.
'I call first to use the shower!" You yelled and ran to the cabin while Keiko and Karis ran behind you.
"No fair (name)!" They said in unison. You just laughed and in panting when you sat on your bed.
"That's cheating...." Keiko pouted while she watched you regain your breathing and took out a towel and some P.J's. "It's fair to me..." You said while you closed the bathroom door while Karis and Keiko got thier stuff out.
You walked in the bathroom in was normal looking with plain white tiles and a white shower curtain with bars of soap on the sink along with some towels.
'Thank gods, Kuia packed my stuff....I don't trust this at all." You thought while you slipped of your clothes and turned on the shower. You sighed in content while dirt from your hair was washed out with your favortie shampoo and condinter. You forgot that Kanis and Keiko were waiting until.....
"Come on (name), before they come around to see if we are in bed!" Karis yelled while banging on the door. Your eyes snapped opened and you turned off the water.
"OK, I'll be out in a sec!" You yelled while you dried yourself off and slipped on your P.J.'s You opened the door and saw Karis looking at you with her toothbrush in her mouth. " 'bout time." Karis said while you walked out and started to brush out the knots in your hair. Keiko smiled while she got her stuff ready. "See you in the morning (your name)."
You nodded and smiled weakly. "Night,"
~*~**~*~Next Morning~*~*~*~*
-KNOCK, KNOCK-
The loud banging made you and the other girls shoot up in surprise. Karis made her way to the door and opened it her blue eyes meeting grey ones.
"Your up, good." The middle aged woman said and shoved three pairs of blue/white shirts and shorts into Karis arms. "Morning fitness starts in 5 mintues, get dressed and get outside....."
"But what about our showers?" Keiko asked. The woman snorted. "You take them after morning fitness...so get dressed now or you'll be running 30 laps if your late!" with that she left leaving you and the others quickly brushing your hair and putting on the clothes and ran outside. You saw Yusuke, Shuichi and Kuwabara already outside. Thier fitness clothes were blue and red as were all of the other boys. The other girls had on the same thing as you Keiko and Karis.
Yusuke saw Keiko and grinned while nudging Kuwabara. "Hey watch this..."
"HEY KEIKO!" he yelled. Which gained her attention.
"NICE SHORTS!!" He yelled while she turned red.
All of the other boys started to laugh. While Keiko turned red even more.
"Twwweeeeeeeeeettttt!" The whistle belonging to a buffy looking counsler sreeched which gained all the attention of all the campers.
"This is not playtime! we're here to see which sex is stronger....boys or girls."
This caused some yells back and forth from the two genders.
"That's easy boys are stronger!" One boy said.
"That's what you think!" A girl huffed.
The counsler smirked. "Ok then, let's see who IS better."
"Boys vs. Girls in five events who ever wins gets one box of the candy bars each to every kid. While the losers have to to serve the winner for 2 weeks and they have to obey what ever they say...understood?"
'Yes sir!" The campers yelled.
"VERY WELL LET'S GET THIS STARTED!!!"
"TWWWWWWWEEEEEET!!!"
